三、教材特点。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

During this winter vacation I had the opportunity to read the book Gone with the Wind. It is a great novel written by American author Margaret Michell in the 1930s. It’s a story about southern living in the US during the Civil War. Mr. Clark knows clearly that the children are all very kind in their heart bottoms. Then he tries to use his true love and expectations for them t make them moved. We all know that one"s habits or minds are quite difficult to change. Although during it Mr. Clark also feels depressed, things get to be better after his perseverance.

初读红楼梦，我处在云雾中，众多的人物，绕口的古文，丰富的对话都是我目不暇接。只记得了些大概的故事情节，几个重要的人物。当时，你若要问我这些人物关系，我是不清楚的。我印象最深的是林黛玉，贾宝玉和王熙凤。林黛玉动不动就掉眼泪，这样的人我是有些鄙视的。同时，她又爱在言语上计较，动不动就不理别人，我对她是没有什么好感的。再就是宝玉，说他对黛玉有情，他偏偏又周游在那些个姐姐妹妹中，说他对黛玉无意吧，他偏偏就招惹了。所以，对于宝玉，我也是有几分看不起的。对于开始时的王熙凤，我是有几分欣赏的，她精明能干，心直口快，能说会道;但后来她对尤二姐的步步紧逼，以及为了一点财产而做伤天害理的事，我对她又产生了一点厌恶。总之，开始我对《红楼梦》的印象不是很好。

后来，随着对《红楼梦》背景，作者等方面的了解，我开始理解那些人的行为了。黛玉虽然多愁善感，但这也是她所处的环境所定的。想想一个小女孩背井离乡，来到外祖母家，虽然有血缘关系，但总觉得自己是个客人，每个行为动作都万分谨慎，生怕叫人耻笑了去。后来遇到所爱之人，可惜天不遂人愿，到最后还是含恨而终。一句“侬今葬花人笑痴，他年葬侬知是谁?”道出了黛玉一生的悲与苦。如此看来，她倒也确实可怜。就如她自己所说“一朝春尽红颜老，花落人亡两不知!”至于熙凤，人们说她是“机关算尽太聪明，反算了卿卿性命。”没错，她机关算尽，以权谋私，但她也是个率直泼辣之人，是一个有血有肉有性格的女子。她不完美，不是个好人，也许《红楼梦》中没有一个实在的好人，他们是真实写在书中的人，而不是一个完美的影子模范。

真实而又有性格的他们与她们在一本名为《红楼梦》的书中活着，那一群人的生活反映了一个时代的生活。他们为现在的我们打开了一条通往那个时代的时光隧道。

此刻，我回想着书中的情节，人物，对话，我觉得那就是一场梦，朦胧而又真实，心里觉得它是凄美的，但又不知它凄在何处，美在何方。就如书中所说的“假作真时真亦假，无为有处有还无。”真真假假，虚虚实实才是本书的真谛吧!

“由来同一梦，休笑世人痴。”在一个寂寞的午后，我们也来读《红楼梦》，为书中的人物痴狂，体会其中的滋味吧!

薛蟠这个人游手好闲，不务正业，可是现在薛姨妈和宝钗对他大动干戈，他虽然也扯着嗓门大喊大叫，但至少不象某些人那样伪装自我，不敢说出自己的想法。

而对于宝玉挨打之事来说，薛蟠确实没有大过错，然而过去的种.种却使自己的至亲也怀疑他了，这的确让人痛楚，如今谢霆锋在大街小巷大声呼喊着“不被了解的人最可悲”的时候，或许薛蟠有朝一日也会成为他的忠实歌迷。

宝玉对女孩子，可真是一百个好，当日玉钏儿给他送来莲叶羹，不小心泼了出来，两人都烫到了，可是他自己好象没事儿似的，头一句话就是问玉钏儿“烫着没有”，难怪两个嫫嫫会说他没有刚性了。

可是，在整个大观园里，乃至中国某一段历史发展道路上，有谁能象贾宝玉那样，对女性重视，尊重，甚至深深地敬佩呢?在宝玉眼里，似乎世间没有男女之分，尘世中的人都是平等的，“男尊女卑”这个词，或许他压根儿没有听说过。

寒假里，我妈妈给我买了一本书，叫《三国演义》。里面的内容大致分为黄巾之乱、董卓之乱、群雄逐鹿、三国鼎立、三国归晋五大部份，反映了魏、蜀、吴三个政治集团的军事斗争。

我就讲讲三国鼎立中的“火烧赤壁”吧。曹操的前锋部队在长江南岸遇到了孙刘联军。曹操的士兵由于水土不服，很多人都生了病。双方交锋后，颇通水性的孙刘联军打败了曹操。曹操被打败后，派了两位奸细前去诈降，然后便呆在军营里静候消息。几天后，曹操的探子来报说，有人送了投降信来，还是东吴的黄盖。曹操大喜，让黄盖三天之后乘船到北岸来。

后来黄盖率领十艘大船，装满干柴和枯草，在上面浇了油，盖了麻布，驶向了北岸的乌林。在距离曹操的军营不远时，黄盖让各艘船的人点火，冲向了曹操的军营。当时的曹营被攻成成一片火海，曹操的士兵被烧的死的死，逃的逃。曹操只好带着亲信逃走了。

这场战役，败在了曹操轻信了黄盖的苦肉计，又因士兵是北方人，不识水性，在陆地上他们是精锐之师，但遇到了水，他们的就成了乌合之众了。加上曹操又太轻敌，总把自己想得太强大，才会掉以轻心，最终使这场战役失败。

这个故事告诉我们，强者不一定就会胜利，弱者也不一定会失败。天时、地利、人合加上智慧也能以少胜多。三国演义是我国四大名著之一，是一部军事历史小说，我反复看了好几遍，是一部非常好看的书。

这两天我又重新读了一遍德国幽默大师埃·奥·卜劳恩的不朽杰作：连环漫画《父与子》，读了之后我感觉特别快乐。

这本书可以称得上是老少皆宜。它主要描绘了一对父子的故事，画面虽然简单，一般都只有四小幅图，却为我们展现出一段段生动有趣的故事，描绘出父与子之间的天伦之乐，让人读后感觉心里暖暖的，很温馨，很感人。书中的父亲风趣幽默，对儿子既严厉又疼爱，特别是为了纠正儿子的一些小错误，也会打他的屁股;书中的儿子聪明可爱，时常用小聪明捉弄爸爸，但遇到有人嘲笑他的爸爸时，他又总是打抱不平。通过这本书，我们看到了一对善良的父子、一对亲密的父子，既让人忍俊不禁，又给人无比的感动。
