During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11 o’clock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. 于社会而言，正需要小朱这种创新型人才。如今，“技术型人才”为社会做出贡献，激发市场活力的例子已不少见，前有IT男合伙开西少爷卖肉夹膜，利用网络宣传，打出一片天地，后有深圳创客群体的快速出现壮大。可以说，若想做电商卖螃蟹是非常有前景的，国家优惠政策、企业资金扶持、互联网的飞速发展等等都为(小朱的)尝试提供了一个平台。所以，为何不勇于尝试呢?

尼采说，每一个不曾起舞的日子，都是对生命的辜负。趁着现在，追逐内心，勇于尝试，终有一天，你会舞出一曲最华丽的乐章。

生命，起舞过，旋转过，摔而起身过，方不辜负。

Presently， a new lifestyle called low carbon life is spreading every corner of our country. The concepts of low carbon are low energy and no waste. It is such a significant project that I can‘t wait to present my ideas on how to promote it.

目前，新的生活方式称为低碳生活传播我们国家的每一个角落。低碳的概念是低能耗和废物。这是个重大项目，我迫不及待地表达我的想法如何实现它。

On the first place， a no-car day is supposed to set up every week in our school. Because cars not only cause serious air pollution but also waste energy. On no-car day， neither students nor teachers are allowed to drive to school. Meanwhile， just walk， jump， cycle or run. Use our legs and enjoy the fun.

在第一个地方，一个无车日应该是在我们学校设立每周。因为汽车不仅会造成严重的空气污染，又浪费能源。对无车日，学生和老师都不允许开车去学校。同时，只是走，跳，循环或运行。使用我们的腿和享受的乐趣。

On the second place， we had best not use plastic bags any more. No one can stand the “white pollution”。 So， it is wise to use bags which can be reused again and again. Finally， one thing that we should keep in mind： every big thing comes from the subtle. “人生就像饺子，岁月是皮，经历是馅。酸甜苦辣皆为滋味，毅力和信心正是饺子皮上的褶皱，人生中难免被狠狠挤一下，被开水煮一下，被人咬一下，倘若没有经历，硬装成熟，总会有露馅的时候。”这一段话，不是我的原创，是崔永元评论人生的一段话。以我现在的经历还不配和大家谈人生，我要谈的是对于在座的每个人的一生都至关重要的四年大学生活。

对于今天让我站在这里给大家讲如何度过关键的四年大学生活，其实有点赶鸭子上架。就在我准备简历的时候，才发现，竟然没有任何可以让我吹嘘一番的证书，奖章之类的任何被称为荣誉的东西，除了自认为满满的四年的生活感悟。其实回过头想一想，如果上天给我一个再来一次的机会，我想，我的这四年生活应该也还是这样，因为对于大学生活该经历的活动，该掌握的知识，我都尽了自己的努力。

有人说：大学一年级往往“不知道自己不知道”，大学二年级就进了一步“知道自己不知道”，大学三年级时“不知道自己知道”，大学四年级“知道自己知道”。

其实，至今我也没能吃透其中蕴含的意味，但是模模糊糊能体会到一点，就是从天上落到地上，从憧憬理想回到现实。很多人之所以不适应大学的生活，很大程度上是受到了网上或者杂志上的一些关于大学生活小说的误导。很多作者描写大学生活都是以调侃的语气，向读者描绘一个他心中理想的大学。受到这种误导，在每个人踏进大学之前会对自己的大学生活有一个理想的描绘。怀着这份美好，进入大学后，很多人都会迷糊一阵子，充分享受突如其来的自由和新奇感。但是在一天天上课，自习后，这种激情慢慢的消退，就开始进入迷茫阶段，怀念高中同学，怀念高中生活。

在座的大都处在“不知道自己不知道”和“知道自己不知道”阶段，尤其是后者，往往是造成迷茫，困惑和郁闷的根源。而这也是慢慢长大踏实地的过渡到“知道自己知道”必经阶段。如果你现在觉得没有方向，也没必要着急，其实这很正常。

