面对缺陷也不是那么简单地面对，方法有时也很重要。面对客观缺陷，该不过来也只能硬扛着，可对于主观缺陷呢?也不能简单地一改了之，其实一些对于一些缺陷加以改造、转化，有时还能变成优点。

周处除三害正是他敢于直面缺陷的结果。但这个故事还没完。他除三害后入朝为官，凭着自己的赤胆忠心，直言不讳深的器重。但正因为如此，得住了一批达官贵人。一次皇帝打仗将周处置于梁王司马彤麾下。梁王派周处到一险境且不给予支援，周处明白这是因为自己曾经得罪过梁王之故，但毅然坚守到底，最终战死沙场。周处的直言不讳源自于他的性格，他原来的盛气凌人只是这种性格的另一种表现罢了。随着他除三害，已转化为直言不讳这么个优点。同样，他战死沙场所表现出的铮铮铁骨也是从他以往的好斗凶狠演变过来的。

Prepare for the Final Exam

The final exam is around the corner. All students are working hard to prepare for it. So am I. Doing well in final exam is important, because it reflects how much I learn in school. It’s a good way to test it. Besides, the New Year is coming. I could have a happy holiday and New Year if I got high scores. Now, I get up half an hour earlier than before. I need more time to review. At night, I finish my homework and then do some readings of Chinese and English. I must work harder to get high scores in the final exam.

最近，我观看了一部传奇书籍——《郑成功》。故事发生在明清时期，他是明清之际着名的民族英雄。他在民族起义成功的巨大背景下，号领将士数万人，勇登台湾岛，赶走荷兰侵略军，成功收复领土台湾!

公元1646年，郑成功的父亲认为明朝气数已尽，只身向清朝投降。随后，清朝政府便横扫郑家，掠夺家产。郑母切腹自尽。从此，郑成功背上了“家恨国仇”。于1647年，郑成功在列屿起兵，攻打腐败的清朝政府。随后的数十年，郑成功取得多次胜利，大败清朝政府!

在这里我看到了当时社会的无理和软弱，放弃攻打外国军队，却来此处欺负中国同胞。在这种社会背景下，郑成功顽强拼搏，打下了属于自己的天地!

1661年，康熙皇帝即位，他成功断绝了郑军的粮食后路，开挖郑坟，移驻投诚官兵，分垦荒地。由于清政府的新策略，郑成功和他的军队断绝了经济来源，面临着严重的财政危机。不得不转战，准备以葡萄牙、西班牙、荷兰所分割的台湾岛为根据地，组织大批的进攻。

郑成功亲自率领2.5万大军，战船数百所，自金门料罗湾出发，经澎湖，出敌不意地在鹿耳门及禾寮港登陆。先以优势兵力夺取荷军防守薄弱的赤嵌城，继又对防御坚固的首府台湾城长期围困。经过九个月的苦战，在早年由其父协助渡海的汉人移民的支持下于1662年打败荷兰人，迫使殖民总督揆一于同年十二月十三日签字投降，撤离台湾。

这时，郑成功的台湾收复可谓圆满结束。但是这时我想，为什么当时清朝政府无力攻台，而在断绝郑军粮草后由郑成功大举攻下台湾?这显然表现出了当时政府的腐败。清朝政府在历史上可谓丢尽了中国人的脸。任外国人掠夺厮杀却无动于衷，特别是慈禧太后，一再讨好外国人，最后成了中国人百年唾弃的对象。

而郑成功，虽然当时受环境所逼，但他也有浓重的爱国之心，不甘祖国就此堕落，义无反顾的大起郑军，攻破台湾，为祖国守住了一片土地。虽然台湾现在还没有完全回归祖国，但不可否认郑成功当时的壮举!

看完此片，我也为郑成功聪明的作战策略所叹服。俗话说：“知己知彼，百战不殆”。郑成功成功的掌握了当时敌军的习性，很好地运用了各方面的信息，打败了荷兰军队。他们智渡危险的海礁，分兵清楚、巧妙，当然在敌军的枪支下不畏艰险，即使武器落后，一样大败敌军，取得了最终的胜利!

