The spring festival, also called Chinese New Year, enjoys a long history of over 4,000 years. Unlike other festivals, the Spring festival is a period of time, rather than a single day. It starts from the first day of a new year and ends on January 15th, , of course in the Chinese lunar calendar. people can have a long holiday，and we are free to go on a trip or visit our

friends or have parties with our family. In the evenings，we can have a big meal

in the restaurant or stay at home with family and watch the TV programs.

The first year of the year is a happy holiday for every child. Of course, I am no exception.

Today, my father and mother took me back to the countryside to go back to the country and come back to the countryside.
