She reluctantly returned to her former life, knowing that some day Armand would forgive her. For example, standing up while quickly checking your emails makes it hard to lose an hour randomly surfing the web.

6. Keep organized. Disorganization is directly related to lateness. How often have you been late because you were looking for your car keys or couldnt find an important document? Keep the things that you use everyday in some resemblance of organization and your routines will go smoother.

7. Plan ahead.

o Schedule something unimportant right before something very important. If you have an essential interview at 4:00, plan to meet a friend for coffee at the coffee shop next to your interview at 3:30. Then, even if you are late to meet your friend, you will be poised to pounce on your meeting.But remember to tell your friend that you may miss your coffee(they might feel that you are ditching them.)

o Pick out your clothes the night before (dont forget your underclothes and shoes!). If you need to bring something with you, set it with your car keys or purse.

o If you are going to some unfamiliar place, look over a map, or even drive there once if at all possible. Have your transportation planned; if you drive, keep your car in good order and refill gas in the tank. If you ride a bus, know the route, have your fare, and keep cab money on hand in case of emergency. If you are depending on another person for a ride—have a plan B!

8. Go to sleep on time. This makes it a lot easier to get up on time and helps you stay on task during the day. Unless you know otherwise, assume you need eight hours of sleep every night. By far the majority of people need at least this much sleep. College students and younger need more. Most people underestimate their sleep needs.

When you are late for appointments, meetings or work, you show a lack of respect for other people’s time as well as your own. Punctuality is a problem for many people。

在我心中，军人，是一个多么值得崇敬的词!他们吃苦耐劳，勇敢无畏地保卫着我们的祖国。他们经历着血与汗的考验，他们坚持不懈，他们团结合作，他们是真正的男子汉，顶天立地的男子汉!

早上在队列时，一个人倒下了。我有些惶恐：军训难道就这么恐怖，这么残忍?但更多的是敬佩和感悟。敬佩的是她如此坚强，宁愿倒下也不愿喊声“苦”“累”。她虽然倒下了，但她的那种肯吃苦永不言弃的精神却永驻我的心中，时刻提醒着我们要坚持。我也从中感悟军训其实是一场考验、一种磨练。军训就要求我们不断地磨砺自己!

太阳像是个任性的孩子，一发起脾气来就直接把它火辣辣的目光对着我们。天热得很，就连远处吹来的微风也带着一丝热气。

“脚跟靠拢!”

“脚尖分开约60度!”

“脚夹紧!”

“手臂自然下垂，拇指放在食指节上，中指夹紧裤缝线!”

……

空荡荡的操场上回荡着教官们洪亮的命令。一群身着迷彩服的学生正笔直地挺立着，就像是一个“咬定青山不放松”松树。

手臂关节处传来一阵酥麻的感觉，顿时，全身每个细胞仿佛听到了一声命令，纷纷罢工。我竭力地控制自己，可是心中那份急躁却始终驱赶不了，更何况，还有身上那些抗议的细胞。一个声音在我脑中响起：我不行了!我要倒下了……

汗水就像淋了雨一样，顺着我的脸颊、我的背往下流，仿佛残暴的日军实行扫荡政策，肆虐着身上的每一个角落。我真怀疑自己会不会因脱水而晕倒。

“好，休息一下。”教官此时严厉的声音传到我耳中就仿佛天籁之音。我匆匆忙忙拿起自己的水，直往那干得冒烟的喉咙里灌。接着便一屁股坐在地上，让自己全身的细胞得到彻底放松。

“停!”伴随着一声大吼，正在休息中的我们马上站了起来，站好军姿，因为艰苦奋斗的生活又要开始了。

好不容易，一天下来了。那迷彩服简直能拧出水来。我忍不住感慨：军训锻炼的就是你的意志!但我明白：只有经历了这样血与汗的考验，我们才能成为一个真正的男子汉，才能更充分地投入到学习中。因为我坚信：越磨砺，越光芒!

有一天，小溪很高兴，叮咚叮咚地流淌着，因为小溪正在山顶上，可以接近太阳公公了。它想：终于可以接近太阳公公了，我可以叫太阳公公和月亮姐姐跟我配合，让他们快点换班，我就可以迅速地进入美丽的大海了！果然，它急忙地跟太阳公公说出它的伟大梦想。本来太阳公公不答应，很固执，对小溪说：“不行，这样的话，人类会很快衰老，时间也会快速过去，花草枯萎，人类与大自然都会顿然死亡。甚至你，迟早也会成为人类的饮料，被人类喝掉的。”小溪还是坚持着，

