My School Life

一、关于目标

“健康所系，性命相托”这医学生的铮铮誓言，从入学第一天就牢牢地记在了心里。

入学不久，辅导员张革老师让我们每人写一份大学生活目标规划，正是这份规划引发了我对未来的思考。“我的未来应该什么样？我希望过一种怎样的生活？我如何去实现自己的目标”？在那段时间里，感性的认识和理性的思考不时冲击着我的思绪。最终，我设定了一个详细又具体的几年目标，为成为一名优秀的医生做好了心理上的准备。

然而，真正进入医学殿堂后，才发现人类对很多疾病尚无能为力。假期，在家乡医院进行社会实践时，一个癌症患者离去引发的其家属撕心裂肺的悲痛至今让我记忆犹新。从那一刻起，我认识到，作为一名医生有必要从事一些科学研究，去攻克那些临床实践中亟待解决的难题。这也是我后来积极参加学校大学生科研小组活动的一个重要因素。

二、关于学习

一位学长曾经对我说过这样一句话：学习永远是一个人生命中最最重要的事情。在大学里，要注意培养学习兴趣，因为兴趣是最好的老师；同时，要注意学习效率，而不要片面地延长学习时间，即使在考研期间也是如此。

大学学习需要充分利用图书馆和网络资源。学校图书馆的书籍更新很及时，有很多刚刚出版的新书。我喜欢在下午没课时带着纸和笔去图书馆阅读一些专业书籍，有时一坐就是一下午。我觉得专业知识的学习不应该拘泥于指定的教材，每一种教材都有着自己的侧重点。阅读不同版本的专业书籍，可以开阔视野，使我们更深刻地认识事物的本质。

可以说，正是大学期间持之以恒的努力确保了我在今年研究生考试中的成功。扎实的专业基础让我以总分第一名的身份进入复试，并最终被山东大学齐鲁医学院普通外科学专业公费录取。所以，准备考研的同学不要将人生的赌注压在最后的突击努力上，而是应该从一开始就努力，从一开始就以较高的标准要求自己，只有这样，“用兵之时”才能做到成竹在胸。

当然，学习的范围也不能仅仅局限于专业之内，还应该扩展至生活的各个层面，有时间应该多去图书馆一楼的期刊室看看，了解一下世界大事和社会百态，更多地了解社会，认识社会；多去图书馆五楼的医学期刊室看看，了解一下学术前沿……

另外，我还想特别提醒大家要好好学习英语。如今，我就非常后悔大学期间没有花费更多的时间和精力去学好英语，特别是听力和口语。如果英语能够达到优秀，你可以走得更高，走得更快。

三、关于课外活动

大学几年，我感受到了学校发展的突飞猛进。学校的发展为我们提供了更多提高自己、发展自己的平台和机遇。大学期间，在不耽误学习的前提下，同学们应尽可能地多参加一些课外活动。它既是学习之余的休闲，也可以开阔视野，陶冶情操，提高交流和动手能力，使我们更全面地认识世界。

在参加的课外活动中，让我记忆深刻又受益匪浅的是大学生科研小组活动。大二时，我幸运地被选拔参加了学校首批科研小组，先后跟随基础医学院张玲教授和王杰教授从事课题研究。那两年多的时间里，在两位导师的悉心指导下，我逐渐步入科研领域，学习了一些分子生物学知识和实验技术，尝试了中英文专业论文的写作，初步学会了科学思维，锻炼了科研能力。正是这段经历，让我在研究生复试中独占优势，并如愿以偿。

四、关于老师

在大学的几年里，我有幸遇到了一批非常优秀的老师。校本部老师为我打下了较为扎实的专业基础；见习和实习医院老师耐心指导，使我具备了一定的临床能力，真地非常感谢他们，这让我乐于与老师接触，我觉得多与老师沟通会很有收获。当然这种交流不应该仅仅限于专业领域，还应该扩展到生活的其他方面，比如为人处事，思维方式等等。这就对我们提出了更高的要求，需要发现并学习他们身上的优点，包括良好的生活习惯、端正的学习态度、有效的工作方法等等，多听听老师的建议，汲取他们成功的经验和失败的教训……

在此，我要特别感谢我在科研小组中的两位导师以及辅导员张革老师，他们不仅给了我专业方面的指导，还给了我生活上的帮助。特别是在研究生报名时，我一直都在几个学校间徘徊。在那关键的人生十字路口，是老师给了我很多好的意见和建议，帮助我做出理智又正确的选择。可以说，正是在各位老师的指导下，我清晰地构建着未来；正是由于他们的指导帮助，使我少走了不少弯路。

