The main function of public libraries is to provide books for people to

The public libraries are crowded with people on weekdays as well as Sundays

because many people,especially students who want to consult reference books for

their school work,know that they could at least learn something there.

Besides reading in the library,we can also borrow books with library

cards.But books on loan had to be returned within a couple of weeks.As far as I

know the number of people who borrow books from public libraries is increasing

year after year.

I go to the City Hall library twice a month to read.

Water Pollution

With the development of industry, water pollution isbecoming more serious now. The polluted water not only kills fish, it is also harmful to our health. Many people get sick because they drink the polluted water. In some rivers the water is so dirty that they can even kill plants.

We should fight against the pollution. We should stop using harmful things. I wish it is not a dream that in the near future we can have clean rivers again.

I have a big family, there are seven people in my family, my mon, dad, two grandpas, two grandmas and me. My dad is soldier, he works in police station. My mom works in the bank, she is an accountant. They both are very busy in working, I can only play with them in the weekend. My grandpas and grandmas dont work for company, but they are volunteers and often take me to do the voluntary labor.

一、介绍班级老师、幼儿的情况。

我是王老师，是小班的主班老师，另两位老师是于老师和袁老师，我们三位老师一起完成幼儿的日常教育教学工作。记得初入园的孩子们个个因分离焦虑的不安心理，哭闹不止。他们大多都为独生子女，在家有着两对一，四对一，甚至六对一的教养优势，同时也折射出很多个性问题，例如：比较自我、动手能力薄弱、交往能力薄弱 依赖性强、缺乏独立性，脾气倔等。

二、介绍本学期的教学目标和教育理念。

本学期，我们的工作重点主要是，让幼儿为适应幼儿园生活和各项行为习惯的养成，在各项游戏活动中培养幼儿养成良好的生活和学习习惯，比如：讲礼貌、讲卫生、正确地洗手、良好的坐姿、用心倾听、不攻击他人等等。

我们本期的要完成的教学目标是让幼儿：

1、能亲近老师，愿意上幼儿园，情绪愉快地参加幼儿园的各类活动;

2、能知道自己的名字，听到呼唤会应答，多数幼儿能用简短的语言表达自己的要求;

3、能根据自己的需要入厕、喝水;

4、能充分活动身体，走爬跑动作协调，在集体活动中愿意与同伴们一起玩耍;

5、多数幼儿乐意开口说话，能听懂普通话，喜欢听熟悉的故事和儿歌;

6、能觉察生活中物品的大小，多少，颜色，形状的明显不同，能识别与自己生活密切相关的物品和人;

7、喜欢参与活动，摆弄玩具，材料，会跟着老师有兴趣地唱歌、敲打、做模仿动作。

多数幼儿能完成教学目标，个别幼儿有待提高。

我们使用的是多元整合幼儿园活动课程，它包括了健康、科学、艺术、语言、社会这五大领域(和安全) ，同时我们开设了体育、区域及音乐游戏等活动，具体活动安排有“一日活动表”这个表可以显示出我们每一天的活动设计是环环相扣的。我们是以各种游戏的形式为主要教学方式，让孩子在玩中学，学中玩，从而在各个方面得到发展。孩子们比起刚入幼儿园时，各方面都有了很大的进步。

三、幼儿在园的表现情况介绍

“怎样让孩子尽快地适应集体生活，到幼儿园应注意些什么，家长应配合幼儿园做些什么。”这些都是在我们八月底第一次家长会中讲到如何帮助幼儿适应幼儿园的话题。刚入园时的情形，现在仍记忆犹新。老师的身边 坐着一圈哭不停的孩子，有的老师抱着两个，身后拉了一群，眼泪鼻涕都是。面对这些哭闹的孩子，我们尽量温柔的安慰，轻声的说老师知道宝宝想妈妈了，我们来一起唱首儿歌好吗?唱一会妈妈就来接你了，有的拿玩具转移孩子的注意力，在老师有序的安排，带着孩子弹琴、唱歌、跳舞、做游戏。孩子们安静了，两眼圆溜溜的看着老师，有的跟着一起唱，小手跟着一起挥动着。孩子笑了，而老师早已经汗流浃背，仿佛空调的制冷系统出了毛病。也有孩子出现反复哭闹现象的。有些家长做的很好，正确的引导，积极的配合老师的工作，孩子很快适应了，享受着集体生活带来的快乐。有的家长来送幼儿入园时看到孩子哭，自己也忍不住跟着抹眼泪一起哭。孩子的情绪特别容易受到感染，结果哭了一片。我们老师看在眼里，更是着急在心里。对家长，我们忙着劝导及告知正确对待孩子入园的分离焦虑现象。对哭闹的孩子，我们忙于引导，转移注意力，给予母亲般的爱心和耐心。慢慢的孩子们喜欢上幼儿园，看到孩子开心的笑，家长也安心了。我们悬着的心也放下了。

