The first day of high school life, I have some thoughts and feelings. The passage of time can always give people some special things.

Last summer holiday, I took a trip to Yunnan. It is in the southern part of

our country .It is really a very beautiful place grand mountains, clean rivers

and kind people. Trees and flowers are seen everywhere. Every year there are

lots and lots of visitors.

Maybe you have heard about Shi Lin (stone forests). There are all kinds of

strange stones. Some of the small stones look like graceful girls; and the big

stones look like handsome men. Other stones look like cats, peafowls,

double-edged swords, mice, elephants and so on. Of all the stones, the stone

like a beautiful girl in a legend is the most famous .Its name is A Shima.

I also went to Li Jiang. The roads in that city are just like the Eight

Diagrams. Any road in the city goes to the center of Li Jiang. A river runs

through the whole city. If you go along the river, youll never get lost. There

are many ethnic minority people in Yunnan. They are very cordial. And they all

like singing and dancing. We danced with them around the campfire that night. I

really had a good time.

I like the elephants and fruits there best. An elephant is even taller than

me! I even mounted the elephant, though I was very afraid at first. But the

elephant seemed very friendly. I took some photos with it. The fruits there are

very fresh and delicious. They are very good for our health.

People travel by plane, by train, by ship, by bus. To me, the best way of

traveling on a summer vacation is to go on foot.

My preference depends on the purpose of the travel. On a summer vacation I

travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. When I use my feet and walk

on a grass covered path along a river or among the hills I feel detached from

the noise of the city and closer to the nature. And when I travel on foot I get

more freedom. I can plan my own schedule. I can choose my own route. I can stop

where I like. And I can see things and people that I might miss if I travel on a

still favor using my own feet. I get much pleasure from it. People travel by

Li Ming studies in a high school, and this is his second year. In order to

get improved as soon as possible, he decided to study late every night. Usually,

he would go to sleep about 11 oclock, but the pressure made him couldnt sleep

well, so he kept study until 12 oclock. A month passed, Li Ming realized that

he didnt make progress, instead, he lag behind. He talked to his teacher and

the teacher told him that he needed to rest well and took it easy. Only the

student slept well would he have the energy to study and focus on his attention.

Li Ming did as the teacher said, indeed. It worked, he made progress and he

could thought quickly. Sleeping well is the very important way to improve study

我知道老师对于我有着很大的期望，可是我还是没有考好。对于这点我感到十分抱歉。但是既然犯了错误就要改正，所以，通过考试我也想了很多以后一定要学习的东西。

首先我要改掉考试不细心读题目的坏习惯。有时候我往往看着题目前面就顺手把后面的问题写上了，但是却错了很多。这也许也和答题技巧有关系。

总之，通过以后的练习，我一定要在考试的过程之中认真审题，自习读题，把题目看准、看好。时间允许的时候要多检查几遍，绝对不允许自己再犯类似于这样的无谓的错误。

其次，我还要加强语文、数学、英语三门主科通过考试，我终于明白山外有山，人外有人。平日大家都聚在一起做一样的题目，感觉不出来有什么明显的差异。可是一当考试，才发现原来那么多考试题目是我从来看都没看过的。只怪自己买的练习题做的少。不能允许自己再继续这样下去，所以，我一定要加倍努力，从这次考试之中汲取教训，增加力量，为下一次考试做好准备，打好基础。

考试技巧贵在练习。生活之中，我还要多多加强自己的练习和复习，考试之前制定周详的复习计划，不再手忙脚乱，没有方向。平日生活学习中学会积累，语文积累好词好句，数学也要多积累难的题目，英语则是语法项目。对做完形填空等练习题也是提高英语的好方法。

对于各科老师，我希望老师不要对我失去信心，虽然我这次考得并不理想，但是我相信自己的实力。下一次考试，我一定会努力的!