五、关于友谊

大学几年里，我觉得自己不是一个人在进步，身边一直都有同学和朋友在一起努力，一起前进。我将永远记得我们共同自习、共同实验、共同实习的日子，我也不会忘记生活中的欢声笑语。我不会忘记实习期间的学习讨论和感悟交流，不会忘记学习生活中的相互支持、相互帮助以及相互提醒……这些也许都是生活中的点滴，很不起眼，然而正是在这不起眼的小事上，我们收获了很多，这其中不仅有知识能力的提高，更包含了友谊之树的成长。

有了友谊，就不会感到孤独。真正的友谊在枯燥的日子分外靓丽。考研的日子的确艰辛，然而和很多同学一起努力，有友情相伴，我又感到一种别样的幸福。我和一位室友，每天早上6点左右就赶到自习室，晚上回寝后交流一下学习心得，有好的复习材料都相互推荐一下……可以说正是这种友谊以及由此产生的相互帮助、支持和鼓励，让我们在那段艰苦的日子里坚持下来，并最终取得不错的成绩。

六、最想说的话

“我不比别人差”的信心是做事成事的基础。学弟学妹们不要相信“名校毕业生一定比我们强”。任何人的优秀都是通过后天的努力获得的，只要你付出了努力，你就可以成为优秀的人。有句话说得好，平庸的人是相似的，不平庸的人各有各的辉煌。所以，虽然我们大多数人不能成为学习上最优秀的学生，但几年的时间足以让我们各具特色，各有所长。而特色可以让我们取得与众不同的成功。同时我们也应该清楚，只有真正的实力才能产生真正的信心；只有真正拥有了实力和信心才能实现目标，获得成功。

再谈一下学风与学习环境来到山东大学齐鲁医学院后，最大的感受就是这里有极正的学风。“北协和，南湘雅，西华西，东齐鲁”，“全国高校学风看山大，山大各区看西校”。这里的“齐鲁”和“西校”，指的就是今天的山东大学医学院——曾经的山东医科大学、齐鲁大学医学院。作为拥有优良传统的医学教育与科研重镇，学风自然名不虚传。这里，每天每个学生的学习日程都安排得满满的，上课、自习、做实验、听讲座……正是这一流的学风塑造了一批批优秀的本科生——他们从这里自信而从容地走向社会。然而，与良好学风形成鲜明对比的是，这里并没有较沈医更优越的学习环境：学习空间相对狭小，有时连座位都找不到；图书馆新书更新速度不快，种类也不多……于是，我常常怀念母校的图书馆、自习室，怀念那宽敞的空间，明亮的灯光……希望学弟学妹们珍惜自己的大学时光，充分利用学校良好的学习环境，为自己今后的人生打下坚实基础。

难忘的大学时光，已经成为昨天。但是，沈医作为我生命中最重要的驿站，将成为我一生中弥足珍贵的财富。我会永远怀念母校的老师、同学以及美丽的校园。

On one occasion, my grandfather out a piece of land over the land. I am very happy, I said to my grandfather, "we can build a playground here." Grandpa said: "we want to kind of fruits and vegetables on the land." Grandpa hurriedly put Chinese cabbage seeds in the ground. My grandfather gave them fertilization, watering every day. Now, with every piece of land has green Chinese cabbage, delicious fruit, tall trees, formation of the woods. Every day we breathe the fresh air in here. Most of the people here is very healthy, because there are many green.

The classmates, every one of us to do to save water, protect the environment. Together, let us do the basic conditions of saving water.

这次我来到了我的故乡——贵州。那里的天比别处更可爱，天空是那么蓝，大地是绿色的。使我总想高歌一曲，表示我满心的愉快。

一天的清晨，我洗完脸，刚要把水倒掉。大舅却出来阻止，他说：“这水不能倒掉，因为别人还可以洗脸，只有在水很脏时，才能倒掉。”说罢，他叫大舅妈出来洗脸，大舅妈迅速地把脸洗了干净。到了晚上，我和别人洗完了脸，刚要把水倒掉，大舅说：“洗完脸的水还可以干什么?”我说：“可以浇花。”大舅说：“不，你漏了一样，是洗脚。”“我知道了。”我迅速地把脚洗了干净，接着把水用来冲马桶。

有一次，外公的土地上空出了一片地。我很高兴，我对外公说：“我们可以在这里修建游乐场。”外公却说：“我们要在土地上种瓜果蔬菜。”外公连忙把大白菜的种子撒在地里。外公每天给它们施肥、浇水。现在，在每一片空地上都有绿油油的大白菜，好吃的水果，还有高大的树，形成的树林。我们每天在这里呼吸新鲜空气。这里的人大多数很健康，因为这里有很多绿色。

