Some people become frustrated when they meet setbacks, they just give up themselves, hurting their bodies. This is very irresponsible to themselves, one shall be good to himself, so he can take let others happy.

一方面，人们应该对自己负责。我们需要照顾好自己的人身安全和情感的健康，这样一来，我们可以让自己活得快乐。一些人在遇到挫折后变得灰心丧气，伤害自己的身体。这是对自己非常不负责任的，一个人应该对自己好点，这样他就能让其他人开心。

On the other hand, besides taking care of ourselves, we must also learn how to show responsibility to others. There was a news about a bus driver, he died of heart attack when he was driving a bus, he let the bus stopped at the sidewalk and then died. The bus driver shows us what is responsibility to others, he saved many peoples lives. Our responsibility to others helps us win peoples respect.

另外一方面，除了照顾好我们自己，我们也必须学着对别人负责人。有一则关于巴士司机的新闻，讲的是他在开车的时候死于心脏病，他在死前把巴士停到了人行道上。这个巴士司机给我们展示了对别人的责任是什么，他挽救了很多人的生命。我们对别人的责任让我们赢得了别人的尊重。

总的来说，责任很重要，我们不仅仅要对自己负责，也要对别人负责，我们可以创造一个和谐的世界。

放学后，我和伙伴约好了做完作业后，一起去骑自行车。

回到家后，我很快做完了作业，连书包都没有整理好就火速奔向我们约好的地方，伙伴已经等候在那儿了。我立刻跑过去，对她说：“我不会骑自行车，你可不可以教我骑呀！”“当然可以。”她爽快地答应道。接着她就开始教我：“首先双手握紧车把，然后用一只脚踩住踏板慢慢地溜，再用另一只脚踩到踏板上，要集中注意力向前看。”

我按她的方法去骑，先溜了几圈，觉得可以用另一只脚踩到踏板上，便毫不犹豫地踩了上去。不料前方有一个拐弯，我来不及反应，一下子重重地摔了下来。

“我不骑了，摔得我好痛啊！”我生气地说。伙伴跑了过来，安慰我道：“失败乃成功之母，你一定要对自己有信心呀！”

我爬起来又尝视着骑了几圈，发现自己真的进步了许多，我的心里乐滋滋的。

今天，晴空万里!太阳公公对我笑;白色的云朵飘在空中;小鸟为空中添上一笔。妈妈带我出去买菜，因为家里要来客人!妈妈走过来牵着我的手说：“宝贝，你想吃什么菜?”我说：“不知道耶!”妈妈皱了皱眉说：“哎呀，小馋猫今天怎么了?”我对妈妈说：“不知道。”妈妈笑了笑对我说：“今天宝贝怎么什么都不知道啊!我原来还想给宝贝买薯片的，结果宝贝什么都不知道话，那只好不买啦。”我嘟嘟着嘴，然后开始撒起娇来。妈妈看着我这样，不由的哈哈大笑起来!

妈妈只好看着买客人爱吃的菜啦!我们回到家时看见爸爸正在接待客人，我心想：“原来客人是一位阿姨啊，我以为是小孩子那。”因为我家里经常会有小孩子来我们家里玩。妈妈把菜都放进厨房，然后洗了把手，和那位阿姨说话，爸爸走过来和我说：“宝贝，爸爸要做饭帮爸爸一下好不好啊!”我开心道说：“好呀!”正好老师布置作业里有一条说：“帮爸爸或是帮妈妈干一些力所能及的事。”我和爸爸走进厨房，爸爸让我把菜洗了。我把油菜放进洗菜盆里，开始洗菜。所有工序都完成了，爸爸开始炒菜。饭菜都做好了，有鱼香肉丝、红烧排骨、西红柿炒鸡蛋、还有红烧鱼和鸡蛋汤。我开始帮爸爸把菜都端在桌子上。

爸爸叫我把阿姨和妈妈都叫到饭桌来，我乖乖的走过去叫她们来吃饭。妈妈看见我来了，笑着对我说：“这个是妈妈的好朋友，过来打声招呼。”我有些害怕跟大人说话。我慢慢的走了过去，看着那位阿姨说：“阿姨好。”阿姨笑着说：“好，好，好我最喜欢小孩子了。”我有些不怕这个阿姨了，有些大胆的说：“妈妈，爸爸叫你们去吃饭了。”妈妈说：“恩。”

我们吃过饭以后，我帮助妈妈洗碗。然后又把水果洗好了。妈妈看到以后非常开心的说：“宝贝，终于长大了那，知道帮爸爸妈妈干活了那，真是好孩子。”阿姨吃着我洗好的水果。在我们家里玩了一会就走了!这一刻我感觉我学到了好多东西。我干了力所能及的事洗菜、洗水果、洗碗。这个感觉还不错!以后我也要这样帮助爸妈干活!
