Many children now spend hours each day trying to progress through the levels of a game or to get a higher score than their friends. This type of addiction can have effects ranging from lack of sleep to problems at school, when homework is sacrificed for a few more hours on the computer or console. 让我再一次的反省是：我的朋友——孙竞轩，他因为玩游戏被他的父母给“囚禁”了，带上了300度左右的眼镜，向我忏悔，不应该玩过多的电脑游戏。以前还是个活泼的小子(因为他是我的朋友，也是我的邻居)，但是现在他带上了眼睛，很多事情都很麻烦。

打开电脑后，有很多的选择，投稿、创作、玩游戏。只不过要注意劳逸结合就行了。