同学们，我们每一个人都要做到节约用水、保护坏境。让我们共同做到节约用水的基本条件。

今天吃完饭后，我坐在沙发上，对我的大学生活展开了无限的想象。

我，幻想到了我们的校园：东边是许多同学向往的游戏地方，几个阳光大男孩在操场是玩耍，你追我赶；西边是学校里生意葱茏的竹林，翠色的绿色让人神清气爽，；南边是我们学校知识的地方，朗朗的读书声从教室里传来；北面是敞开的学校大门，上面“长”了许多“尖刺”，为的是不让小偷轻易进入。

我，幻想到了我们的校服：走廊上，千奇百怪的涂鸦映入眼帘。“还我钓岛！”“为中华之崛起而读书”呀，原来这些都是爱国的好青年啊！“垫‘十里香’牌鞋垫，要脚不要脸。”“喝肾宝，长生不老。”哟，这些青年长大的梦想原来是做推销员哪！“偶滴肾哪！”“今天不是个好日子。”哎，这些青年正处在伤心的境界。“偶是阎王老子，偶最大！”“我住精神病院302室。”这这---让我叫他们是什么青年好呢？

哎呀！爸爸叫我一起上街，拜拜，下次见！

大学既是崇尚自由但是又与学习并重的园地，它是人生中最美妙的一段经历，而怎样让自己的大学生活更加多采绚丽，那就需要我们对自己的大学生涯有一个美好、全面、科学的规划。有效的计划将有助于更好地利用大学在校时间充分提高自己，为毕业开辟自己的世界做准备。青春的含义就在于不管我们选择了什么、成功与否，都不后悔。所以同学们应该有目的、有计划地开展自己的大学生活，否则就只能是作茧自缚，虚度自己的大学光阴。

我希望通过4年的大学生活，深切地体会到青春和成长所带来的喜悦和甘甜。不仅要努力学习专业知识，同时还应该培养自己的竞争意识，创新意识和团队合作意识。在经历4年的历练之后，我希望自己能够更加勇敢、坚强，并且积极向上。

告别了中学时代，迈进了大学的校门，人生的历程又翻开了新的一页。人生的道路跨入了新的阶段，莘莘学子的我们满怀希和憧憬踏进了三峡大学，人生的理想将在这里确立，未来的发展将在这里奠基，美好的大学也将从这里开始。怀着一份憧憬进入大学，面对新学期崭新的环境，也是重要的基地，我们要尽快适应新的环境，并做好一系列相应的规划，重新开辟自己的天地！。不少人都曾经这样问过自己：“人生之路到底该大学，对于读书数载的学子来说，无疑是人生中最重要的转折点，而人生的规划也恰恰在这一时期开始起笔。开始大学生活的你，打算为自己设计一个怎样的未来？它或许五彩斑斓，或许平淡和谐，或许充满挑战和荆棘——但，无论怎样，厚积薄发，是一个必然的守则。记得一位哲人这样说过：“走好每一步，这就是你的人生。”是啊，人生之路说长也长，因为它是你一生意义的诠释；人生之路说短也短，因为你生活过的每一天都是你的人生。每个人都在设计自己的人生，都在实现自己的梦想。三峡大学是一个大的百花园，我只是百花园里一棵不起眼的小草，可小小草有一个大大的理想，就让我在这里畅想一下自己的大学生活吧。

每个人都有自己的大学生活及目标，有打算考研的、有计划考公务员的也有想办公司自己当老板的···而我的想法是在大学毕业前创建自己的团队，毕业之时不用忙于去找工作，而是和我的团队一起去奋斗，一起去闯天下。也许这个想法，很多人认为很荒诞，都说是空想。说大学生总是爱想些不现实的东西，也许对一些人是这样吧！学姐，学长们都说大学比较松，没人管，需要很强的自制力！说，大一的学生都是玩的！开始不信，现在不得不信！在自己身上验证了这个说法，课很少，没事就是玩，那天突然被点击了一下，才意识到自己犯了多大的错误，这样玩，去荒废时间，差点就忘本了！来大学要清楚自己是干什么的，有自己的目的，谁都爱玩，可是现在不是玩的时候，如果这样玩下去，后果可想而知，没有卖后悔药的！辛苦了十多年终于进入了大学，如果四年就这样荒废，，恐怕不只是对不住自己了！现在应该要有个好的规划了，去畅想——唱响，我的大学生活。

