超过一半的人说他们没有足够的时间锻炼。34.9%的人抱怨他们没有地方可以放松自己,没有足够的训练设施,而另外12.9%的人认为他们生活从培训中心太远。他们中的一些人甚至不知道如何训练。

因为缺乏体育锻炼,许多人不健康状况良好。人们应该意识到它的重要性,并应采取措施为人们提供训练设施。

There are four seasons in a year .They are spring,summer,autumn and winter.I like the winter best.Beacuse its so white and so beautiful.

In winter we can make the snow man ,we can play with our partners in outside in the white world.

And im sure that i can make the big and beautiful snow man.

我最喜欢的运动员是中国女排姑娘王一梅.

王一梅她胖胖的,身高 米9 ,我认为和我们班的李佳宸长的特别像,一笑起来都有两个甜甜的小酒窝,可爱极了!

王一梅姐姐不光可爱,而且还打球十分棒,她是世界排名第二的得分手,扣球力量大下手狠,有一次胖胖的一梅姐姐一个大力扣球一下把对方的运动员打倒了,那时我高兴的换欢呼,不停的为一梅姐姐加油,鼓掌!

俗话说:"人没有 十全十美的."包括王一梅姐姐,她的技术还不够全面.奥运会中国女排和美国女排打时,美国女排领先,然后经过中国女排的奋力追赶比分追至, 比 (局点),正好是一梅姐姐发球,本以为一梅姐姐发一定会让对方来个狗吃屎,但是事情并没有我想像的那么顺利,而且把球发到界外,被美国女排把这局拿下了,第 局一梅姐姐还是关键时刻发球,这回为了避免上次的失误把球发的比原来又轻了点,啊!太轻了!正好没过网?!我真是为她可惜,着急.唉!一梅姐姐真是还需要加强和提高发球方面的技术.

但这些都掩盖不住王一梅的光芒,在奥运会中古女排争夺铜牌比赛中,王一梅成了全场最耀眼的明星,中国女排近一半的进攻都出自王一梅一人之手成为全场比赛最佳得分手,为中国女排立下汗马功劳.

一梅姐姐潜力无穷,加油!我永远支持你!

爸爸是个超级篮球迷，从我记事起，每个六、日的早晨，我和妈妈都是被电视里球赛的解说声吵醒的，在这样的环境下长大的我，怎能不迷上篮球呢?每当我听到姚明、麦迪、乔丹等巨星的名字，在电视上看到他们潇洒的身影，我就心潮澎湃。

上个礼拜天，在我的再三恳求下，爸爸终于答应教我打蓝球。早晨的天空阴沉沉的，不时有几朵乌云飘过，我跟爸爸趋车来到了云大的篮球场。爸爸指了指蓝筐，“投几个，熟悉一下球性” 这有何难?小菜一碟!我模仿明星们的摸样，起跑，跳跃。投蓝——没中。再来——又没中。我偷偷地环顾四周，生怕别人看见我的糗样，还好，没人注意，。我定了一下神，使出吃奶的力气，“嗖”这次干脆连蓝筐也没碰着。我的自信心受到了极大的挫败。爸爸走上前拍了拍我的肩膀，“学篮球，得从基本功练起。”

于是，爸爸教了我拍球，带球两个基本动作。雪越下越大时而刮来几阵狂风，把地上一层雪推向天空，展示她们优美的舞姿。麦迪，姚明等巨星在球场上飞驰的模样在我脑中挥之不去“他们也是这样苦吗?”我一边练，一边问自己“该回家了。”爸爸的呼唤传来后，我立刻抱起球，向爸爸跑去。迎着大雪，我俩回家去了。

雪更大了，雪花不时飞在我冰冷的身上，但我的心却是热的。我终于明白，那些巨星并不是我想的那样不识人间烟火，而是在背后用汗水与失败迎接着辉煌的黎明。我深深懂得要想人前显贵，就得背后受罪，只有吃得苦中苦，才能成为人上人!