很多人在没进大学前，就在脑子形成这样一种观念，认为高中的同学之间的感情才是最纯真的，到了大学彼此就不能坦诚相待了。

我就有过类似的想法。事实上，随着和宿舍的同学相处，其实这种观念是不对的，至少对于和你一起朝夕相处的同班，同宿舍的同学是不适合的。在这种年纪，有的大多是是性格上的棱角。等你有一天毕业了，回头想想自己的大学同学，你就会发现，其实现在的磕磕碰碰根本不值一提。

我的大一和很多人一样，是茫然没有方向的。就是天天背着书包去上课，晚上去自习，周六周日有时候也就是跑到自习教室里。因为除了自习，当时根本就不知道还有什么其他事可以做。后来也经常去图书馆，因为图书馆有太多的资源了，总觉得那么多书放在那里，不利用起来，过于浪费了。所以对图书馆我算是比较熟悉的。

也有人四年都没去过图书馆，不知道里面什么样，我现在宿舍就有这样一个同学。虽然每天都有事可做，事实上心里却很迷茫，因为毕竟是大学，即使我把它当作高四来过，毕竟终究不是高中。高中有一个高考，始终是努力的目标，现在却没有方向了。也觉得大学生活应该是五彩缤纷的，丰富多彩的，不应该只是为了学习，为了考个好成绩而就这么度过四年。于是给自己稍微理清了头绪。显然，作为学生，学习是首要的，但是不是唯一的。于是开始去参加学生会，天气好的时候会骑车出去逛。

很清楚的记得，一次10.1假期，一直在自习教室里，到了最后两天，实在坐不住了，就推上车，找了一份武汉地图，带上几本杂志，坐在湖边，看看书。心情也不是那么郁闷了。学校周围，到东湖的路我几乎都去过，每次就是一个人，一边对着地图照路，一边走，直到沿着东湖的湖间道转一圈。如果觉得生活很枯燥，这不是大学的错，大学给了你充分的自由，你要做的是利用好这种自由，充分发掘自己的生活。

大学校园，是梦开始的地方；为了不使这个梦在毕业时落空：那我们就要用一种认终为始的心态去规划与度过大学校园生活。大学校园也是我们人生中最集中的能够扬长避短的时期，早能够尽情折腾的时期，因此如果谁的大学校园默默无闻了，平平淡淡了，那他就没有真正的明白大学校园的含义与作用。正因一旦失去青春的激情，便永远也找不到了，因此大学校园必须要且行且惜！

大一是大学校园的开端，是影响大学校园其他三年的重要一年，因此这进入大学校园的第一步要走好，这样才能够为其他的三年打下基础，我时刻坚信只要做到了步步为营，就能步步升高，就能步步为赢。一切只因“当梦想扬帆起航！

不如大学校园，是我们人生的另一个新起点，是真正好处的大学校园，是每个幸运的大学校园生生命中最重要的旅程，这一路由三个宽阔的台阶和无数的细砖碎瓦组成我们年轻的凛冽和青春岁月！然而，该怎样应对大学校园的第一个台阶。大一是此刻每个刚进入大学校园的同学所思考的，所怅惘的。

大一，是开始的良端，也是完结的预兆。大一和我们的许多境遇一样，只有一次，而这个开始是有着制胜的影响甚至决定好处！

大学校园和中学有着本质的区别，在那里，你会发现，你更自由了，更有主宰权了，完全掌控着自己的生活！也正因如此，我们更容易迷茫，更容易失去方向，有时候都不知道自己到底追求的是什么？

人生目标是人生道路的航标，是人生前进的动力。在自我迷失一段时刻以后，我透过与高年级同学的交流以及与老师的沟通，初步确立了我的大学校园奋斗目标：全面发展。（人生感悟）我决定透过大学校园三年的学习成为思想觉悟高，心理素质好，专业技术精，工作潜质强的复合型人才。这也是新世纪对大学校园生的要求。

