《红楼梦》以贾宝玉、林黛玉薛宝钗之间的恋爱婚姻为主线描写了以贾家为代表的四大家族的兴衰过程。在阅读《红楼梦》的过程中，对于林黛玉的印象较为深刻。在我看来，我觉得林黛玉是幸福的，无论怎么样，贾宝玉都只爱她一个人，而薛宝钗，尽管她费尽心机，仍无法得到贾宝玉的爱。

但是不得不承认，林黛玉的一生是个悲剧，最后，也因病吐血生亡。曹雪芹在全书一开始就用神话色彩的笔调点明这一点，而觉得林黛玉她把自己可以拥有的幸福推开了，在书中的一个地方可以体现，在薛宝钗进府的时候，贾宝玉同林黛玉等人出门迎接，当贾宝玉看着貌美如花的薛宝钗目瞪口呆的时候，林黛玉望着贾宝玉一脸不悦，当贾宝玉去拉林黛玉的手一同上前时，林黛玉却挣开了贾宝玉的手，但林黛玉又重新握住了她的手，一方面体现了贾宝玉对林黛玉的爱，另一方面体现了林黛玉对自己的幸福，不去争取而总去推开的。

导致林黛玉推开幸福的有两大原因：

第一，她进贾府是由于母亲死了，父亲也生病了，无人照料，尽管她得到贾母的宠爱，但在贾府，也是寄人篱下，而且只身一人在贾府，父母均不在身边，本身就已经使她十分孤独悲伤，而又要寄人篱下，生活在贾府，她一定十分辛苦;

第二，是她的性格，她本来性格是比较喜欢退让，她无论在交朋友或是争取自己的幸福上，都不像薛宝钗那么主动，所以她到最后以悲剧告终。

另一个是我印象深刻的是贾宝玉，他对于男女人权平等的思想和对爱情的坚贞使我尤为感动。在封建社会里，女人的地位是低下，而贾宝玉可以算是封建社会里的一盏明灯，照亮走向光明社会的道路，在贾宝玉摔玉的情节，将他这种思想表现得淋漓尽致当他知道林黛玉没有玉的时候，他说了这样一句话：“家里姐姐妹妹都没有，单我有，我说没趣，如今来了个神仙似的妹妹也没有，可知这不是个好东西。”另外，贾宝玉对林黛玉似乎是一见钟情，并在初识的时候就送林黛玉“颦颦”二字作为表字，在他得知林黛玉因病吐血身亡之后，悲痛万分，而且在全书许多情节，尽管薛宝钗对他关怀备至，而林黛玉有时对他冷嘲热讽的，但他始终把林黛玉放在心上，凡事都为她着想。

《红楼梦》中有许多诗句都美轮美奂，尤其在“贾宝玉神游太虚境，幻仙曲演红楼梦”一回中正副册上用诗句韵含书中各个人的一身结局以及那些揭露人物命运的曲词，其中关于王熙凤的“聪明累”一曲尤为贴切，“机关算尽太聪明，反算了卿卿性命!生前心已碎，死后性空灵。家富人宁，终个有，家亡人散各奔腾。枉费了意悬悬半世心;好一似，荡悠悠三更梦。忽剌剌似大厦倾，昏惨惨似灯将尽。呀!一场欢喜忽悲辛。叹人世，终难定。”很好的揭示出尽管在书中一开始王熙凤威风不已，但人生安定，她仍逃不过悲惨的命运。

第一部分以北京师范大学新版小学英语教材四年级下册第十单元 Mc’s stre 6个课时的教学内容为例，展开基于情趣教学思想想的教学设计。阅读的过程中，可以看出编写教师非常细心，把课堂上的每个细节都处理的很到位，包括课堂的一些预设，生成。这一单元是一个阅读课，一提到英语阅读，我的脑海中就是bring, difficult。纵观这六课时的教学设计，教师借助插图、对话，并通过肢体语言、声音、多媒体资源、设置有效情境，挖掘文本固有的情趣，给予学生适时的语言支持和铺垫，帮助学生理解语言，理解故事。一步步地帮助学生把握技巧，培养他们的阅读能力。成功地把阅读变成悦读，使它真正地变成一种乐趣。在今后的阅读课上，我会尽力效仿，使它变得不枯燥。

