3、请大家将自己在教育孩子这项活动中成功的教育方法介绍给在座的各位;

4、教师与个别家长进行单独交谈。

一、下面我要和大家谈第一个方面试卷总结：(数学和英语分别由科任教师总结)。

语文100分的13人，95-99分的有12 人，90-94分的有2人，平均分98. 分。语文试卷分开卷和闭卷，闭卷是最基础的知识，开卷是很灵活的题，可以翻书。

二、平时，很多家长非常关心孩子的学习状态水平情况，为了使各位家长能在家中辅导好孩子，我来介绍一下一年级的教材。

语文：下期语文识字量提高了很多，两期合计共约800字，写话也要求写一段完整通顺的话。

1 课文每篇都要背过、要认识的字一定要认识并能口头组3个词(指给家长哪是要认识的字，哪是要会写得字，提醒家长如果孩子写汉字多，那么，一定要保证汉字笔顺正确的情况下才能写汉字。)会写的字注意笔顺，写字书上有。2 拼音扫读薄弱的学生家长还要注意多给孩子辅导一下韵母顺序、声母顺序、整体认读音节顺序、汉语拼音字母表，尤其是拼音不好的没有上过学前班的同学和上过的有很大差别，一定要在家多练，家长一定要多关注自己的孩子，关注多了孩子才有更多的成才机会。3 一年级写话要求是写通顺一句话，学会用标点符号。本期语文的教学都是在大纲要求的基础上提高了要求的。

三、工作的得失

我们学校与其它学校不同的是我们是寄宿制学校，因此除了学习还有生活、安全方面的问题。没有安全、没有健康的身体又何从谈学习，但是孩子是活跃的，有自己的思维，我们不能控制他们不奔跑、不打闹，不做危险的事、不活动等等。这学期在安全方面更多的是上课提醒他们，讲安全，下课盯着他们，尽量让他们的活动在我们的视线里。下课了提醒孩子们喝水上厕所守着他们怕摔着碰着，等到上课了孩子们进教室了，老师连喝口水的时间都没有了要继续上课，没课时又得认真思考怎使课上得有滋有味，准备教具。晚上下晚自己，孩子们走了我们还要打扫卫生(孩子做得不彻底)，有的时候会对孩子比较严格，请家长理解，毕竟我们只有一个目的，就是让孩子培养好各方面的好习惯，一切为了咱们的孩子。

可是孩子们都是家里的小皇帝，都有唯我独尊的心理，因此会因为玩一小玩具等而挣抢。有次星期五的下午刘云山和田忠祥因为抢座位，刘云山直接用铅笔去戳田忠祥的头，当时就出血了，说实话任何父母看见自己的孩子受伤都很生气，可祥儿妈妈并没有训诉刘云山，而是问了他们原因后和山儿讲道理，做为教师非常感谢祥儿妈妈如此的宽容。对于孩子的打闹、争抢，对于安全我们是防不胜防，下期我将设计并开展一系列的安全常识教育活动，加深孩子的安全意识和自我保护能力，同时这方面也请诸位家长多教育。

生活方面： 罗老师带我们班已3年了，对每个孩子的情况了如指掌，而且她也非常有经验;赵老师是初次接手这工作，刚开始的两月有工作不到位的地方，后面慢慢地在改进自己的工作，这还得感谢家长的信息反馈。孩子的生病是我们老师和家长最不愿看到的事，学校将孩子的生病情况也纳入了对生活老师的考核，可见无论是学校领导、老师都希望孩子健康。因此，请家长与老师多沟通，每周交接时多交流，将孩子的身体情况及时做到互知。

三、请家委会成员发言：向瑞琳家长结合自己的教育孩子的经验与大家座谈(由于瑞琳爸爸去教育局开会故未能发言)

四、学生寒假里的作业安排。

作为一年级教师，一方面我们传授知识，另一方面我们还关注孩子做人，帮助他们养成良好的行为习惯，孩子成长，贵在起步。

总之，老师和家长的心情是一样的，我们有着共同的出发点，共同的愿望，那就是一切为了孩子……相信，有各位家长和我们老师的共同努力，每个学生都会在译华小学健康快乐地成长的。

My summer holiday begun on July 7th.I love summer holiday because I dont have to go to school and I can enjoy myself with my friends.I often spend the mornings doing my homework.And I always watch TV in the afternoon at home because its very hot outside.And in the evening,I go swimming with my family and then hang out with my friends.I love swimming very much.