太阳公公没办法，答应了小溪，并且月亮姐姐也勉强答应了。

过了一段时间，真是日月如梭，人们都无法干活，渐渐衰老了。小溪也发现到自己快凝固了，因为快到冬天了。小溪后悔极了，趁还没到冬天，使劲地往通到山上的路游去。太阳公公和月亮姐姐天天都很忙碌，因为，他们每过3小时就要换一次班。

小溪看着太阳公公和月亮姐姐一上一下地换班，看得摇头晃脑，更后悔自己当初鲁莽的决定，忍不住流出眼泪，可怜兮兮地说：“对不起！太阳公公，月亮姐姐，我害得你们那么忙碌！”小溪抽泣着，“求求你们，停下来吧！我知道，握错了，对不起大家，害得人类上气不接下气，没得干活，也连累所有植物、生物跟我一起受累！求求你们，停下来吧！”太阳和月亮听到它的一番苦言，就原谅小溪。从此，小溪又像以前那样欢快地流淌了。

我们应该珍惜时间，浪费时间就是浪费生命，把时间用在有用的地方上才好。同时，也不要太自私，也不要为了自己而连累大家。

藏羚羊飞奔在寒冷的雪山，猎鹰飞过那碧绿的天空，爬山虎一点点的攀上墙角。鸟儿清脆的鸣叫，小溪潺潺的流动，风轻轻掠过美丽的花朵，人们伸开双臂，呼吸着享受着大自然的美妙与奇幻……“啊”的一声一切美好的事物都消失了，取而代之的是融化的冰川，没有家园的动物，条条黑色的河道，被污染的的空气，植物渐渐的枯萎，森林夷为平地……

在现今，由于人们无穷无尽地开采资源，大自然遭到了严重的破坏。为了拯救奄奄一息的地球，世界各地都纷纷号召人们保护环境、珍惜资源。

当你在姹紫嫣红的花丛里时，当你在缓缓流淌向远方的河流边时，当你站在碧绿无垠的草原上，微风亲吻着你的脸颊，耳畔回荡起婉转的鸟叫声，人往往是在失去后才懂得珍惜，懂得美好。

树木是地球的肺，自然是地球的面貌。只是今天有人突然大梦初醒，发现不管是水资源流失还是冰川融化都威胁到了人类的生存，但他们自私自利，依然无止境浪费。但他们号召他人时，美名其曰：“保护地球”。

保护环境已经不是一个新的话题了，我们应该从小事做起，从自己做起，保护地球人人有责。拒绝使用一次性筷子，节约用水节约用电，以及不乱扔垃圾，这都是最基本的。可又有几个人是真正在乎保护环境的融化的冰川上，可怜的北极熊在漂泊，污染的水里，鱼儿在痛苦的呻吟，砍倒的树木下有多少动物的家。

也许多年后，城市会被一场大水给淹没世界上最后的一个人也会沉寂在黑暗的水中，也许多年后世界会是一片沙漠，最后一滴水会是最后一个人类的泪水，也许多年后人类依旧繁华，但我想他们应该忘记了一个名为地球的星球。

保护环境不是自私自利，不是关爱人类自己，而是一场战争，一场报答养育我们的地球母亲的战争。

保护环境，人人有责。

喧闹的世界，阴霾的风景，让人感到所有的一切都是那么烦燥!心里总感觉不平衡;有一种沉重的压力直冲大脑，压得我都沉不住气;好像一不小心都可以倒在地上，永远不再爬起来。

我特喜欢上课，老师讲得很不错，每一节课，都像开场一般的精彩，每一节课都使我在一个梦幻般的世界里神游，我害怕课后一个人所面对的孤独;我希望他讲一些，再讲一些……

我想逃离那些不必要的压力，我努力奔跑，我努力跨越，可是总是跨不出这个“门槛”。我的确应该面对，人总要学着长大吧!

也许，人生就像一场雨一样，看似美丽，但大多数的时候，我们都必须忍受寒冷与潮湿，那是必须的，当没有阳光的，我自己便是阳光;当没有快乐时，我自己便是快乐……

望着蔚蓝的天空，我尽量的远眺，让心儿向着远方，让那些烦心事，随即而飞荡……

欲哭无泪，欲叫无声。

也许，人生的挫折就是那么多，也许，在我们这个年龄都是脆弱的。

窗外，漆黑一片，也不知道我的未来是充满阳光，还是黑暗，那些都是不可预知的。

我想：何时，我才能真正长大。

从一只丑陋的毛毛虫，变成一只展翅高飞的金蝴蝶;在蔚蓝的天空下，不断飞翔……

白天和黑夜相同的空间，我要留下不同的色彩。短暂和永远，不同的时间，而我只要闯出属于我拥有的旋律。