第二部分是姚老师本人执教的展示课例。就像姚老师所说“情趣教学着眼于对学生学习兴趣的诱导”。在教学设计上，教师立足于激发学生的学习情趣，并通过多媒体资源，为学生呈现多个自然又生动的教学情境。另外，姚老师的板书设计给了我耳目一新的视觉体验，能够立足于文本内容的同时，重难点突出，也符合中年级学生的认知特点。

读罢此书，心中感慨万千，作为教师，很佩服姚老师的那份执着，以及对教学认真的工作态度。相比之下,我是差太多了。在教学设计上，我也要有所创新：

1.导入部分需要为所学内容做铺垫，不能华而不实。

2.适当地体现小组合作的魅力，锻炼学生的语言运用能力。根据学生的能力，在适当时机把主动权交给学生，充分关注学生的主体意识，激发学生主动参与的热情。

小说的主人公玛格丽特本是一位贫穷的乡下姑娘，为谋生来到巴黎，后来被阿尔芒的一片赤诚之心所感动，彼此深深地相爱，在远离巴黎市区的乡间过起美满的田园生活。可惜，这时，阿尔芒的父亲为了家庭的声誉恳请码格丽特离开阿尔芒，一再给码格丽特种.种侮辱，难堪。当阿尔芒得知真情赶到码格丽特身边时，她因贫病交加，孤苦伶仃地死在自己的寓所里。

码格丽特是一个坚强善良的姑娘，她一个人面临着死亡，她一生最痛苦的时光是阿尔芒给予的。但或许正是因为阿尔芒，她的生命才有了光彩。她才能够从这个悲惨的世界里解脱。

But I don’t like Meggie’s attitude to love, Ralph is a Father, and he mustn’t love Meggie, they really loved each other, but they are not destined to be together. So in my opinion I think Meggie should give in, she shouldn’t fight with God, Ralph had told her he would serve God forever, so Meggie wouldn’t win. Maybe giving up is a good choice. Their love is painful.

Frank is my fa一vorite role. he was short but strong ,and he was one of the main labor in his family. Frank was considerable, and he always try his best to make Meggie feel happy. Frank and Meggie would always tell each other what they thought in their deep heart , and they are close friends.

I was so sad when I learned that Frank killed a man and he was sent to the prision. It is really a big shock to Meggie, for Frank was the only one who can listen to Meggie’s secrets. She thought she lost Frank forever. I cannot imagine how painful for Frank to spend dozens years in the prision. He once had good dream about his life, but he had to waste most of his life in prision. In my opinion it was Frank’s father that distoryed his life. His father didn’ t give him freedom, and Frank can’t had strong resistance spirits, and because he didn’t control himself and broke the law.The energitic Frank will never come to us, and he became a man who didn’t wanna talk. He began to be afraid of the world…it is really a pity.

As for Meggie, I think she was a good girl. She was beautiful and smart, but she it was wrong for her to love Ralph. Meggie was an excellent girl, she was able to find an outstanding boy to love her, but she put all her love on Ralph even she married Luke. She married Luke just because Luke looked like Ralph. Meggie wanna be a thorn bird, but I think it was too cruel to her. She was so kind that she shouldn’t stand that king of pain, and I think she was born to ha一ve a happy life. I pity for her.

故事中讲述了一个从小体弱多病的林黛玉来到贾府，渐渐地对贾宝玉相恋，这本应该是一段浪漫美好幸福的姻缘，却因凤姐把人掉了包，让宝玉娶了薛宝钗，以至于让黛玉吐血身亡，宝玉从此看破红尘。这本书最让我敬佩的便是林黛玉，虽说她爱哭，但却很有个性，才华，琴棋书画样样精通，她与贾宝玉也情趣投缘，经常在一起玩耍，也可以算青梅竹马了，但他们这段恋情，不被当时社会所接纳的。不过作为新时代的少年，我觉得我们还要坚强些，不要像林黛玉那样动不动就暗自垂泪，但她还是《红楼梦》中我最喜欢，也是令人感动的。

她这当中美好的事，物，人，太多了，读时，时而让我高兴，时而让我忧伤。多年以后再翻看这本书，又能细细地品味!

