The walls are white and blue. The curtains are blue too. There is a big

window on the wall, so my bedroom is also very bright. There are some photos on

长大是一场必经的苦旅，它既是一段过程，也是最终的目的地。就像剥蒜一样，一片一片剥落下来，那些曾经经历过的磨难成了一条条清晰的纹理，印记在我们心头怎么也抹不掉。而最初的我们也就被后来的世俗一层层包裹起来，显得臃肿笨拙，那稚嫩的双眸也被世俗所蒙蔽，变得浑浊模糊。再也得不到那些温暖的回眸，曾经嘴角易浮的纯真少年再也扬不起那单纯的头颅。在重压之下，一切挣扎都显得苍白而无力。

长大是一场无需解释的蜕变，这蜕变必然打破幸福，经历痛楚，百转千回之后，萦绕在心头成为少年时的渴求。在这场蜕变中，稚嫩的面孔最终被岁月所洗礼，单一的表情变得丰富，却是一场无可奈何的“沉醉”。时常想起儿时的欢乐，心中便不免徜徉起几分欢乐，糅杂着些许惆怅。那惆怅，定是古已有之，代代相传的吧：那欢乐定然也是黄粱一梦，须臾片刻之后，更多的仍是感慨。

长大是一场愈演愈烈的话剧，这话剧徐徐拉开帷幕，主人公也一一登台，亦步亦趋地走向岁月深处。在这场话剧中，那些主人公必会多磨多难。而我们，天生就是这部戏的主角，谁都知道人生路，祸福皆相伴。可又有几人能临其危而心不惊呢?于是时间赋予我们的使命，便是“曲折中前进”。一次次的失败过后，自己站起来，学会微笑着面对生活，学会坚强，生活的强人就是用冷酷的锉刀一刀刀雕刻出来的。在这后面，有多少隐忍的泪水，我们不得而知，只是记得无数个也玩苦闷的挣扎。最终，生命完成这神圣的使命，时间没有表情，而生命却因坚强而茁壮成长

I took a trip to Shanghai with my mother during the seven-day holiday. It

took us more than two hours to drive to Shanghai from my home in Haimen. We

stayed in a large hotel on the eighth floor. On the first day， I just stayed in

the hotel and rested. On the second day， my brother and I went to Nanjing Road.

It’s the busiest street in Shanghai. When we got there， there were lots of

people. We walked from one shop to another. I bought two T-shirts and two pairs

of trousers for the ing summer. The T-shirts and trousers I bought are all white

because white is my favourite colour. My brother also bought some clothes. On

the third day， my mother took me to Jinjiang Entertainment Centre. It was full

of people. I played many kinds of gamesthere. I had a good time. The other days，

I went to some other interesting places， such as the Oriental Bright Pearl TV

Tower， the Huangpu River and Shanghai International Conference Centre. I didn’t

forget to do my homework in the evening. I had a full and happy holiday.

April 12 is memorable because our class had a meaningful experience on that day. In the morning, we bicycled to the suburbs to plant trees, talking and laughing all the way. Upon arrival, we began to work immediately. Some were digging holes. Some were carrying and planting young trees. Others were watering . After getting the work done, we put up a board reminding people to protect the trees. Before leaving we took some photos to record our green action. Seeing the lines of trees, we all had a sense of achievement. We feel it’s our duty to protect and beautify our environment.

匾额与对联，是园林的点睛之笔。撇开作者的深意，平心而论，单看题名，三个名称各有各的精彩。“翼然”来自于大家名篇，强调了亭子的灵巧飞扬，富有文人气质。“泻玉”铮然有声，让人想见流泉的晶莹剔透、气韵生动，想见苏轼的《醉翁操》：“琅然，清圆，谁弹?响空山。”而“沁芳”，点出了花木映水的佳境，暗含元妃的美德与恩泽，蕴藉含蓄。大观园是女儿国，一切青春的生命在这里融合、汇聚，“沁芳”，是必然的选择。

在文学史上成功地借鉴化用的例子，不胜枚举。王勃的名句“落霞与孤鹜齐飞，秋水共长天一色”即是对南北朝文学家庾信“落花与芝盖齐飞，杨柳共春旗一色”的化用，青出于蓝而胜于蓝。而苏州的沧浪亭，更是直接撷取屈原的“沧浪之水情兮，可以濯我缨”，体现了操守高洁的主题。中国文化博大精深，璀璨光华，无论是直接移用，或是借鉴化用，或是根据情景创新，都是在传承中的发展，关键在于运用得宜。没有香草美人喻美德的传统，“沁芳”也就少了一点深厚的意蕴。

中国是一个雍容典雅的国度，我们曾有过世界上最灿烂的诗篇。这种诗礼文化，浸润了一代代读书人甚至是平头百姓，化成了他们的思维方式和言行准则。传统文化熏陶下的君子之风，在同老一辈人的交往中，在大型历史连续剧《觉醒年代》里，可以窥见一二。你不能不为先辈们的坦荡胸襟与体贴周到动容。“沁”，是吸纳，是渗出。没有传统文化的传承、浸润，何谈散发着馨香的品格渗出?