确立了目标，我们学生重新获得了源源不断的动力。正因对英语很感兴趣，我便以英语为突破口，为提高英语口语潜质，我改掉了睡懒觉的坏习惯，每一天早上在校园里大声地朗诵英语，用”疯狂“英语问候校园的一草一木。透过发奋，学习成绩开始逐步提高。

大学校园生活是漫漫人生路的一个阶段，也是人生之歌的一个乐章。这段路即使短暂的，也是漫长的，这个乐章既可能是优美动听的，也可能是遗憾苦涩的。虽然，我的大学校园生活才刚刚开始，但我坚信它会是充满快乐的。

最后，我在那里拜祝大家共同发奋，共同进步，多多积累经验，让自己能走好以后的路。

我试着发奋去做好，为了圆我的大学梦，或许期望越大，失望就越大。伴随着高考结束的那一天，在无数期盼的日子里，梦最终还是碎了，心也碎了，世界仿佛都窒息了！

但是，生活不得不继续，我不能放下儿时的梦想，我还有着很多心愿未能实现。我知道一切的一切都可能重头开始，只要我有足够的勇气应对生活。

在无限的憧憬和遐想中，大学生活开始了。时刻总是从你身后悄无声息的溜走，从你的脚底下滑过，从你的视野里飞过……不知不觉中，大学生活都快一年啦！还记得刚进大学时，每每独自走在偌大一个校园里望着一张张陌生的面孔，内心是那么的孤寂，就在那一瞬间，感觉到自己竟是如此的渺小。然而，我对自己依旧那么自信，其实有时候人真的很无奈，那也成为我振作起来的唯一动力。

很多时候，总爱回忆那段紧张而又充实的高中生活，那时的我们似乎还未长大，内心的那份童真似乎还未泯灭，想起了那个正因考试不及格倔强地咧嘴想哭却又冲我笑的女孩；想起了那个微笑着看人，喜爱歪着头问我问题的男孩；想起了……一切的一切都是如此的清晰明朗。当我们正活在当下时并未感到自己是幸福的，回头看看自己走过的路，剩下的也只有遗憾啦！这时让我想起一句极平凡的话“失去才懂得珍惜”想必就是生活的真谛吧。

我不想让自己生活在昨日，正因昨日没有期望，只有回忆。当我过多的注意昨日时，这天已无声无息地溜走，明天不知不觉的到来，我所拥有的是越来越多的归属于昨日。我不想再让自己的明天为这天而遗憾。

步入大学后，学习已不再那么的紧张，似乎有着更多的时刻和空间由你自己去支配，只要你有足够的激情投入。渐渐的，感觉自己在无形中长大了，独立了，坚强了，时刻老人总是那样的神奇，在他的带领下我找到了那片属于自己的天空。生活不再空虚，不再单调，不再孤寂……在学习上，自己从不敢懈迨，正因自己很清楚，生活是不会同情弱者的，不上进的人不该拥有这天的完美，即使生活给予我太多的磨难。我把每一次的失败归结为一次尝试，不去自卑，不去抱怨生命有太多的曲折，大海如果失去了巨浪的翻滚，就失去了雄浑；沙漠如果失去了飞沙的狂舞，就失去了壮观。人生也是如此，活得太庸俗，生命也就失去了原有的魅力。生活上，结识了很多朋友，一向深信着，茫茫人海中，能相遇是一种缘，能相识从而成为朋友更让我倍加的珍惜。每个人的心灵色彩都不会一样，每个人心中都有不一样的世界，正正因如此，时而与朋友发生不快。曾因朋友的误解而悄然的流泪，曾因与父母出现了代沟而大声的哭泣或默然的伤感，曾因……也许这就是青春。青春时能够笑，能够闹，这都是青春给予我们特殊的待遇，如果有一天你不再拥有健壮的体魄，旺盛的精力，无限的潜力时，那时你已不再年轻。