《老人与海 》描写的是一个年近六旬的老渔夫，在一次单身出海打鱼时，钓到了一条大鱼，却拉不上来。老渔夫同大鱼周旋了几天后，才发现这是一条超过自己渔船数倍的大马林鱼，虽然明知难以取胜，但仍不放弃。后来又因大马林鱼伤口上的鱼腥味引来了几群鲨鱼抢食，但老人不愿这样放弃，最终突出重围，将大鱼的骨头带回了渔港，让其他渔夫佩服不已。

当我读到爷爷与鲨鱼进行激烈的搏斗时，我真为爷爷担心，可是爷爷，总是保持着乐观的精神去面对一些极大的困难，看到这里，我不由得想起自己。每当我遇到了一些困难时，总是觉得很不顺心，觉得很烦，很想逃避现实。再看看桑提阿果爷爷，不管遇到任何困难也毫不退缩，而是勇敢地去面对!

我今天要给大家推荐的书是《红楼梦》，《红楼梦》是出自于四大名著之一，《红楼梦》是清代的曹雪芹写的。里面的人物有：林黛玉、贾宝玉、刘姥姥、凤姐、紫鹃、贾政、王夫人等等……

第一章写的是林黛玉辞父进京，写的是林黛玉是姑苏人，爸爸林如海是御史，夫人是荣国府的千金小姐。却不幸早年去世，黛玉因过于悲痛，林如海决定把林黛玉送到外祖母那，第二天荣国府的人派船员去接黛玉。林黛玉恋恋不舍的上了船离别了父亲，林黛玉到了荣国府，外祖母和黛玉两人就悲痛起来。众人看到立马去劝，外祖母带林黛玉引见了两个舅母和珠嫂子。晚饭到了，黛玉看大家吃饭的样子和她们哪里不一样，就看着做呢。这样才让我知道了，凤姐协理宁国府、撕扇子宝玉欢笑、紫鹃有意试宝玉、刘姥姥逛大观园、黛玉焚稿等等……

这里面我最喜欢的是第六章的刘姥姥逛大观园，是因为这章里面刘姥姥说的每一句话和每一个动作都很好笑。

这个故事告诉我们一个大道理，就是做人要忠诚，阅读是一把通灵的钥匙，是要你愿意，他就会打开大门。

今年暑假我看了四大名著之一《水浒传》。这本书让我了解了中国的历史，水浒英雄们的反抗精神和封建社会的腐败的一面，是一本耐人寻味的书。

这本书中的人物个个形象鲜明，宋江和柴进仗义疏财，武松英勇打虎，吴用的足智多谋。就说天真烂漫的李逵，他颇有些野，一身鲁莽庄稼汉和无业游民的习气，动不动就发火，遇事不分青红皂白，总是一说二打三骂，结果不是后悔就是吃亏。但是却有着“富贵不能淫，贫贱不能移，威武不能屈”的气概。最重要的是他身上有一种英雄气概，有一种愿意为兄弟两肋插刀的仗义，他这点让我尤其感动。

但在水浒一百零八将中，“花和尚鲁智深”更让我敬佩。他一生屡出奇谋，屡建战功。“花和尚鲁智深”是一位非常直率、暴烈如火，却侠骨柔情、杀却恶人为的是救穷苦人于水火的真汉子，英雄人物。他往往在人们面前表现出一副粗鲁、野蛮，可他在冲锋陷阵的时候可毫不含糊，挥着62斤重的禅杖上阵杀敌。

《水浒传》这本书写出了一百零八将的不同人生，不同品格，却有着同一的愿望——为国杀敌，劫富济贫。的确是一本耐人寻味的好书啊!