这些年，传统文化得到了有识之士的重视，疫情中“青山一道同云雨，明月何曾是两乡”的运用，触动了人们心底那一根最美的弦。张艺谋揉传统美学为一炉的冬奥会开幕式，获得了广大群众的高度赞誉。然而，我们不能不看到，匆匆行走的脚步，网络世界的喧哗，让我们丢弃了多少内心的繁华?急功近利，焦躁的情绪充斥互联网，每一个新闻事件，都能激起汹涌的浪花。关于教材的讨论，有人断章取义怒斥曹文轩，有人移花接木揭发汪曾祺，有人甚至能在《岳阳楼记》中寻觅到移出课本的理由。试问，你可曾对那些经典作品细细地品读?

前些时候，本人参加过成功创业模式的讨论。众说纷纭，议而未决。今天阅读小羽的创业故事，颇有感触，趁机发表自己的愚见。

从小羽在科技兴国的大环境下，凭借聪明才智，依靠传统工艺研发出新式花茶的情况分析，创业依赖于诸多复杂因素的交织。

托尔斯泰所言：“幸福的家庭，家家相似;不幸的家庭，各有各的不幸。”成功创业与幸福家庭一样，其大体模式，即中华国学经典所言的“天地人和”。

这里所说的“天地人和”，指的是创业成功者背后交织的时机天赋(天)、环境资源(地)、人际关系(人)三大因素。

在国家为我们大胆创新创业提供诸多机会，使我们人尽其才、才尽其用的大环境下，个人天赋是最关键的一环。

在市场竞争中，一个创业者需要有执着、坚韧、激情和敏锐的品质，才可能走向成功。这些品质，除了后天的学习、实践及个人造化以外，大部分源自与生俱来的天赋秉性。

当然，并非所有执着、坚韧、激情和敏锐品质的创业者都会成功。事实证明，那些雄心勃勃、才华超群的创业者铩羽而归的大有人在。因为，一个具备创业成功潜质的人还需具备人际关系和胸怀天下，与人分享两个要素。

人际关系对创业成功至关重要。锤子科技创始人罗永浩创业时，既无智能手机生产营销资源，也无技术资源，但他依赖积累的人际关系，成功地获得了这些资源。比尔·盖茨创业收获的第一份订单，不是来自他母亲IBM董事吗?

人际关系中，创业者对自身团队的领导艺术和号召能力，对合作伙伴、政府部门以及其他资源权力人的关系也不可小视。小羽运筹帷幄，面对产业走向衰败时，不是也率领她的团队不断创新，依靠有关部门推行她的标准吗?

恩格斯说过：当一个人专为自己打算的时候，他追求幸福的欲望只有在非常罕见的情况下才能得到满足。可见，创业者胸怀天下，与人分享多么重要啊。

袁隆平的“杂交水稻”分享给了世界，世界也成就了袁隆平;小羽的工艺流程分享于民众，民众成就了小羽。

而如今，多少传统文化因不愿外传面临没落，多少企业死守秘方败于恶性竞争呢?难怪托马斯?特朗斯特罗姆在黑暗中沉思，希望从现实唤醒人们吝啬于分享的灵魂。

这就是我利用中华国学精髓一一“天地人和”的哲思，探究小羽创业成功的结果，与大家分享，希望有益于创业者的兴国之梦。

高考作文写作指导：

1、命一个小俏的题目。

命题要做到新、小、俏这三点。新，顾名思义就是新颖，给人一种耳目一新的感觉。小，就是说题目的范围要命得小一点，便于写得具体完整、短小精悍。俏，就是要命得像花季少女一样，亭亭玉立、花枝招展，让人一看就喜欢，便迫不及待地往下读。

2、写一个迷人的题记。

题记不宜过长，百字以内为最佳。可引用名人名言，可组成排比、对偶句，也可化用历史典故、人物事件等。这样不仅可以点明主旨、升华主题、丰富内容，还能增加文章的文学色彩，吸引读者，给人一种美好的感觉。

3、来一个崭新的形式。

作文，从小学三年级一直写到了高中，总不能还是分三大段来写吧?!要勇于尝试一些新的形式，如:书信法、小标题法、日记法、报告法、启事法、倡议书法、说明书法、影视戏剧法、传奇演义法、故事新编法等等。只有如此，形式独特、写出新意，才能让人拍案叫绝!

4、置一个严谨的结构。

写作文，一定要注意使之结构完整，首尾照应。结构严谨，不仅看起来美观大方;而且读起来意思明了，富有节奏感、音韵美。

6、有一个漂亮的书写

卷面是作文的门面，卷面书写洁净工整会让人赏心悦目，能博得阅卷老师的好感;而卷面脏乱不堪的作文只能让阅卷者望而生厌，难得高分。中高考高分作文的书写虽然字体各异，但都字迹工整，卷面整洁。