“大学”一个每个人学生都梦寐以求的地方，也是无数人通往理想道路的阶梯，对于这个大学，我也曾做过无数次的幻想，在幻想中描绘出了一幅幅宏伟壮丽的人生蓝图，在蓝图中大学就是一座金碧辉煌的殿堂。

“大学”这个词语说来沉重也轻松，在它的里面不知包含了多少的知识，和多少需要我们去学习的法则，那里有良师益友，那里有无尽的知识宝库，那里还将会有值得我们一生回味的记忆。当面对学习时或许我们会感觉到它的沉重，因为有太多是我们以前所没有接触过的，这让我有一点头疼。可是它对于我们来说也比较轻松，因为它已不像初、高中那样做一些“强输”教育，并且也能选修一些自己所喜爱的专业课程，所以这点来说，大学相对而言要自主自由一些。

曾也听一些朋友谈论起大学生活，有的说在大学里能学到许多的知识，并且在面对突发事件时，处理起来也要相对的成熟，理性一些。有的说大学就像是一个游乐园，到了大学之后我一定要好好痛痛快快的玩一场，以前都太束缚了，都不能够放松自己。等等……听了这么多的谈论，而我心中的大学生活却并不能与他们言同，至少在我心中的大学生活应该是像大鹏展翅一样，在天空中自由翱翔和舒展抱负的。可朋友们却并不这样的认为，他们还给了我一个似是而非的答案，说大学生活是很“无聊”的，这是我所听到的唯一震撼我，也使我懵懂不明了的答案，然后就有点开始糊涂了，难道我梦寐以求的就只是他们所说的“无聊”而已的大学生活吗，带着这个未知答案的问题，我就这样进入了大学，开始探寻着它的答案。

刚开学的第一天，感受着学长，学姐们热情的帮助，也看见许多以前学校同学的笑语相迎，这使得我落空的心里在陌生的地方寻到了一些温暖的气息。接下来的什么院上、系上的部门开始招新，我为了能够锻炼自己的胆量去尝试了一下，虽然是无功而返，但是心里却有了一种说不清倒不明的东西在涌动，这种感觉让我的心里很充实。

在学习上，刚开始有一点困难可是经过自己的努力奋斗，困难也不在像以前那样困难了，而且老师还教会了我们许多的东西。不知怎地，总感觉自己所学到的好像并不只是书本上那一些知识而已，好像还在精神领域的某个地方得到了启发。当我回家与妈妈共同探讨未来时，妈妈便说我“你已不在是以前的你，大学还真是大学呀”，我虽并不是很明白她的意思，可是从妈妈的话语中，我能够体会到自己已经成熟了许多，思考问题也全面了许多。

在人际关系方面，或许刚开始时和同学们不太熟悉，有许多的地方大家都不知道怎么避免，但是经过一个月的相处，和同学们也建立起了一种新型的关系，也不像刚来时那样关系很紧张了，在同学们面前也能够大胆的表现出自己。和以前的老朋友之间也是不用言语就能明白的，彼此之间也不像以前那样不懂人情世故，动不动就和朋友发脾气，现在有的只是能和老朋友在一起聊聊天，谈谈心里的面的苦闷，就已经是很快乐的事情了，这使得我们之间的那份友情更加的难能可贵。

在这仅仅不到两个月的大学生活当中，我学会了很多，无论是在精神方面、学习方面、还是在人际关系方面，都得到了很大的提高，我不知道这算不算是大学给我的收获，也在这明明之中找到了自己最初想要寻找的答案。

“大学”就是一个人生路上十字路口处的路标，它让我们不至于在人生的十字路口处迷失自己，是它让我们可以定位自己，从而能够寻找到真正的自己，找到属于自己的一片天空。大学一个充满幻想、希望、理想的殿堂，能够在其中去走上一回，所得到的收获就已经远远超出了我们自己所想象出来的。

一个大学，一个路标，一个茫然的人，一个理想，创造出的却是一座金碧辉煌的殿堂。

Last summer holiday I went to Paris with my parents by plane. First we visited the Arc and Triomphe, and we took many photos. Then we went to the Notre Dame, which is very wonderful. We saw a lot of interesting things. Finally we came to the Eiffel tower, and there were so many people, but they were all friendly. After that we sat on the grass, looking at the view. We felt very happy.

去年暑假我和父母坐飞机去了巴黎。我们先参观了阿尔克和凯旋门，我们拍了很多照片。然后我们去了巴黎圣母院，那里很壮观。我们看到很多有趣的东西。最后我们来到埃菲尔铁塔，那里人很多，不过他们都很友好。之后，我们坐在草地上，看风景。我们都非常高兴。

What a pleasant trip! I will never forget it.

真是一个愉快的旅行!我永远都不会忘记的。
