1、每天坚持爬楼，坚决不坐电梯;

2、凡阅读过的书籍，不扔掉，留给需要的人;

3、节约用水，将用过的水留着，用于冲洗手间;

4、节约用电，每天限制自己看电视和玩电脑的时间，不超过一小时，用完后，记得关掉电源，拔掉插座。