我园也经过多方努力,也改善了本园的一些硬件设施与软件设施(如:增设了大型玩具和各种教学教具等)我园也将在下学期申报区一级幼儿园,所以请家长们放心,我们也将以高标准、最严格的要求自己,一同与各位家长和幼儿进步, 我们的各种活动(例如：丰富区域物品、六一、要带什么东西等)。得到了家长的大力支持,在此真诚感谢各位家长对我们的支持和配合!同时,我们也相信,家长们在今后的日子里,也会继续支持我园的各项工作!

下面就将本学期的教育和保育及有关家长关心的问题向家长汇报一下。 一、教育任务:

实行保育和教育相结合的原则,对幼儿实施体、智、德、美,全面发展的教育,促使其身心和谐发展。首先还是要做好保育工作,在这里每个孩子都像自己的孩子一样,他们的祖国的花朵,社会的未来,父母的希望,我们和各位家长一样有共同的责任和义务来保护和教育好这些孩子们,保证他们身心健康发展,照料他们的生活供给以及幼儿生长发育的必要营养,建立合理的生活制度,预防疾病和事故的发生。

1、每天保证有一小时的户外活动时间,早上晨炼内容丰富,课后有课间游戏。

2、每天一次的户外活动主要是锻炼幼儿的体质 ,在运动时幼儿都容易流汗,在这里我要感谢家长积极配合老师给幼儿带上毛巾。在运动是给孩子擦汗!

3、幼儿一日生活各个环节:①入园:晨检工作,早上我们的晨检工作是一问,二看,三摸,四查,要求家长不要让孩子带危险物品入园。(如:打火机,小刀,指甲剪,蛋糕棍子等)每天进行五必。②膳食的安排:我院的膳食安排是根据幼儿生长发育所需的年龄特点科学安排,根据幼儿园消化系统的生理特点安排膳和根据幼儿园所需的各利营养素,而且注重营养搭配,保证幼儿的供给量, (解释幼儿告诉家长的在园天天吃了什么菜)。我园的点心有哪些呢?有苹果,香蕉,西瓜,绿豆糖水、红枣稀饭、薏米稀饭、粉面之类,火腿等等。③中午进餐方面:保证幼儿每天吃饱,吃好,不挑食,逐步培养幼儿独立进餐的能力。培养幼儿进餐的良好习惯与进餐卫生,保证桌面、地面、衣服三干净,正确使用勺子。中午进餐方面:保证幼儿每天吃饱,吃好,不挑食,逐步培养幼儿独立进餐的能力。中午进餐方面我说一下,有些家长担心自己的小孩在园吃不饱,其实大可不必,我们这里吃中午饭是11:15，现在天气较热,我园更注重饭菜质量和汤的效用,所以请家长放心生活习惯方面,但本班有些孩子们的进餐习惯比上期有所退步。一是吃饭爱讲话,我们并不是绝对不许孩子讲话,这是不符合新的教育观念的,但孩子们闲聊起来就没完没了,饭也顾不得吃,结果是不去催他们的话,他们能吃很久。二是吃饭时卫生习惯差,桌面、地面都是米粒菜粒,有的孩子还把不要吃的东西扔到别人碗里。三是坐姿，常有幼儿喜欢摇凳子或把脚抬到凳子上。我们两位老师齐抓共管,孩子的进餐习惯进步比较大,卓见成效。当然,吃饭有问题的孩子还是有,其中也有一些家庭的原因,说明我们家长的一些家长怕孩子吃得慢,吃得脏,还喂孩子,挑食等这些都不利于孩子良好进餐习惯的养成。希望在座的家长以后也注意一下。很多小孩也在进餐方面有很大的进步,如蔡锦耀.蔡撄婷.黄欣语.陈子扬.叶诗婷. 等人有很大进步,。④洗方面:喝水洗脸每人一巾一杯,做到随渴随喝,洗脸也是用自己的毛巾洗脸,所以在毛巾杯架上也有自己孩子的名字,以防其他小朋友弄错,在开学初我们要求家长把幼儿照片交上来,用以贴红花栏,到现在还有部分人没交上来。⑤午睡方面:保证你的孩子有两小时的睡眠时间,老师值班时会巡回检查幼儿是否盖好被子、睡姿是否正确,对一些午睡时的不良习惯及时纠正和培养幼儿的独立睡眠的习惯。如:有些回家的小朋友老是下午上课打瞌睡,在这里也请家长在家时尽量让他们早睡一会儿,这样才能保证他们上午来园上课有精神。⑥卫生消毒工作:幼儿的毛巾口杯由保育每天消毒,餐具每天由后勤人员进行消毒,除了消毒工作做好以外,同时也做好了疾病的防治工作和隔离工作,如在园头.肚子痛,发热,拉肚子等老师也会带去保健室给予及时处理,也会同时打电话给你们。在这学期有很多小朋友发烧生病 ,抵抗能力有所下降, 在这提醒家长在季节转换的时候要注意流行性感冒。请家长记得给幼儿请假.这里表扬:李云鹏.梁炜浩.胡煊.连悦.王晓桐.荆斌 等家长积极来电请假。

