如今的我上了初一，在体育中又再次面临着新的挑战：引体向上。引体向上对于我来说那可是天大的挑战，难度极大，我们班很多同学都不会，也没有练，然而这可是中考的必考项目啊!我这时可是进退两难，总不知如何是好，感觉迷失了方向。这时目标再次出来了。它在我脑海里轻轻回荡着，让我清晰地认识到了：这一次遇到的挑战难度很大，是引体向上，众所周知是非常难上去的，可是这一次的目标是中考啊!中考是人生十分关键的一次重要性的考试!此时我难道真的因为困难就把它给抛弃而不练了吗?每个人在人生十分关键的阶段时的目标都很清晰，我不能去模仿那些没有目标的人，我是有目标在的，跟着目标走，目标一定会引领我走向成功的!醒悟之后，我仿佛就像是原本在茫茫大海中找不到方向的帆船，而此时来了个引路的帆船，引领我走向成功的彼岸。当时的我清晰了对目标的认识，明白了此时我的目标是中考!我必须得要不负秋阳，在艰难坎坷中挖掘出自己最大的潜力，跟着目标走!

是啊，有什么能比安全更为重要。然而，人们又是怎样对待安全的呢?仅在2013的11个月里，我国死于各类工业安全事故的人数就高达12万人!而在2012年年底，重庆特大井喷事故，剧毒气体弥漫四周，吞没234条生命，近千人住进医院，近万人吸染毒气，六万人变成灾民;辽宁铁岭发生的烟花爆炸，死38人，伤50余人。这些数字难道不让人震惊，不让人觉醒吗?

看着电视画面中一幕幕的惨祸惨景，我神伤了;看着那事故中的弱小孩童，我哽咽了;看着那事故现场伸出的沾满灰尘需要援助的手，我流泪了。是的，正是因为那些惨痛的事故，让千万个家庭失去了欢笑的权利，让无数个妻儿在哭泣嚎啕，这些惨痛事故，无一不突出无良肇事者对生命的蔑视，无不暴露出无知违章人对制度的淡漠。然而，黑暗，给了我们黑色的眼睛，我们要用它来寻找光明。从事故中知道安全可贵，从事故中总结安全教训，这是事故留给我们的唯一利益。

母亲给予我们生命，所以母爱的伟大众君皆吟，而安全，捍卫着母亲赐予我们的生命，像一把巨大的保护伞，无声无息地为我们遮挡风雨，的确，安全与生命息息相关，连在一起，不可分离。

事后补救不如事前防范，“智者是用经验防止事故，愚者是用事故总结经验。”这是我们耳熟能详的安全格言。

如果生命是一只大雁，那么安全就是任它翱翔的天空;如果生命是一条欢乐的金鱼，那么安全就是它不可缺少的湖水;如果生命是一株坚强的仙人掌，那么安全就是保护它的利刺;如果生命是一棵粗壮的大树，那么安全就是供它生长的那片土壤;如果生命是一座雄伟的城堡，那么安全就是守卫它的士兵。

生命是脆弱的，让我们一起来珍惜我们宝贵的生命吧!

母亲并不是一个贤妻良母型的女人。

打我记事起，家中的一日三餐外加夜宵和下午茶就都是父亲亲自出马。可是，当父亲换了工作后，他的时间表就像是上帝故意安排过似的，完全与我的生活规律交错开来，除了早餐同午饭能勉强应付之外，晚饭就是他插着翅膀也来不及飞回来赶着给我做了。

于是，我的母亲，我那只会煮方便面的母亲，便开始在黄昏绮丽的晚霞中，独自守着袅袅的水蒸气，为她亲爱的女儿煮米粥。

母亲学做米粥的过程并不漫长，在烧焦了几次米饭烫伤了几个水泡后，就可以像模像样地为披着一身夜色风尘仆仆赶回来的我端上一锅热气腾腾乳白的米粥。也就是从那时起，母亲身上沉睡多年的女人的天分被这浓浓的米香唤醒了，她开始对做粥表现出极大的兴趣。从来买菜只去超市的母亲开始频频出现在菜市场熙熙攘攘的人群中，她甚至还从书店买回一本巴掌大的《中国女人怎样做家庭主妇》小书，一有空就把自己关在厨房里研究。直到一个中午，二叔来到我家。当他尝到那个小锅里的粥后，不可置信的神情便决定了母亲下一阶段一发不可收拾的开始。

然后，晚饭桌上电饭煲里的内容就开始像京剧里的脸谱一样，花样翻新起来，从平常的菠菜粥、荠菜粥、白菜粥、青菜粥、胡萝卜粥到夏日煮好后冰镇过的赤豆粥、绿豆粥，到冬日的花生米粥、羊肉粥、肉丁粥。临近期末考试的复习阶段，母亲天天端来银耳莲子粥和核桃粥。其实我看得见她指甲旁因剥核桃而起的水泡。

粥是清香淡定的，尤其在严冬，坐在明亮的灯下，捧着一碗滚烫的粥，坐在氤氲着舒缓的米香的热气里，我总是能无比放松，无比惬意。母亲肯定是在这个时候，从我的言语神情中捕捉到了“蛛丝马迹”：譬如在学校和老师较劲，与同学闹别扭，最近又迷上了哪个明星，抑或最近的学习情况如何等等。

那天正享受地啜着碗里的香菇木耳粥，突然想起一个问题，便问正坐在一旁看着我吃饭的母亲：“妈，您当时为什么会想起给我煮粥呢?”母亲愣了愣，看着我的脸，帮我擦去嘴边的米粒，缓缓地开口：“其实，那时你正在叛逆期，班主任老是找我谈你在学校的表现，你放学后又不往家里跑，总是和同学一块儿在外面玩。我又不敢对你说过激的话，怕你万一哪天真的不回来了，所以妈妈只能在家里一边慢慢地煮粥，一边慢慢地等你回来……”