这个寒假，我读完了老师要求阅读的《骆驼祥子》。一开始，我并没有十分认真地阅读，因为我认为我不过是在完成任务。可看着看着，我渐渐改变了一开始的看法，我开始认真地阅读，被书中的人物祥子带入那个吃人不吐骨头的黑暗旧社会中，被祥子的一举一动牵动着心弦，为祥子担惊受怕……

《骆驼祥子》这本书讲述了祥子来自农村，立志买一辆自己的车，做一个独立的劳动者。但是，用三年的血汗钱换来的车却被军阀的乱兵抢走，第二次，他还没攒足买车的钱，钱就被孙侦探敲诈走了。接着，车厂厂主的女儿虎妞对他的“爱情”又给他的身心带来磨难。而用虎妞的积蓄买的一辆车在虎妞难产而死后，又不得不卖掉以料理虎妞的丧事。在经过多次挫折后，并随着祥子心爱的女人小福子的自杀，终于吹灭了他心中最后一朵希望的火花，他不再像以前一样以拉车为自豪，他厌恶拉车，延误劳作。生活捉弄了他，他也开始游戏人生，吃喝嫖赌，出卖他人换钱，祥子彻底堕落为城市的垃圾，变成一具失去灵魂的行尸走肉。最终，祥子从一个老实的车夫逐渐演变成为一个地道的流氓无产者。通过这个悲惨的艺术形象，人们对半封建半殖民地的旧中国有较深的理解，并启发人们认识造成祥子悲剧的社会根源。

这本书讲述的祥子的人生可谓是一波三折，让人读了不由得心疼这个从农村来的憨厚老实的小伙子。在书中看着这个小伙子一步一步地向自己的目标靠近，却又在将要靠近时候跌入谷底，这样的经历让人的心一阵一阵的抽疼。可也正是这样的经历向人绘声绘色地描述了在那样的日子里，在那个吃人不吐骨头的社会里，旧社会劳动人民生活的苦难与无奈。

通过这本书，我也了解到我现在生活的社会比起那个社会已经好太多了与其不断地抱怨现在的生活这不好那不好的，不如好好享受自己的人生，不要像祥子一样自甘堕落，要相信一句话“每件事到最后都会是好事，如果不是好事的话，那就说明还没有到最后。”

《岳飞传》是钱彩写的一部叙述南宋抗金名将岳飞一生的小说，是古代英雄传奇小说中的经典作品。岳飞是一位有胆有训、智勇双全的统帅，为了挽救民族的危亡与敌人作殊死斗争，屡战屡胜，但是最后被昏庸的宋高宗和阴险的奸臣秦桧害死。

我佩服岳飞的武艺高强、用兵如神，但最让我佩服的是岳飞的爱国情怀，因为他不论在奸臣的谄害下，还是别的任何情况下，始终保持着一颗爱国的心。在生活中，我要学习岳飞的智慧、机智、冷静和他的爱国心，做一个有胆识、智勇双全的人，成为建设祖国的栋梁之才。

真的感谢书籍，感谢这个世界上有这样一个教室，可以让我们师者在前行的路上更加勇敢而充满智慧。

这是一个奇迹——一个来自美国教育的奇迹。音乐在静静地流淌，书页在一张张翻动，面前就是那位狂热的英雄教师和他的孩子们，仿佛我也置身于五十六号教室里了。

细细地品味，细细地体会，然后就是一次又一次地感动，一次又一次地惭愧。

艾斯奎斯给人的感受，首先不是教学的技巧，而是一种职业的激情，这也是新教育提倡的一种精神。艾斯奎斯无疑是个富有激情的老师，特立独行的个性、截然不同的观念、别出心裁的创意都是艾斯奎斯教学热忱的体现。很早便成名的艾斯奎斯本来有很多机会离开教学一线，但他不愿离开学生。他服务的丛林小学处于一个充满贫穷与暴力的地区，56号教室里的孩子大多来自移民家庭，成长的环境并不好。但这些孩子经过艾斯奎斯的教育，在各个领域都取得了不凡的成就。在他看来尽管教书是件苦差事，但成果却是甜美的。