很多时候，喜爱一个人呆呆地坐着，想很多的事，想很远的事，仿佛是不着边际的遐想。偶尔会一个劲的傻笑，毫无顾忌的笑，偶尔也会不停地流泪，惊天动地地哭……或许，早已步入大学的我还未长大，内心的那份童心依旧在。其实，我是多么的期望自己不好长大，正因那样就不必承担更多的职责，不会有更多的烦恼和压力了，信奉自己能够做一个快乐的天使。用自己的微笑去融化周围的寒冷，去照亮这周围的黑暗。但我坚信，当我经历了风吹雨打的那一天，当我再次跌倒和踉跄的那一天，当我从天空飞过的那一天，我已经长大，我会很自豪的告诉世界：“长大真好！”

其实活着就是幸福，即使你的一辈子都是在失败中度过。正因活着，能够看到山是绿的，海是蓝的，雪是白的；正因活着，能够明白日子活像洋葱，只要你自己一片片的剥开，总有一片是会让你流泪不止的。

当我明白这一切时，似乎简单了许多，我不再需要背负太多，我能够更加潇洒地活着，按自己的方式好好地活着，为了所有我爱的人和爱我的人！世界上有一个永远不会枯竭的泉眼，那里有浓浓的爱流出，不会枯竭。

大学，梦想中一个天堂般的地方。多少次的废寝忘食，多少次的咬牙坚持，在一次次想要放弃的冲动下又因为那份不甘心而硬着头皮向前冲，这一切都只是因为所有芊芊学子共同的一个目标----大学。最终，在一次响亮的青春宣言下让这一场没有硝烟的战争落下了帷幕，结束了那”一入学门深似海，堪得何时饶我身”的哀怨。在炎阳高照的六月天经历了500分钟后犹如万里长征的红军在经历了爬雪山，过草地的千辛万苦后看到了近在眼前的胜利。之后又是漫长的等待，再之后就是有的人笑了，有的人哭了，而我没笑也没哭，一个让我没资格笑又没理由哭的分数在等待它的主人做出最后的抉择。

不论中间经历了什么，最后的结果是选择了这里----邢台学院，她成了我学生时代最后的归宿。在来到她的怀抱之前我是个一无所知的黄毛小丫头，但在她一年时光的庇护下我长大了，是真真正正的长大了。不会再像以前一样一遇到困难就找父母想办法，受一点委屈就找朋友哭诉。一个人的日子让我懂得了女生要更坚强才不会让父母太过担心，也知道了有父母陪在身边的日子是多么温暖。几乎百分之八十的大一新生都有一个想法就是不想浪费时间，让自己的大学生活充实起来，所以他们选择参加社团，竞选学生会，竞选班长好不忙碌，常常忙到来不及吃饭，但这样的忙碌有些人适应了而有些人厌烦了。回想起一年前的我也是意气奋发的来回奔波，学习，想要参加一个自己喜欢的社团来锻炼身体，和另一个社团为社会献出一点微薄的力量，再参加一个组织可以锻炼自己的能力。理想总是美好的，当嘴角的微笑还没完全咧开的时候现实就让我妥协了。我裹着冬日的寒风疾步走过了金黄色的银杏叶铺满的那个转角，我并没有成为理想中的那个自己，我只是一名普普通通的大一学生，闲暇时分会描写我的大学生活作文窝在宿舍看看视频或是和室友谈天说地，也会去图书馆找几本自己喜欢的书细细品味，还会积极参加各种活动，结识了好多新的朋友，遇到个小长假相约几个好友去看看祖国的大好山河。就这样一年的时光悠悠度过了。仔细回想，这一年里我并没有做出什么轰轰烈烈的事，更没有成为一名响当当的学姐，但是这平凡的一年时光里却带给了我不平凡的收获:有计划的做事，有责任有担当的做人，学会了更好的待人处事，学会了对自己负责。这些都会是我一生最宝贵的财富。