记得，有个周一的早上，孩子们陆陆续续的上幼儿园，我们晨间接待时，一位孩子的妈妈告诉我说，孩子特别不喜欢过双休，我很惊讶，问为什么啊?孩子妈妈回答，她星期六星期天也想上幼儿园，想到幼儿园找她的老师。再后来的一段时间，我看到有个小朋友 跑到我身边，轻轻的 有点害羞的说，老师，我想你了。身后的一群孩子都争先抢后的喊着，老师我也想你了!我也想你了!那刻，我觉得做为一名幼儿教师，特别幸福!特别感动，孩子们虽小，也能懂得老师们对宝贝的爱，每经过一个小长假，老师最想的也是我们班的小宝贝们啊。

我们小班幼儿因年龄小，交往能力和自我保护意识较弱，幼儿都是以自我为中心，在活动中发现有推人、抓人、打人等攻击性行为，因为孩子在初入园的两个月内，往往是最容易发生攻击性行为的，我认为有4种原因造成：(1)、不会交往，想引起同伴的注意，但方法不对;(2)、自我控制能力较差(年龄小);(3)、生理因素的影响(多动);(4)、家庭教育的因素。当出现了幼儿之间的攻击事情后，都是我们不愿意发生的，希望家长们能理解和原谅。

幼儿入园后，容易感冒，这其实有三种原因：首先，对于2-3岁左右的孩子来说，入园使生活环境发生了很大的变化，最初会感觉不习惯，离开了妈妈和家人，孩子内心变得不安。这种紧张和压力会造成免疫力下降，感冒病毒自然就容易侵入。其次，虽已经适应了幼儿园的集体生活的幼儿，但因幼儿园的人群密度相对家庭要高，一旦有什么病毒或病菌，传染的机会大大增加。第三，秋冬季天气多变，有些父母担心孩子感冒，就给孩子穿得很厚，这是不可取的。幼儿园游戏多，活动量大，孩子穿得太多，很容易出汗，衣服汗湿了就容易受寒着凉，导致感冒。幼儿不能正常入园，不能正常参与班级活动，当病假结束入园时又出现反复哭闹不愿来园的现象发生，家长一定要给予鼓励，耐心的讲上幼儿园好处，如：老师和小朋友们都想你了，小朋友们新学的儿歌，你也去上幼儿园学会了教妈妈等。

由于天气越来越冷，孩子们越穿越厚。每次如厕，都是老师一个一个帮忙脱再一个一个帮忙提好。有的孩子喜欢憋尿。带其他孩子尿时他说没有尿，不一会忍不住了还没跑到卫生间就已经尿裤子上了。有的孩子小，穿的厚，即使老师一个一个已经帮忙把裤子褪下来，有的由于裤子穿的过于繁琐，一层一层又一层，腿都弯不下去。有的弯下去了仍扒不好裤子，把屁股后面的裤子尿湿。有的孩子膀胱小，特别容易尿裤子，有的孩子内向，不主动说导致尿裤子，都在老师对孩子个性了解后，主动提醒着如厕。防止他们由尿裤子着凉而引起风寒感冒。如有孩子尿裤子了，在我们知道的情况下，都会帮孩子换上干爽的棉裤。如果班里没备用裤子的情况下，都会给家长打电话通知带干净的裤子来更换。也有孩子明明知道自己尿裤子了，仍不好意思告诉老师，穿着湿裤子回家的。对于这样的情况，我在此也深表歉意。必定班里孩子太多，像这种情况，家长一定在第二天给老师们说，让我们避免此类事情的再次发生。虽然我们老师都想尽量把孩子照顾好，但还是难免有遗漏和疏忽的地方，请家长谅解，同时及时和我们老师沟通。

四、家长需要配合的工作

经过一学期的相处，我们的小宝贝们都进步了那么多，我发现我们作为家长也有需要提高的地方。如以下几个地方：

1、 接送卡的正确使用。(对，相处了熟了，但接送卡还是要按规定正确使用起来。为了孩子的安全，请家长给予理解)放学时，请家长一定排好队，把卡递到老师的手里，由老师来喊孩子的名字。家长就不用在门外喊，更不能从窗口把孩子抱走。一定要固定的家长来接孩子，如果有换其他人，一定提前给老师打电话(6176207)

