课堂是教学活动的主阵地，也是学生获取知识和能力的主要渠道。作为化学教师改变以往的“一言堂”“满堂灌”的教学方式显得至关重要，而应采用组织引导，设置问题和问题情境，控制以及解答疑问的方法，形成以学生为中心的生动活泼的学习局面，激发学生的创造激情，从而培养学生的解决问题的能力。

在尊重学生主体性的同时，也要考虑到学生之间的个体差异，要因材施教，发掘出每个学生的学习潜能，尽量做到基础分流，弹性管理。在教学中我采用分类教学，分层指导的方法，使每一位同学都能够稳步地前进。调动他们的学习积极性。对于问题我没有急于告诉学生答案，让他们在交流中掌握知识，在讨论中提高能力。尽量让学生发现问题，尽量让学生质疑问题，尽量让学生标新立异。

在教学中有大量的解题活动，包括常规问题和非常规问题。教学实践的经验已经证明，题海战术不可取，重要的是交给学生解题的思维策略，在解题活动中进行思维策略的训练。这种训练应包括解题过程的规范训练，常规问题的模式训练，非常规问题化归为常规问题的转换训练等。

在课堂教学中，我的一个主要的教学特征就是：给学生足够的时间，这时间包括学生的思考时间、演算时间、讨论时间和深入探究问题的时间，在我的课堂上可以看到更多的是学生正在积极的思考、热烈的讨论、亲自动脑，亲自动手，不会将问题结果完全寄托于老师的传授，而是在积极主动的探索。

3、在课后作业、反馈练习中培养学生的自学能力

课后作业和反馈练习、测试是检查学生学习效果的重要手段。抓好这一环节的教学，也有利于复习和巩固旧课，还锻炼了学生的自学能力。在学完一节、一课、一单元后，让学生动手“列菜单”，归纳总结，要求学生尽量自己独立完成，以便正确反馈教学效果，通过一系列的实践活动，把每个学生的学习积极性都调动起来，成为教学活动的参与者和组织者。

学生自学能力的培养不是一朝一夕所能形成的，是要长期坚持的。科学安排，课前、课堂、课后三者结合，留给学生充分的自学机会。真正把学生推向主动地位，使其变成学习的主人，我想这也是每一位教育工作者所梦寐以求的结果吧。

二、思想工作日常工作方面

俗话说：“活到老，学到老。”本人一直在各方面严格要求自己，努力地提高自己各方面的素质，以便使自己更快更好地适应社会发展的形势。通过阅读大量的道德修养书籍，勇于解剖自己，分析自己，正视自己，提高自身素质。在学校组织的教师教学基本技能大赛和优质课评选活动中，积极参与，积极宣传。

工作期间本人严格遵守学校的各项规章制度，不迟到、不早退。在工作中，尊敬领导、团结同事，正确处理与领导、同事之间的关系。平时，勤俭节约、任劳任怨、对人真诚、热爱学生、人际关系和谐融洽，从不闹无原则的纠纷，处处以一名人民教师的要求来规范自己的言行，积极地培养自己的综合素质和能力。

三、业务进修方面

随着新课程改革对教师业务能力要求的提高，本人在工作之余，抽出部分时间通过网络积极参加全国教师继续教育培训学习，并阅读大量有关教育和教学的专业书籍，而且也不断地充实和提高自己的计算机水平，充分地掌握多媒体课件制作以适应现在的新课程教学，并主动帮助同事们学习和制作教学课件。

各位同学，在我们这个新组合的集体里，有34名原高一（2）班的老同学，16同学来自几个不同的班级，或许有的同学素不相识，或许曾经在校园的某个角落擦肩而过，或许闻其名而不知其人，然而，今天，大家能够走到一起，就是一种缘分。缘分这东西，可遇而不可求，遇到了就要好好珍惜。作为班主任，我真诚地希望大家能够坦诚地交流，愉快地相处，互相帮助，彼此友爱，在不久的将来，整个班集体处于一种和谐和共同进步的状态。