世界上不可能有两片完全相同的叶子，同样世界上也不可能会有人过着相同的日子。也许你现在的生活并不是你理想中的样子，但是请你记住这世界上总有人过着你想要的生活，所以，要为自己努力，就像歌词里说的“我很平凡，也很简单，骨子里的我却很勇敢……重新来，我还有胜算。”

似乎才刚刚走进大学校园，转眼，又要离去。四年的生活就在不知不觉中从身边飞过。在这四年里，我经历了许多从未经历过的生活，得到了许多使我终身受益的经验教训，拥有了称得上“铁杆”的朋友…在最后的时间里还找到了一份很不错的工作。然而，如果有人问我：“你在大学里最遗憾的是什么事？"我将毫不犹豫地回答：“看的书太少了。”每学期除了专业书籍外，我大概只看了二十余本课外书籍，如果我的大学可以重来，我决不仅仅看这一点点课外书籍。

古往今来，论读书的文章有如大海里的浪花，数也数不清。

杜甫高歌“读书破万卷，下笔如有神”；陆游作诗“归老宁无五亩园，读书本意在元元。灯前目力虽非昔，犹课蝇头二万言”；陈继儒曾言“吾读未见书，如得良友；见已读书，如逢故人，；南宋有位诗人更是说“饥，读之以当肉；寒，读之以当裘；孤寂而读之，以当朋友；幽忧而读之，以当金石琴瑟”……

读书是交友的延伸。我们交友只能以人为对象，数量有限，时间地点限制，还需花不少精力选择维护。但是靠了书籍，我们可以广交异时异地的朋友，而选择就更自由了。读一本好书就如同接触了一个最健谈的人。他可以带你到不同的世界里去，与你讨论一些你从来不知道的学问或生活问题。

也许你要说，在学校里整天读讲义看课本不就是在读书吗？讲义课本是为了平均发展基本知识，不可不读，但若以为读讲义看课本便是尽读书之能就大错特错了。学校功课门类虽多，图书馆相关书籍也不少，但范围终究狭窄了些。你的天才也许与学校所有功课都不相近，你自己得去课外研究，发现自己性之所近的学问，才能培养读书的兴趣。

林语堂说过：“我们智能上的趣味像一棵树那样生长着，或者像河水那样地流着。只要有适当的树液，树便会生长起来，只要泉中有新鲜的泉水涌出来，水便会流着。当水流碰到一个花岗岩石时，它便由岩石的旁边绕过；当水流碰到一片低注的溪谷时，它便在那边曲曲折折地流一会儿；当水流涌到一个深山的池塘时，它便恬然停驻在那边；当水流冲下急流时，它便向前涌去。这么一来，虽则它没有费什么力气，也没有一定的目标，可它终究有一天会达到大海。”他告诉我们，读书是要符合时间地点环境的。读书的艺术在于随胜，有那种心情的时候便拿起书来读。读书，只有出于自然才能彻底享受其中的乐趣。天气晴朗的日子里，抱着几本书，哲学、经济、诗歌、传记等，约上好友，来到河边草地，躺下，闲逸地拿起书来翻翻，兴起时和友人聊几句读书心得，休憩时看看蓝天白云。这便是陈继儒描写读书的情调“古人称书画为从笺软卷，故读书开卷以闲适为尚”。

在读书的过程中，我认为选择书籍是一件十分关键的事。多读一本没有价值的书就丧失了读一本有价值的书的时间和精力，所以必须慎重选择。走进一个图书馆，可以看到千本万木的书卷，但是其中真正能够称得上是“书”，值得去看的就不知道有没有十本百本了。只有真正适合你去读的书才能给予你较准确的知识，传播大学者治学的精神和方法，震撼你的心灵，促进你的思考。那该如何选书呢？各人有自己的方式。我看书先看文字，文字不好的就不读了，文字清楚思想才不会混乱。当然有些文字过于清楚的，内容又过于浅薄；有些文字不够清楚，内容却有深度，比如许多哲学著作就是如此。但以我现在的知识水平，要去读那些著作就有些费力了。若是仅仅看不懂倒还好，就怕把自己的思维搅混了，连以前有的一点浅薄认识也找不回来了。所以我选书的第一步依然是文字是否清楚。