二、培养幼儿良好行为习惯

1、培养幼儿正确的书写姿势,教给幼儿正确的执笔方法,及时纠正不正确的书写姿势。很多家长都觉得写字不好教 他们不会写!我认为有些家长就是拿着孩子的手写自己在写，这样孩子是学不会的，我们应该拿着孩子的手，你告诉他怎么写，让他带着你写!这样会减少小孩的依赖性，让他学的更快!

2、培养幼儿自我保护能力,就是幼儿受到危险或可能发生然危险时的能力及其应变能力的具体表现。防止意外事故的发生,使幼儿身心健康得到保障,,能知道119、120、110等最基本号码代表的意思。我们也在十四周时进行了消防演练。

3、培养幼儿爱清洁、讲卫生、不滚地,不随地乱扔果壳和不涂墙画壁的行为习惯。幼儿平时玩闹时喜欢滚地，也比较喜欢到处乱画，希望比较调皮的孩子能正视到自己的错误，并积极改掉这些坏习惯!

4、安全工作应注意,幼儿的安全工作关系到全体幼儿的生命安全,牵动着家长的心,我园把安全工作放在头等重要的位置上,加强老师的责任心,同时家长与班级老师共同教育幼儿,注意防火、防水、防电、防摔伤、防刺伤、防吞异物,防中毒,防拐骗,防交通事故等等一切安全事故都在防范。

5、家长应把家中的危险物品放到幼儿够不着的地方,以免幼儿带危险物品入园。

6、在安全事故中,由于个别小孩比较调皮，,最容易出现的就是抓伤，但抓伤也是可以避免的,那就是给幼儿剪干净指甲,以及在家教育幼儿不要与小朋友打架。这样为幼儿的卫生和安全都得到了保证。 三、教育工作

1、培养幼儿的基本思想行为习惯,使幼儿的品德和性格形成良好的开端,向幼儿进行礼貌教育,友爱教育(如何处理与同伴之间的人际关系),爱国教育和一些简单的道德行为规则(如教育幼儿爱护文具、图书、爱护花草树木等)。要求家长配合来园时检查幼儿是否带玩具入园,以免幼儿上课玩玩具,而影响注意力。

2、我园教育根据《幼儿园教育指导纲要》制定的,要求开展游戏为主要形式的教育活动,下面就我谈谈你们的孩子在园都学了哪些课程:① 识字、语言:语言包括讲故事,儿歌,孩子语言全班掌握率90%以上。识字包括学古诗、儿歌。认字是开发幼儿智力,增强兴趣,培养能力的主要手段,培养他们的学习习惯和语言表达能力,认字、语言表达能力较强的有:黄欣语、谢深、刘莹 等。②计算:计算是培养幼儿思维的敏捷性、灵活性和抽象思维能力,提高对计算兴趣,本学期进行了5以内的手指速算，比较好的幼儿有 等。③音乐、舞蹈:通过音乐教育,发展幼儿对音乐的感受力、想象力、记忆力和表现能力,我班绝大部分幼儿都喜欢这门课,也很棒，这方面较好的有 等。 ④美术:美术是培养幼儿对绘画、手工、欣赏的兴趣,提高审美能力和动手操作能力。幼儿能在活动中表现自己的思想感情,发展幼儿的想象力、创造力,审美能力及美的表现力,美术也是绝大部分幼儿都比较感兴趣的课程。较好的有: 等。⑤健康体育、社会科学:健康体育主要是能使幼儿的身体得到全面发展,幼儿正处于长身体时期,可朔性强。社会科学是对社会生活知识、科学知识的了解和认识等等。这里也包含了劳动成果教育和思想品德教育,我班幼儿这方面较好的有: 等。

