heres what will happen. the oak standing on a hillside is exposed to every storm and gale. as a result its roots plunge deep into the earth and spread in every direction, even wrapping themselves around giant boulders. at times it may seem the tree isnt growing fast enough—but the growth is happening underground. its as if the roots know they must ported the tree from the threatening elements.

事情的结果便是这样。那颗长在山上的橡树经历了大风大雨，结果它的根深深地扎进了泥土中间，并不断向四周扩张，甚至把自己置身于巨大的石块当中。有时它可能看起来长的不是很快，但这时它却在地下悄悄生长着，好像它的根知道自己必须快速生长来保护树木免受自然危害的影响。

在列车上的时光慢了下来，窗外的风景如同放映电影一般缓缓流转，经过一段长长的隧道，仿佛时光凝固了下来，只余风声在耳边呼啸而过。

一望是平川。一大片嫩草地被分割成几十个长方形，黄绿的是孱弱的细苗，嫩绿的是新发的小草，青绿的则是蓬勃的青草细密生长。涓涓细流在其中，滋润着田野。几座小屋坐落在小径边，隐藏在苍翠的林中。一个老农戴着草帽，自由行走在田径之中，似是在观察作物的长势。亦是风景。

天色陡然灰暗。远方笼罩在一片阴雨之下，随着列车驶进，我们也被包围其中。一根根银线向着不同的角度划在窗上，却都似有着直前的力量。天色雾蒙蒙，看不清眼前树。无数根银色蝌蚪，拖曳着细长的尾，向后游动。雨势骤停，看清眼前景色，一条大江，带有暗黄的土地的颜色，一叶小船，泛舟其中。再回首，雨迹不见。如同一幻。

眼前皆绿景。一片染着一片，层层叠叠，似延绵无尽。翠绿之中蓦然现出几座粗长的筒子，带着钢筋水泥的色彩。上端如烟囱一般不断冒出黑烟，一团团漂浮空中，缓慢被风吹动，久久不散。如同在洁白的丝绸上，染上污渍，刺目灰暗。一根根粗壮的树干堆叠，一圈圈年轮都是岁月的痕迹。一旁的柏油路上，疾驰着一辆辆汽车，反射着耀眼的光芒，来来往往，穿行不息。车后喷出一串串细微的烟，飘向空中，虽微不可及，却从四面八方聚集而来，使得乌云又增多几片。是喜?是忧?是必然。

这是最好的时代，这是最坏的时代。树木被伐、任意捕杀、排放污水……一桩桩，一件件，谁之故?工业发展的触角四处伸展，企图破坏那碧水蓝天。我愿停下脚步，倾听自然的声音;我愿极目远眺，找寻自然的踪迹;我愿播种希望，让绿遍布人间!

There are many festivals in China，During these holidays, my favorite holiday is Chinese New Year.Not only because it’s the biggest festival in the year, but also because it’s a new beginning that brings hope to people and it’s time for family gathering.Before the festival, people come home no matter where they are.Usually, we have a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. And then families sit together and share their lives or planes.Some will play games or hang out to have some fun.

On the New Year’s Day, people get up early and say good words to anyone they meet.Children can get lucky money from relatives.In the following days, we will visit relative’s home and bring New Year’s wishes to them.In short, it’s a time for family gathering and all of us enjoy it.

Now,I am a senior student in high school, who worked so hard in the past two years.As we all know, the study burden of high school students in China is heavy.

This morning I got up early and went to the market to buy some vegetables instead my mother for the first time.

The market was very crowded and busy with nearly all kinds of goods on display. Some sellers were shouting at the top of their voice to attract the attention of the people. Housewives were picking out vegetables and bargaining with the sellers. A man was selling fresh fish, which were swimming in a big basin, and a lot of buyers crowded around it and chose what they wanted.
