所谓民—主化班级管理，有两层含义：一是指班主任和有关任课老师要有明确的尊重学生个性，充分发挥学生主体作用的意识；二是充分发挥班委会的核心作用，千方百计地创造条件让全体学生主动参与班级管理，让学生人人能展示自己的风采，有机会发表自己的意见。通过充分尊重学生情感，创造一种良好的、和—谐的、积极向上的班级氛围。我们二（10）班在上学期直始致终执行学生轮岗值日制，做到全班学生全员参与班级理管，及时发现问题，学会处理问理，让每个人都成为班级的真正主人。

我说的第二点意见是：良好的师生关系是搞好学习的催化剂。

师生关系直接影响到学生的情感投入和学习兴趣。一般来说，如果那个学生的情感倾向于某个老师的话，那么，该学科的成绩肯定有所提高或者更加优秀，上课听讲和平时作业也会更有激—情，学习效率也会随之提高。反之，就会厌学，甚至弃学。现在强调构建平等的师生关系，但怎样才叫平等？这个尺度不好把握，平常的教学中，常因为一些误解或冲动，导致师生之间的不和—谐，此时学生颇受委屈，老师也觉得委屈，这样对教学来说就有直接的不利影响。所以，在这个问题上，我个人认为，宽容和谅解，尊重和赞许，信任和等待是化解师生矛盾，建立良好师生关系的关键，有了良好的师生关系做基础，何愁学习上不去？我们二（10）的科任老师在这点上，确实让我感动，比如：物理老师陈小梅老师为班级捐赠奖品，语文老师和数学老师都被加入到班级组建的网络群内，通过网络平台与学生进行情感沟通，这些我认为对班级管理和提高教学质量都是有益的。

书面表达历来是英语教学中一个难点，要想在限定的时间内写出一篇质量上乘的文章，非一日之功。纵观几年来的高考书面表达，我们可以看出，高考英语写作越来越重视情景的设置，要求考生总结自己的感受和见解，给出自己的观点。书面表达又是全面衡量学生英语综合水平的一种测试形式，因此，我们不得不重视。

第一步，写作的内容，要求做到两点— 内容完整、相关。这两点只要考生不粗心，基本都能做到。比如陕西考区的题目，要求写暑假的安排，是一篇正反观点类的议论文。必须注意题目的要求，第一要提出讨论话题，Recently there has been a heated discussion about what the students should do during the summer vacation.(这是一个经典的模版开篇句型)。第二要写出一方面的观点，然后是另一方面的观点，最后提出自己的看法，根据要求缺一不可，否则就会被扣掉相应的分数，这就是完整。再比如，2005年广东考区的成语寓言故事，不仅要描写整个守株待兔的过程，还应该根据要求点名寓意，否则也是不完整，这点只要在课堂上强调，学生是很容易做到的。所谓相关，也就是不要过多出现文中没有的信息，不能过分发挥，一般学生犯此类错误的较少。

第二步，写作中的语法。在阅卷中，一般三个小的语法错误会被扣掉一分，一个大的语法错误(关于谓语的错误)会被扣掉一分。所以，学生应该尽量避免犯语法错误。我在课堂中会强调，对于语法基础薄弱的同学，除了加强自己的语法功底外，就是去背诵我给出的50个最高频用到的句法结构。这些结构不仅正确，而且一定是高考中的有效得分点，即使语法偏弱，记住这些句子然后在考试中使用也能避免学生自己造句中的语法错误，一举两得。比如，倒装句在考试中就很少有同学主动启用，但是一旦正确启用就会收到意想不到的效果，所以我会给出四组倒装句，然后让学生加强运用和练习。这些句子包括：

第三步，连接词的运用，使文章连贯、流畅。我把这些词分为8类，叫做“畅词”，往往学生由于中西方语言的差异，会忽视这一点，所以在授课中会通过大量的练习巩固和加强学生的印象。而且不仅要写，还写出高水平的畅词，因为高考是选拔性考试，要做到“人无我有,人有我优”。比如，“首先”这个表示次序的畅词，一般同学一定想到的是firstly 或者first of all。可是我建议学生启用to begin with, 或者initially (这个是建议水平较好的启用)。“然而”，绝大部分启用but, however，我建议学生采用on the contrary 或者oppositely。

第四步，也是整个课程的核心部分，要强化“复杂、高级”两个概念。为什么是核心呢?因为学生在这一部分没有正确的认识，在平时的学习中老师也没有有意识灌输和训练总结。大部分学生以为只要写出来、写正确就可以拿到高分，其实80-120个单词包括大概10个句子，如果全部是简单的词汇和句型没有办法达到最高档作文的要求。因此，我们强调高级的词汇和高级复杂的句型，不是说全部必须高级，而是必须出现一些才能符合高考作文大纲的要求。在这一步中，我总结的“高分词汇选择原则”、“简单句到复杂句的瞬间转换”、“高分句子写作策略”以及“钻石得分50句”，通过这些理论和实践结合的讲解，学生会感觉成绩的快速提升，效果明显。

首先我要改掉考试不细心读题目的坏习惯。有时候我往往看着题目前面就顺手把后面的问题写上了，但是却错了很多。这也许也和答题技巧有关系。

总之，通过以后的练习，我一定要在考试的过程之中认真审题，自习读题，把题目看准、看好。时间允许的时候要多检查几遍，绝对不允许自己再犯类似于这样的无谓的错误。

其次，我还要加强语文、数学、英语三门主科通过考试，我终于明白山外有山，人外有人。平日大家都聚在一起做一样的题目，感觉不出来有什么明显的差异。可是一当考试，才发现原来那么多考试题目是我从来看都没看过的。只怪自己买的练习题做的少。不能允许自己再继续这样下去，所以，我一定要加倍努力，从这次考试之中汲取教训，增加力量，为下一次考试做好准备，打好基础。

考试技巧贵在练习。生活之中，我还要多多加强自己的练习和复习，考试之前制定周详的复习计划，不再手忙脚乱，没有方向。平日生活学习中学会积累，语文积累好词好句，数学也要多积累难的题目，英语则是语法项目。对做完形填空等练习题也是提高英语的好方法。

对于各科老师，我希望老师不要对我失去信心，虽然我这次考得并不理想，但是我相信自己的实力。下一次考试，我一定会努力的!