清晨，阳光缓缓从地平线上升起，透过窗子，不经意间发现，一缕光芒淘气地透过林立高楼的缝隙照在教室窗外的核桃树上，那些核桃树悄悄地伫立，像一位饱经风霜的老人，带着亘古不变的倔强。透过树缝，点点轻柔的光晕在早晨潮湿的空气里弥散开来，不觉神色为之一振。

记得初来时，核桃树密密簇簇的叶子在九月的阳光中显得那么亲近，如今在光阴顺理成章的流转中，枝匝斑驳的树影在缓缓减少，一阵凉风吹过，已是落叶满地，在风的悲歌中，飞舞的落叶在跳它人生最后的舞曲，抬头望望，简简朴单的枝枝匝匝，透着露骨的真诚。

那些树就那麽简朴地站着，简朴里流淌着复杂，繁琐里镌刻着明了。简朴，是生命留给世界幸福的形式;复杂，是生命无法打捞的苍凉。核桃树大概也有它的心情吧。

突然想起初三教室前的那些合欢树，我们都喜欢合欢开的花，粉嫩且浓香怡人，那些合欢记载了我在初中的过往：每当考试失利或遇上烦恼，朋友都会拉我在合欢树下散步。合欢不开花时，我们就望着叶子祈祷;合欢开花时，花朵落得满地，我们就寻找一瓣最好看的插在对方的头上，或者当心翼翼的夹进日记本里，连同青春的琐事和美梦一块锁好。

Learning a foreign language is an enriching undertaking. To make the most of your experience, you may need to develop some specialized strategies. Here are some principles to keep in mind.

1. Language is more than a set of grammar rules. Although structural accuracy is an important component of communication, you must also learn how to communicate in a manner that is appropriate to the situation. Likewise, in addition to building a large vocabulary, you will also need to learn ways of paraphrasing so that you will be able to communicate effectively when you don’t know an expression or it has slipped your mind. 态度决定一切，这次成绩的失利，与我对学习松松垮垮的态度密不可分。和才上初中时的我相比，简直是天壤之别。在很多方面上如发言的次数，作业的质量，背书的积极性等方面都有很大的消退。不过万老师很快便发现了我的问题。在一次早自习中，看见我心不在焉，东张西望便来抽查我的单词，结果问题层出不穷，默写一关也是应付。对此万老师非常生气，决定对我进行家访。同时对我下一次大考的成绩的进行了预测。我的目标和这次的预测相差了三四十个名次。那么万老师这样推测的依据是什么呢？

其实，这推测的依据非常简单，单从我对待学习的松松垮垮的态度态度和心不在焉的学习状态就可以得出结论。其次，从我漂浮不定的神态，左顾右盼的动作也可以反映出来。不过这一切只能算作表象，关键一点：从检查我的真实情况来看，事实已定。这也说明我对自己过去的成绩产生了骄傲的心理。因此对待学习的积极性才有了消退。记得刚上初中，我的成绩并不是非常的出类拔萃，但在老师父母的不断教导、鼓励下，我的成绩很快便有了起色。慢慢的，课堂上敢发言了，作业的质量提高了，很多方面包括成绩和以前在小学时的自己相比都有了很大的提高。我不断的努力，奋进。甚至可以说对眼前的每分每秒都不放过，对待学习一丝不苟。不断地拼搏终于换取了硕果，一连几次大考，成绩是稳中有升，从100名后冲进前六十强。我对自己能取得的成绩难以置信，欣喜万分。可在这高兴之余，骄傲自满的心里也在潜滋暗长。因此进入八年级的我，对学习的积极性逐渐消退；态度也是松松垮垮；不能让自己的心真正的沉静下来。导致成绩一路下滑。

