首先，我们选出一个人当老鹰，站在面前捉，选出一个当母鸡，其他人当小鸡，一个个排在母鸡的后面，并一个个拉住前面一个人的衣服。等老鹰一声令下，“老鹰”就开始抓“小鸡”了。但是有“母鸡”护着“小鸡”，“老鹰”不可能轻而易举地捉住“小鸡”，所以“老鹰”采用战术，它先左边捉捉，右边捉捉，忽然趁“母鸡”不注意，往后一转，捉到了这只“小鸡”。