5、家园联系手册定时发放,是家庭与幼儿园携手教育幼儿的纽带和桥梁,起着互相沟通密切配合的作用,家园联系手册是幼儿在园在班的生活、学习情况和本月教学内容呈送给家长查阅,要求家长配合我园我班对您的孩子进行针对性教育并将孩子在家的情况以及您的宝贵意见或建议反馈给我们以便协同教育,请家长按时交上家园联系。

6、家长讨论问题:①当你的孩子与别人争执时(打架、被欺负),家长是否要介入。②对于小孩告状的事情你怎么处理。③对于我们中班的作业情况有什么意见(是多还是少)。④对于老师在园批评幼儿家长持是何态度,当然教师也不会乱批评。

Winter has gone , and spring is coming on .

Watching the ice melting ,I know the whole earth is being rejuvenated from the winter. A variety of flowers come out to show their beauty and bring us fragrance .It is a feast for our eyes and souls. The yellow grass suddenly turn green . The young leaves grow on the branches . The swallows fly back home with the greeting of spring .

Everything is coming to life . Feeling the warm sunshine , enjoying the beautiful scenery , listening to the wonderful music , drinking the new tea , my mood is perfect and I have nothing else to desire. Spring is the most fantastic season in the year .It means so much to the other three seasons.

I have a sister. Her name is Alice . She is one year old. She has short hair. She has a fat face. It looks like a big red apple. She has big eyes and a small mouth. She has only one tooth, but she can eat cookies. Her arms and legs are fat, too. But she can crawl very fast on the floor.

My sister is smooth-tongued. She likes to call me “sister”, call my dad “daddy”, call my mom “mummy”. She often call us many times a day.

Environment Protection

Nowadays, peoples life has changed a lot with the development of modern technology and economy, which has put lots of negative effects on the environment.

Why this? Because, firstly, some factories are pouring wastes into rivers, lakes, seas and so forth; secondly, because of human activities, agreat number of plants and animals are losing their lives; thirdly, using modern machines and chemicals is bad for the environment. Besides these, there are a lot of human activities which have done or are doing harm to our surroundings.

For this, I think, first, our government should make drastic measures to regulate human activities; second, we human beings should take pains-taking work to stop ourselves destroying the environment and try our best to protect our living space more.

冷冷的天气，让我无法进行正常的生活。下午的时候，老师又给我们补课，补到差不多六点多，将近黑夜了，很多同学都不解为什么要学习到这么晚呢?老师你不想下班吗?同学们却渴望着放学。同学们挨过了一个星期，可第二个星期的第一天，下午补课时发生了争吵。一个特顽皮的同学顶撞老师说要放学。可老师不批准。老师语重心长地说：“你们以为老师是想要难为你们吗?要不是想你们能取得更好的成绩，开心地过年，我就不理你们了。加班老师的工资也不会涨啊!而且每天早起晚归的，这种天气，我很乐意吗?”

听了这话，同学们都很忏悔，因为老师所做得都是为了我们，为了我们的学习，成绩。从这次后，同学们在补课的期间都变得认真，投入呢!我想努力是不会白费的，期末考试会取得理想的成绩，不会让老师，家长，自己失望。

是啊，她就是我身边 的小人物，更是我心中的大英雄。虽然很多人不理解她，但她没有生气，而且坚持下来。让我想起了“人不知而不愠，不亦君子乎?”这句论语，是的，好是君子，她有着崇高的品质。她的无私奉献，有责任心，值得我们学习。她就是我心中有小人物。