选书最怕的是赶潮流。选书不比选衣，选衣赶潮流是时尚，选书赶潮流是傻子。当今的网络小说非常畅销，往往是街谈巷议，大家一窝蜂地去买；或是某某学生作家弃学从文，引得一干厌学的学生纷纷吹捧。这些个作者自身的文学修养也就是半桶水，加上这些读者的盲目去精取粗，也就不知利弊孰多孰少了。基本上那种所谓“人手一册”的书，我是绝对不会买的，当然有时借来当当“厕所文学”倒也不妨。往往在被忽略的角落里或许会有几本思想好文采佳的书。

选书最重要的是选适合自己的书。现在许多人选书一看新旧，非新书不看；二看名气，非近日广为宣传的书不看。弗朗茨曾说过“我从不读同时代作者的作品”。同时代作者作品中除了思想深邃、风格独特者外确没必要看。我总觉得这些所谓的青年或少年“文学家”多半是在发牢骚，无病呻吟。除了当时会产生一种“有同感”的想法，过后就什么也没留下了。

我最爱读的是古诗。要考验一木书是否是智慧之书，最可靠的试金石当然是时间。曾有一位老师说“现在那些所谓的文学作品，哪怕最好的，也可以在古文中找到相似的思想脉络”。古人的经典之作是经过时间的鉴定了，而今人的却有待考察。而在古文中，诗又是最耐读的。虽然诗极短，却常常一览不尽，使人百读不厌，是值得读的智慧之书。对于这些书自然是当反复诵读的。

读书是需要时间的，很多同学“忙”，忙交友，忙兼职，总是觉得没有时间读书。曾经我也因兼职等琐事耽误了读书，后来总是后海没有抓住读书的时机。毕业后就没有图书馆里众多书籍供我选择了，亦没有这么多时间来读书了，虽在工作之余能挤出些许时间，但终无学生时代的闲适心情。读书，还是得抓住时机。所以，在此敬告各位师弟师妹：切莫因琐事误了读书。

”妈妈听了后，微笑着拍拍我头的说：“我女儿真的懂得低碳生活了。” 在爸爸面前我也不能服输，就在前几天，因为我们家的衣柜很潮湿，爸爸和妈妈都无计可施，这时我想到了奶奶常常用报纸垫在衣柜里，她说过报纸可以防潮，还可以吸收异味，于是我就去找报纸，但是以前用过的报纸都让我扔掉了，现在家里还真的没有报纸，人家都说“书到用时方恨少”今天我却想说“报纸用时方恨无”。嗯，对了，今天我好像看见爸爸下班时拿回来了一张报纸，我连忙找到了爸爸：“爸爸你今天是不是拿回来一张报纸?”爸爸疑惑不解的点点头，我迫不及待的说：“快贡献出来，我有办法了。”

当爸爸看我把报纸垫在衣柜里时，害的我爸爸找不到报纸又买啦一张。 现在，每天上学我都步行，再也不让爸爸摩托车送我;我每次逛街都自备口袋……我要过真正的低碳生活。 低碳从我做起，让我们一起来建设文明、幸福、魅力、新东港吧。

Summer holiday is from July to August .It s a long time for me to do all kinds of things . I like visiting some places of interest . And I like travelling by train . It takes me too much time , but it saves money .Sometimes I stay at home and do my homework , sometimes I help my parents do some house work. When my parents are free , we often go to the park or the zoo , and we have a good time there . I have a good summer holiday .