艾斯奎斯给全班学生定的座右铭是“好好表现，勤奋学习”，教室正面的墙上挂有“成功无捷径”标语。艾斯奎斯说，我希望孩子成为什么样的人，我就首先需要做什么样的人。我希望他们成为一个友善、勤奋的人，因此，我必须是他们见到过的最友善、最勤奋的人。艾斯奎斯把自己的热情传染给了孩子们，可以说艾斯奎斯是上帝送给孩子们的礼物。

艾斯奎斯的教育生涯也并非一帆风顺。艾斯奎斯一直精心构想着如何做一个好老师，但“三剑客”还是伤害了他的感情。由此可见，任何时候，教育都是一项艰苦的工作。的确需要经历一段时间，才能开发出自己的智慧，成为一流的教师。一个好老师需要相当的聪明才智，还必须得扮演好社会工作者和心理学家的角色。一个对学生充满期待的老师，才能教育好一个班级。任何教学的决策都必须谨慎小心，务必以学生的最大利益为考虑。学会使用更优雅、更成熟、更能达成目的的方式去解决问题，以超然的角度和孩子站在同一阵线，用心体会他们的问题。

这点，促使我重新审视自己，剖析自我。仔细回想一下，真的是当局者迷，我一直认为自己是一个有责任心的好老师。但有很多次，教育方式有所偏颇，其实我应该再多点耐心。尤其是班级里家庭环境复杂的孩子，让人难以琢磨，行为散漫过于懒惰，出现了学习问题，并使我陷入了艰难的境遇。令人沮丧的失败也随之而来，这是一种可怕的经历。好心做了傻事，这的确令人很尴尬、很难过，有些甚至是刻骨铭心的痛苦。

成功是没有捷径的，必须要努力才行。虽然曾经有过成功、有过失误，但我依然热爱自己的职业。《第56号教室的奇迹》是我自我发现之旅的开始，从艾斯奎斯身上值得学习的地方还有很多很多。如何找到平衡真正以孩子的观点来看待问题，汲取教训学会跟孩子沟通，让自己成为一个既有智慧又很成功的教师。

新的学年又是一个新的开始，现在，我有了一个自我激励的口号：成功无捷径!

具体工作方法如下。

1、以信任取代恐惧。

艾伦的话：“我去年问一个老师问题，结果她火冒三丈地对我说：‘我不是已经讲过了?你根本没在听!’可是我有听啊!就是听不懂嘛!雷夫老师会讲解500遍，一直到我听懂为止。”听了这段话，我有些惭愧。每个班都有后进生，我也曾经因为我反复讲解学生听不懂而大发雷霆。表面上看，好像是为学生着想，实际上却伤害了孩子的自尊心，让他们对我产生畏惧或者干脆破罐子破摔，那我们做的努力岂不是适得其反。我们为什么不能想雷夫老师那样，讲3遍不懂，可以讲5遍，5遍不懂，可以讲10遍，所以，“遇到学生不懂的时候，绝对不该感到沮丧。我们应该用积极的态度与耐心来面对问题，打造出立即、持久，而且凌驾于恐惧之上的信任。

2、做孩子们可靠的肩膀。

小时候我们都听过”狼来了“的故事，知道做人要诚实。可是，在现实生活中，我们不断对学生开着”空头支票“。这在一些公开课上最为常见，什么”课后讨论“”下课老师再和你交流“，这甚至一度被称为教学机智。可问题是我们真的实现我们是诺言了吗?也许，我们不会像雷夫老师那样疯狂，可至少我们必须对我们自己说过的话负责任，”身教重于言教“，让我们在自己的学生面前做一个言而有信的人吧。

3、 纪律必须合乎逻辑。

惩罚学生其实是一门很高深的学问，”老师可以严格，但不公平的老师会被学生看不起。“所以，惩罚学生最基本的原则就是公平。除了公平之外，我们也可以让惩罚变得有趣些、生动些、让学生易于接受些，真正起到教育的作用。