面对二十一世纪这个知识的时代，面对知识就是力量，科学技术是第一生产力的科学论断，我认为离开了知识将是一个一无是处的废人。以资本为最重要生产力的"资本家"的时代将要过去，以知识为特征的"知本家"的时代即将到来。而高中时代是学习现代科学知识的黄金时代，我应该抓住这个有利的时机，用知识来武装自己的头脑，知识是无价的。 首先，合理安排时间，调整好作息时间，分配好学习、工作、娱乐的时间。

时间是搞好学习的前提与基础，效率和方法更为重要。其次，要保质保量的完成老师布置的作业，老师布置的作业一般是她多年教学经验的总结，具有很高的价值，应认真完成。认真对待考试，考前认真复习。另外，积极阅读有关书籍和资料，扩大自己的知识面;经常提出问题，与同学讨论，向老师请教;搞好师生关系，师生相处得融洽和睦;抓住点滴时间学习一些其它专业领域的知识，知识总是有用的。在这学期的期中考试中，尽管取得一些成绩，但离心中的目标还很远，仍需继续努力，抓紧自己的学习。知识无止境，探索无止境，人的发展亦无止境，我还有很多的知识需要学习。

在纪律方面，要做到：尊重教师，同学之间可以真诚相待;能遵守学校各项纪律，遵守公共秩序，遵守社会公德;不迟到、不早退、不旷课;上学穿校服;举止文明; 有良好的卫生习惯，不乱扔废弃物。

以上是我这学期的个人总结，我将结合这个小结确定未来的发展目标，我对未来充满信心。自然，也需要老师们的精心培养和同学们的真诚帮助。

Last week, my English teacher gave us a task, she asked us to form a small group, each group was made up of five students, the groups need to do a research, it is about how much people know about foreign country. The Yangzte River is the longest river in China. And it s important and

helpful to us Chinese. But these days the Yangtze River is bringing us serious

floods.

Many villages were destroyed by floods. The floods made hundreds of

millions of people lose their homes, relatives and friends. Many children can t

go to school as usual .Now the foods have drawn the attention of the whole

world. People from abroad have offered their help too. In China, millions of

soldiers are busy fighting against the floods. They are working very hard. Many

of them have lost their lives in their attempt to save the villagers.

Though we can t help them to fight against floods, we should help them to

rebuild their homeland. We can present them our pocketmoney and clothes. I

believe most of the people will return to their homeland in the near future.

在现代生活中，人们的生产力水平在不断提高，因此人们身上所承担的责任也就越重，对于家庭要有家庭责任，对于工作要有工作的责任，的责任就属于社会责任了。如果一个人不承担任何的责任，那么他也就会没有任何的束缚和限制，就会随心所欲，没有任何底线的犯错误，这样的话，人类也不会进步。

例如，在东莞的张先生看到网上家电的一台国际的超高清3D电视售价仅为3199元，便立即下单购买三台，而付款后，卖家却称产品标价由于员工疏忽失误少填了一个9，如果发货还需要补款8万多元。这就是一个对于工作没有工作责任的例子，因为自己的工作失误而误导消费者，这种行为是极其不负责任的。我相信真正的大商业不会出现这样的问题。我们一直都说消费者是上帝，可是误导消费者行为真是不可取，并且商家应该对此时间负责。

在我周边也有一个这样的例子，在一些商场中许多店铺都打着极低的折扣广告，可是当我们真正的去询问价格时，店员却说没有这样的折扣，这些广告都是商场内部让强制打出的，目的就是为了吸引更多的消费者，那些员工也是非常无奈的，这件事中就体现了商场内部对消费者进行了误导，是商场对于消费者不负责的表现。因为我们不能为了吸引消费者而打着不真实的标签，还好这是在实体店，有店员可以对消费者解释，如果要是在网上交易的话，这岂不会演变成交易付款后必须加钱才能获取物品的尴尬局面了吗。

我们周围还有许多要销量，要美观，要口感而不要质量的产品。我认为那些产家都是对消费者不负责任的，他们并没有把消费者的健康放在了第一位，而是江产业利润放在了第一位。这样必定会引火上身，最后受到惩罚的。

“故天将降大任于是人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤。”这就是人类千古流传的名言，其中也有深刻的意义，人们生活在这个世界上，责任的重大是每个人都拥有的，只有这样人类会更加进步，对社会的创建更加努力，我们的生活才会更加美好。

I learn Chines, math, English, PE, Nature and other subjects in school.

interesting course that I like it very much. The pronunciation and spell are so

different from Chinese. In PE class, I can play games or doing exercises. After