2、 为了幼儿的安全，来园时请家长检查孩子是否带危险品及贵重物品，如：扣子、刀子、硬币、项链等。 咱们班在这个问题上，家长就有很大的疏忽。不说 您或许不知道，如果您能细心的弯下腰来 浪费三十秒的时间摸摸孩子的口袋 查看孩子的小手，就能避免以下事情的发生。我们班的孩子，有带大头针的，小刀的。有带很小的螺丝帽 长螺丝钉的，有带打火机，有带注射器，带一角五角一元的硬币更是不在话下，带五元十元的也是大有人在。有的甚至带200元人民币，刚经老师教育后的第二天，有个孩子竟然带了2000的现金。当然这些都如数的交还给家长，接到这些钱，家长也惊讶。即使老师在幼儿园一遍一遍的叮嘱孩子不要乱带东西，孩子小啊。或许他无心，觉得好玩。家长一定要做好孩子的监督工作，和老师一起帮助孩子改掉这些不好的习惯。您要知道，万一那些瓜子或者硬币卡进了孩子的喉咙里，不说是责任谁担当的问题，受罪的还是我们的孩子。拿钱孩子的家长要注意 下次钱财贵重的物品不要乱放了。元旦期间新闻有报道一孩子，把家里的五千多现金撕成碎片，经五个工作人员三个多小时的拼凑才粘连好。这就是孩子。天真，可爱，无邪。 如果咱们的孩子生病了要吃药，请及时与老师交代清楚以免出错，最好能将宝宝的名字备注上，避免在繁忙时遗忘。如果发现幼儿把园内物品带回家或和其他孩子交换物品的，请家长及时引导并带回来，我们会及时表扬的并处理好的。

3、请家长理性的思考和处理幼儿之间的打架现象。关于这个问题，老师也感到头疼，我刚才也有说过 幼儿年龄小，交往能力差，有的方法不对，有的好动，控制能力弱。非发自内心的挣打。孩子本来就活泼好动，他们之间有了矛盾动手打人或磕磕碰碰是难免的。孩子矛盾来去都很快，他们也是经过和小伙伴一次次的摩擦，学会与小伙伴友好的交流和相处。做幼师 特别是带小班的幼儿老师，每天上班都是神经绷的紧紧的。生怕孩子们发生摩擦，尽量把事故降到最低。有疏忽的，我们也是不希望的。再次 深表歉意了。家长在遇到这种事情发生时，首先需要冷静对待。老师不会偏袒任何一方，更不希望有这样的事情发生。孩子伤着 ，老师也心疼也自责。所以家长就千万别说出不理智的话来，孩子上幼儿园，过集体生活，无论是任教十几年 还是几十年的教师都不能保证，在集体中，孩子们无摩擦。我们做到的，只能眼观六路耳听八方，减少再减少事故的发生，请家长给孩子做个好的表率，正确引导，宽以待人，学会分享，学会合作，大多数家长处理的很好，在此感谢这些家长的理解和支持。谢谢你们!

4、 明年开学后，天气越来越暖了。为了让幼儿身体得到锻炼，请各位家长准时让幼儿参加幼儿园组织的晨间活动。让幼儿在8：00至8：30之间到园。但千万别来太早。刚开学时，有的家长送幼儿上学，比老师上班来的还早。您在外面等着，我们也不好意思。但老师的工作时间也是科学安排的。若有其它特殊原因迟入园，请您轻声与幼儿道别，和老师交流不要影响其他孩子的正常活动。如果生病或有事不能来园，请家长及时打电话向老师请假。

5、 如果您的电话号码有变动也请及时告诉我们，如果孩子有尿裤子，或拉裤子现象和您联系。或者我们打电话有什么重要的事情要通知，如果联系不上就不好了。有什么问题或关于孩子的事情的都可以打电话给我们，相互讨论，相互学习。