听着妈妈的话，我在散发着粥香的袅袅热气中，低下头来，泪流满面。原来，妈妈并不是喜欢煮粥，而是将自己对女儿的一颗沸腾的心，放进锅中慢慢煎熬。当我在外面挥霍青春的时候，殊不知妈妈正一个人在家，守着一锅粥焦急地等女儿回来。等着女儿成长的过程，就像等着一锅粥煮熟的过程。而妈妈唯一能做的，就是像放菜一样，将自己对女儿深切的爱，掺进浓浓的米粥里。

涓涓细流，借着泉眼不曾停歇的爱，终于汇成了一片海洋;青青幼苗，借着阳光温和仁慈的爱，终于长出了一片参天;幽幽野花，借着雨水娇宠怜惜的爱，终于开出了一片芬芳。是泉眼，造就了细流梦寐的浩瀚;是阳光，哺育了幼苗渴望的伟岸;是雨水，滋润出野花迷人的娇艳。有那么一种爱，像泉眼、像阳光、像雨水一样心甘奉献;有那么一种爱，像泉眼、像阳光、像雨水一样孕育了世上的美好的一切。这种爱，叫做母爱。

依稀还记得，每天早餐时桌上的牛奶，那么暖那么甜;总无法忘却，受伤时依靠的肩膀，那么坚挺却一直柔软，仿佛消融了冰冻的一切。记忆里时常浮现这样的画面：当我跌倒时，妈妈总是第一个过来，用她纤细的手掌为我拍掉满身的狼狈，用嘴轻轻的吹着我的痛处。虽然这再简单不过，但总能在我的心底漾起一片涟漪。

我开始怀疑，人类拥有的最初的坚强，是否就来自妈妈的那句“摸摸毛，吓不着”这种近乎玩笑的爱抚。

也许，唠叨生来就是母爱的代名词。由于那无时无刻、永无止境的爱，总有没完没了地唠叨回荡在耳畔。理由很简单，可能只是因为外出的自己没有带伞，或是勤奋的自己熬夜太晚，抑或是一个很小的生活习惯让她觉得刺眼。还好，在这周而复始的过程中，“后知后觉”的我们总算明白，唠叨的背后是暖暖的关怀。于是，世上有了一句名言：“爱之深，责之切。”

在家里，她是母亲、是妻子、是厨师、是女佣，甚至是司机;在社会，她是敬业的象征，是权威的代表。身兼数职，对一个女人来说，未免太苛刻，可她也都扛了起来。她用仁爱的光辉为我照亮前行的路。有句广告语“总有一盏灯为你点亮”，我想，她——妈妈就是我的长明灯。

母爱高于世上一切被称赞的事物，因为它是万物生长的源泉;母爱超脱于世上一切高尚之物，因为她的厚重囊括了天地。

现在，有很多人都特地买了几个能重复使用而且质量坚固的环保布袋，到超市买东西时就拿出来用，可方便啦!同时，也有的人翻出了她们的菜篮子，去买菜时也很少看见那些花花绿绿的袋子了。她们直接把菜装在篮子里，方便极了!可见，现在的人们对环保都有了新的认识。所以说：“保护环境，人人有责。”这句话我们要铭记在心!

Back when I was a child, every time I write a summer and winter vacation homework is in the last days of summer and winter vacation last half a month. Why is that? Because I had too much homework? Or because of me what is causing the delay time? Neither. Is because I was not good to save time, dont have to arrange their own time, I always play in the first place, only a little homework every day, until the final assault began. Because of this, my second grade every summer and winter vacation had bad, is a holiday with regret.

You can think about it, how many people regret for wasted time, and how many people because there is no cherish their own time, and missed a lot of things. 现在，大家都提倡节约，除了物质上的东西以外，还有时间，也需要节约。

其实，一分钟是可以干很多的事情的，在一本书上，我看到一分钟可以写二十多个字，可以走一百多步路，可以看1—2页书。看完后，我不由得惊叹起来：如果这样干一个小时，就可以写一千多个字，走好几千步路，看好几十页书，原来，只要把时间充分利用，一天中还是能多干很多事情的呀!

回想小时侯，我每次写寒暑假作业都是在寒暑假的最后半个月的最后几天完成的。为什么呢?是因为我当时的作业太多?还是因为我有什么事情而耽误了时间?都不是。就是因为我当时不好好节约时间，没有好好安排自己的时间，在一开始的时候总是玩，每天只作一点作业，直到最后才开始进行突击。正因为这样，我的一二年级的每个寒暑假都过不好，都是一个带有遗憾的假期。

大家可以想一想，有多少人因为浪费了时间而后悔莫及，又有多少人因为没有好好珍惜自己的时间，而错过了很多事。“如果当时安排好自己的时间就好了!”，“如果当时能节约时间就好了”有些人会这样说。但是，时间是不会倒流的，与其这样后悔，不如现在开始，从我做起，节约时间!

My favorite book is (Italian: Cuore). This is a diary written by an Italian boy Enrico. The diary is about his life and study. It included various touching stories that happened around Enrico, the mottos taught by his parents, as well as the wonderful ten "monthly" stories told by his teacher during the class. Every word in the chapter describes the word "love". From patriotism to friendship, and to the love between parents and child -- really touching.

This novel taught me how to love, and how to learn from love. I really like this book very much. How about you? What is your favorite book?