You could be found wherever you are so long as you take the mobile phone with you. Some people wonsider the mobile phone necessary and useful to them, while others may dislike it.People who like the mobile phone are much more concerned about its advantages. Itis convenient, for you can connect others easily and quickly. You don t have to wait for an important call at home all day long.

The youth of today send messages, surf on the net, listen to music and even take photos by using the mobile phone. People find it advanced for its attractive functions. In some countries, it even stands for a person s status.However, some people don t like it. Imagine that you go to spend your holiday with your family after days of busy and tiresome work. When you lay on the beach comfortably, your phone rings. Then you have to go back to your office only to find an unimportant customer waiting for you. At that moment, you may even want to throw your phone away, for you just want to relax and get rid of your work.

However, whether you like the mobile phone or not, it has alresdy affected our lives and played an important role in the history of human beings.

If I were a boy again, I would practice perseverance more often, and never

give up a thing because it was or inconvenient. if we want light, we must

conquer darkness. perseverance can sometimes equal genius in its results. “there

are only two creatures,” says a proverb, “who can surmount the pyramids—the

eagle and the snail.”

if i were a boy again, I would school myself into a habit of attention; i

would let nothing come between me and the subject in hand. i would remember that

a good skater never tries to skate in two directions at once.the habit of

attention becomes part of our life, if we begin early enough. i often hear grown

up people say “ i could not fix my attention on the sermon or book, although I

wished to do so” , and the reason is, the habit was not formed in youth.

if I were to live my life over again, I would pay more attention to the

cultivation of the memory. I would strengthen that faculty by every possible

means, and on every possible occasion. it takes a little hard work at first to

remember things accurately; but memory soon helps itself, and gives very little

trouble. it only needs early cultivation to become a power.

As the whole world has its boundaries, limits and freedom coexist in our life. I don’t expect complete freedom, which is impossible. I simply have a dream that supports my life.I dream that one day, I could escape from the deep sea of thick schoolbooks and lead my own life. With my favorite fictions, I lie freely on the green grass, smelling the spring, listening to the wind singing, breathing the fresh and cool air and dissolve my soul in nature at last. Simple and short enjoyment can bring me great satisfaction.I dream that one day the adults could throw their prejudice of comic and cartoon away. They could keep a lovely heart that can share sorrow and happiness with us while watching cartoon or doing personal things. That’s the real communication of heart to heart.

I have the belief that my dreams should come true. I am looking forward to some day coming when I am like a proud eagle, which flies to the blue and vast sky.

初中的学校生涯，一弹指就在蝉儿们的喧哗中飞逝，随着火红的凤凰花摇曳，我也摇摇晃晃的走进高中，成为高中生了!

至今，还是无法忘记刚进高中的自己，是那么的害怕，是那么的无助，有如小妹妹和亲爱的家人走失般的慌张着急。陌生的老师，陌生的同学，陌生的校园，连坐起来感觉熟悉的课桌椅，其实也是……那样的陌生。倏然怀念小学的朋友和那段开怀大笑的生活，每每想到你们的笑靥，心头彷佛涌上千万颗橘子，酸酸甜甜洋溢我心。

“当—当—”上午最后一节的下课钟终于响起了!高中的课真是枯燥难熬，不像小学般生动有趣。但无论如何都还是要全神贯注的学习，倘若现在蹉跎光阴，往后并不会快乐，只会更痛苦，因此即便是我最恐惧的生物、数学，我也一定要秉持“人一己百”的精神去努力。想到这儿，我合上了一堆密密麻麻笔记的书本：“该吃午餐了!”。

刚升上高中的新鲜人，最在意的应该是“朋友”吧?一个新的环境，一张张的脸孔，使人不禁眼睛碌骨碌骨地转，观察每一位可能会与你成为“麻吉”的朋友。我就是这样，更意想不到几个月后我拥有许多珍贵的友谊。我们会在短短的十分钟下课上厕所;中午时一起去买东西;考不好被老师打到小小手心肿起来时，会互相安慰、互相扶持。不知不觉的，悄悄的，渐渐的，高中的一切我似乎不再感到寂寞孤单了!然后猛然想起：“对呢!我好像能叫出班上每一个人的名字了!”忆起有一回，我因为对大家都还很不熟悉，没办法熟记同学的名字，就在我帮忙老师发联络本时，结果发了好久好久，连我自己也觉得很好笑。

升上高中已有一段时间，高中的确辛苦多了!被限制的事情也如繁星点点，但这三个月所发生的点点滴滴也是多得不胜枚举，那种从小学升上高中的心路历程，自然不是笔墨可以形容，而在高中跌跌撞撞到逐渐适应的那份感受，就像寒冬中的那杯热茶，令我永生难忘。