假期要求

1、在园在家教育目标要保持一致，在园我们要求幼儿做到自己的事情自己做，希望寒假里家长们也一样相信幼儿一定能做得好，避免包办代替。

2、请您配合幼儿园继续对幼儿进行礼貌教育，见到客人、长辈、老师能主动大声的问好。

3、寒假在家时注意有意识地培养幼儿讲述的完整性，在别人讲话时能安静地倾听。

4、下学期希望家长能鼓励幼儿坚持天天上幼儿园，多鼓励幼儿积极参与户外的体育锻炼，增强体质。

5、在寒假里家长能根据孩子们在本学期生活、活动情况， 针对不足进行鼓励和培养，如在家开展一些涂色、绘画、折纸等活动，让孩子们在新学年里有更大的进步。

五、 寒假注意事项

寒假定于1月10日正式放假，2月10日开学，假期里，注意孩子们的安全和行为习惯的培养。

1、早睡早起，自己的事情自己做，有意培养孩子的自理能力。自己吃饭，自己上厕所

2、少吃零食，少看电视。请家长多抽时间和宝宝一起看书，讲故事，画画，玩玩具……

3、 培养孩子的安全意识和自我保护能力：不玩水，不玩电，不动煤气开关，我玩烟花爆竹。记住家长的名字，住址，电话号码，不和陌生人走，不吃别人的东西……

4、尽量少到人群拥挤的地方去，避免传染病的发生。

5、春节期间外出时注意孩子的饮食卫生，不暴饮暴食。

过年快到了，越来越多的小朋友玩烟花爆竹，希望家长督促幼儿不玩烟花爆竹，不到处乱跑避免意外发生。

2. 动词的时态

在记叙文中，记和叙都离不开动词。所以动词出现率最高，且富于变化。记叙文中用得最多的是动词的过去的，这是英语记叙文区别于汉语记叙文的关键之处。英语写作的优美之处就在于这些动词时态的变化，正是这一点才使得所记、所叙有鲜活的动态感、鲜明的层次感和立体感。

3. 叙述的顺序

记叙一件事要有一定的顺序。无论是顺叙、倒叙、插叙还是补叙，都要让读者能弄清事情的来龙去脉。顺叙最容易操作，较容易给读者提供有关事情的空间和时间线索。但这种方法也容易使文章显得平铺直叙，读起来平淡乏味。倒叙、插叙、补叙等叙述方法能有效地提高文章的结构效果，让所叙之事跌宕起伏，使读者在阅读时思维产生较大的跳跃，从而为文章所吸引，深入其中。但这些方法如果使用不当，则容易弄巧成拙，使文章结构散乱，头绪不清，让读者不知所云。

引用故事情节中主要人物的对话是记叙文提高表现力的一种好方法。适当地用直接引语代替间接的主观叙述，可以客观生动地反映人物的性格、品质和心理状态，使记叙生动、有趣，使文章内容更加充实、具体。试比较下面两段的叙述效果：

I was in the kitchen, and I was cooking something. Suddenly I heard a loud noise from the front. I thought maybe someone was knocking the door. I asked who it was but I heard no reply. After a while I saw my cat running across the parlor. I realized it was the cat. I felt released.

这本来应是一段故事性很强的文字，但经作者这么一写，就不那么吸引人了。原因是文中用的都是叙述模式，没有人物语言，把"悬念"给冲淡了。可作如下调整：

I was in the kitchen cooking something. "Crash!" a loud noise came from the front. Thinking someone was knocking at the door, I asked, "Who?" No reply. After a while, I saw my cat running across the parlor. "Its you." I said, quite released.

二、写好记叙文的基本要领

1. 头绪分明，脉络清楚

写好记叙文，首先要头绪分明，脉络清楚，明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析，弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程，然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都应该跟上述五个" W "和一个" H "有关。尽管不是每篇记叙文里都必须包括这些" W "和" H "，但动笔之前，围绕五个" W "和" H "进行构思是必不可少的。

2. 突出中心，详略得当

在文章的框架确定后，对支持故事的素材的选取是很关键的。选材要注意取舍，应该从表现文章主题的需要出发，分清主次，定好详略。要突出重点，详写细述那些能表现文章主题的重要情节，略写粗述那么非关键的次要情节。面面俱到反而使情节罗列化，使人不得要领。这一点是写好记叙文要解决的一个基本问题，也需要一定的技巧。如：

One night a man came to our house and told me, "There is a family with eight children. They have not eaten for days." I took some food with me and went.

When I finally came to that family, I saw the faces of those little children disfigured (破坏外貌) by hunger. There was no sorrow or sadness in their faces, just the deep pain of hunger.

I gave the rice to the mother. She divided the rice in two, and went out, carrying half the rice. When she came back, I asked her, "Where did you go?" she gave me this simple answer, "To my neighbors - they are hungry also!"

3. 用活语言，准确生动