经过这次的家访，我深深的认识到了我的错误。如果再这样虚度光阴，自欺欺人，那么害的人终将还会是我自己。所以现在，我要狠狠地下定决心：改！将我这心不在焉，松松垮垮的态度全都板正过来，将从前那个满怀激情，斗志昂扬的自己找回来，让过去的屈辱成为历史，让自己的信心百倍增长，去迎接期末的战斗。

相信我不断努力，肯定会像从前那样取得丰硕的成果。而在今后，不论我取得了多么优异的成绩，也不会像从前那样产生骄傲的心理。让成绩长久的的稳中有升。将学习真正的放在心尖上，并沉静下来，做到不骄不躁。用满怀的斗志去书写新的篇章！

Every year, June 7th and 8th are the big days for high school students,

三、学生答题情况分析

1 、单项填空：单项选择题分两部分，A部分为单词辨音，主要考查字母u 、i,字母组合ea、ear 、ow 在单词中的读音,学生失分主要在第1、3题。B部分为单项选择，考查的知识点多，覆盖面广，有一定的难度。但老师课堂都有讲到，可从学生做题情况来看，此题失分较多，从中可以看出学生对基础题掌握不够扎实，知识掌握还不到位。失分最多的主要集中在第 14(考查kind of 和 a kind of的区别)15、(考查spend，pay和take的区别),16(考查 It is +adj. + do…的句型)，17、(考查have fun doing sth.结构)，20题( 考查多个修饰词的顺序结构)

2、完形填空题的难度不大，既有考查语法知识，还要考查学生的分析理解能力。(1)班此题得分较高，2班级的学生得分较低。此题第23、28、29题丢分最多。由此看出学生的语法知识掌握不够牢靠。

3、阅读理解分ABC篇，C篇为任务读写型。AB篇所选的阅读文章主要考查学生对阅读材料的分析理解能力、推理判断和概括归纳能力。阅读理解难度适中，1班的得分率较高。学生已经掌握一定的阅读技巧。2班的有些学生由于对学习不感兴趣，这类的学生都是胡乱选题。此题失分较多的主要在32、36、40、题。此三题主要考查学生对文章的推理判断和归纳的能力。学生对文章的概括归纳能力还有待加强训练。C篇丢分较为严重，得分率很低，也有得满分的，但人数不多。在这方面学生有待于提高。

4、 情景交际主要考查学生综合运用语言的能力。所选材料贴近学生的生活实际，考查题目基本都可以通过上下文语境完成，相对比较容易，得分较高。

5、词汇主要考查常用单词，两个班的学生在词汇题上失分较高，主要存在几点：⑴不会拼写单词;⑵时态的错误;⑶词的词的正确形式。

6、写作

写作分AB篇;A篇小作文的要求是介绍人物的，浅显易懂，学生有话可说。写自己印象最深刻的人，这题材学生练过的，也是都是学生在日常生活中经常用到的，说到的语言，学生组织起来不难。所用的句型、单词都是学生学过的，且都是重点内容。在日常教学中，是老师反复强调的内容。因此，本题得分率还可以;而B篇 书面表达。 从试卷得分情况看，学生对于写作部分的词汇用法掌握不到位。对于动词的第三人称单数的概念不清，时态运用正确，大部分学生基础知识掌握得不好，张冠李戴的现象比较突出，个别学生不注意审题。⑵班好些学生空白不写。有些学生甚至抄阅读理解的短文内容。

四、具体改进措施

1、钻研新教材，夯实英语基础。在练习时，很多学生“一看就会，一做就错”，这种现象比较普遍，失误原因是对于常见用语掌握的熟练程度还不够。其根本原因就在于基础不牢，只有扎扎实实从基础做起，才能最终达到“一看就会，一做就对”。

2、加强英语课外阅读。英语知识的获得与能力的提高是在不断的听、说、读、写的训练过程中逐步形成的，而教材和课堂所能提供的训练还是比较有限的，因此，要加强理解语篇的能力训练，增强英语语感。

3、规范训练，改进学习方法。要善于分析学生，找出学生的薄弱环节，合理安排好教材知识梳理、专项训练和应试技巧指导。

4、加强听力训练。冰冻三尺非一日之寒，听力理解能力的提高不是一朝一夕能改变的，而是长期的不间断训练的结果，因此要保证每天让学生至少听力训练10分钟。