同学们来到一个新集体的时候班主任寄语，有兴奋也有期盼，还有份担心：新班主任怎么样？都是哪些老师教我们？新同学怎么样？新的班级怎么样？自己在班级的位置？新的班主 任和老师对自己的印象等等。对此，我想说的是，每个人都有自己的优点和缺点，没有理由也不应该放大自己的优点或缺点，要取人之长补己之短。成绩只代表过去，成功和机遇只属于能够把握今天和放眼未来的莘莘学子。我还想说的是，是金子在哪里都发光，不是金子也要反射金子的光芒让自己光芒四射。同学们，让我们抛掉以前的一切荣辱和得失，重新开始吧！

高一对你们来说或许有成功也有失败，但现在一切都已经过去，我相信同学们都已经有了属于自己的一份思考和总结。人最怕的其实是迷失了人生方向，忘记了自己最初的理想，自暴自弃。我坚信：只要我们肯努力，敢吃苦，有恒心，不言弃，我们就一定能够越来越接近我们理想的天空。

说实话，在今天做老师难，做班主任难，做一个优秀的，同学们都认可的班主任更难，而要做好让同满意，家长放心，领导信任，仅仅凭我个人的努力和热情是远远不够的，需要同学们的配合。我愿意并渴望和你们成为真诚的朋友，让我们一起努力，建设这个属于我们自己的崭新的班级。

建设一个好的班集体，实现属于这个班级的理想，我相信，这是每一位同学都愿意并真心希望的结果。但是，在这个过程中，可能会有一部分同学，无法坚持，甚至会无意中出现毁害大家共同构建的美好家园的言行。这时候，我们就应站起来，严厉的批评并阻止他们的行为，保持我们这个班集体这个家的完美形象，大家要明白，一荣俱荣，一损俱损。同学们要明白班主任寄语，对你的严厉，这也只是对事，而不是对人，我们拥有一个美好的出发点：为了帮助你，完善你的美好人格。

我写给同学们这些话的时候，对15名新同学还不是太熟悉，也不太不了解你们，但在我心里你们都是优秀的，自觉，独立，理性，善解人意。我真心的希望你们不要打破这个印象。

I learn Chines, math, English, PE, Nature and other subjects in school.

Among them, my favorite subjects are English, PE and Nature. English is an

interesting course that I like it very much. The pronunciation and spell are so

different from Chinese. In PE class, I can play games or doing exercises. After

all, sitting so long in classroom, having a class outside makes me relax. Nature

is really a wonderful subject that I can learn a lot in it. Its knowledge covers

astronomy, geography and biology. It’s helpful to know the world better. With

these subjects I like, I am eager to go to school and pay attention to my

study.

Being humble and tolerant are believed to be traditional merits in China,

so many people get used to keep silent when they meet unfair situation, because

they think things will be solved as time passes. Actually, it only makes things

become worse, especially to make the criminal situation increase. Recently, a

girl was offended in the high speed train, and most people would choose to

pretend nothing happened, because they did not want to make things become

complicated, but the girl chose to call the police and let her voice out. The

public supported the girl and many people said they met the same situation. It

was time to give some punishment for these bad guys. If we meet unfair

situation, it is necessary to let our voice out and bring the criminal guys to

justice. The society will be much more harmonious.

It was already late when we set out for the next town, fifteen miles away on the other side of the hills. It got dark soon; we drove fast along the narrow winding road that led to the hills. Wecouldntidentify any sign of the town marked on the map. Suddenly the car stopped. We had run out of petrol. Therefore, although we had little food with us, we decided to spend the night in the car.

In my opinion, the schoolwork now being assigned to high school students is too heavy. while it is true that students need to study, they need other things as well if they are to grow into healthy and well-rounded adults. high should be allowed more time for play. plying is not wasting time, as some think. it gives them physical exercise, and also exercise their imagination. which tends to be stifled by too much study.

Finally, the pressure put on high school students by excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally. i do not advocate the elimination of schoolwork. i do think, however, that a reduction of the current heavy load would be beneficial to students and to the society as a whole.

My ambition is to become a teacher. As a child, I had many dreams, but

becoming teacher is the most thing I want to be. During the class, I pay more

teacher has more influence on children‘s mind and behavior. There are many

crimes and disorders in our society, as many of outlaws come from broken family

and human‘s greed. If I can be a teacher, I definitely will ask my students be a

honor and useful person. The goal of our life is to help each other and reach

the harmony happiness. I hope my ambition and dream can come true. I am willing

to study hard and become a teacher in the future.

The years are long, and my dreams are still there; In the mottled memory of
