Before I read this book, I had watched a cartoon movie made by Japan. So I have a strong interest on it.

It all begins in the dead of winter; The Christmas Season. The coldest one of all, were the war has made fuel for heating very scarce. While her husband is off at war, Marmee is left alone to raise their four daughters: Jo, Meg, Beth, and Amy.

On Christmas Eve, Marmee has just arrived home from passing out food to the less fortunate with a letter from her husband, the girls father. The all gather together around the fire to read the letter. Afterwards, the girls are teary eyed. Marmee kisses them and they are off to bed.

Jo is longing to become a writer. So, every night she stays up late writing the script for soap operas. As morning comes she is the last one awake. The table is set, and food prepared for their Christmas feast.

As dusk falls, the girls are all up in the attic acting out Jos play, which she reads from the local (fake) newspaper. As they are performing, their rich, next-door neighbors grandson watches from the window.

The 2 oldest girls: Jo and Meg, get ready to attend the Christmas Ball. While Jo is curling Megs hair, there is a strange smell to the air. Amy screams, Megs hair is being singed. They continue digging through the old clothes bin for a pair of white gloves.

《人间失格》全书都弥漫着一股颓丧、自暴自弃的气息，甚至是厌世的，读至一半，我开始疑惑它的悲观基调为何会在书榜中常年居于高位。

以第一人称描写的主人公，有孤僻性格。从童年开始，“我”的内心思考问题就十分消极而深刻，深刻是往消极中不断延伸，已至于“我”害怕和惶恐去跟别人交流什么，但是找到了另一种表达方式——搞笑。用极尽搞笑的方式去面对任何事情，伪装自己的悲观内心。一旦出现看穿他的人，又会陷入十分的惶恐。

主人公的性格并非社恐，生于富裕有威望的家庭，是家中比较小的儿子，父亲在家庭中是颇具威严和地位(在外当官)，对父亲有一定的害怕，但父亲对他并没有很严厉。抱着主人公的性格何为从小开始就如此悲观消极的疑问一直读完。之后的人生，也是一步步越走越坏，在高中时代就参加地下运动，结识狐朋狗友，吃喝嫖赌，然后以一次和有夫之妇的跳海殉情被救为界限，正式被家中断绝关系，从此更是自暴自弃，穷困、欺骗、睡女人、酗酒，到后来毒瘾成性，被关进精神病院最后被家中大哥接回乡下养病。

主人公认为他人生的错误在于父亲和比目鱼。父亲并没有露面处理，担保人是讨好父亲的门客比目鱼。他无处可去，学业已荒废，暂时住在比目鱼家中。为何要将大部分原因怪罪在比目鱼身上，是因为怪比目鱼没有很明确的传达主人公家中的意思：如果还想继续学业，那么家中会帮助他、赞助他学费回到学校。比目鱼出于心机的“好心”，告诉主人公自己考虑接下来要怎么办，他会给予帮助。自此传达的错误信号，让主人公不想给他添麻烦，或者供养他从而厌烦他，从此人生道路偏离。

这是书中“我”的观点，可以看出，“我”没有一点积极心态，把人生偏差过错轻易归咎他人，(假使“我”得知真相，但参考“我”的习性、性格，人生也不一定会回到正途)并且“理所应当”地越过越混，一直似乎都是在寻欢作乐又穷困潦倒的边缘亦梦亦醒，又异常孤独。

书的最后附着上了作者太宰治的生平轨迹，太宰治本身命运曲折，书中很多主人公的经历和都与他类似，最明显的是主人公和作者都多次尝试自杀，自杀的方式几乎相同，可以说本书也是他自身的一些自述。

对于作者的自杀原因，我们无从而知，从译者的推测中可以窥中一二，他是这样一个内心拥有至高无上的温柔的人，对待女人即使如此，因而无法拒绝情人的自杀提议。折射至《人间失格》中出场的女性也颇多，占据大幅，各自抚慰、陪伴过主人公一段时间。

这本书的价值，可能要研究过日本历史和文学发展史，才能更深刻体会。了解生平后发现太宰治是日本一个重要而多产的作家，主导着当时二战后“无赖派”文学。本书是我读过他的第一部作品。有机会去研读日本史后，在读作者一些其他作品应该会更好。

正文的三篇手记都是第一人称，这种共情使我体验了一个反面人物的一生：如何以滑稽逗笑来掩盖自己对人类的畏葸、在晦暗的环境中逐渐染上种种恶习和罪孽、并数次试图自杀来使自己解脱。每翻几页我都会为叶藏的决策而难过，因为大多数情况下，他都可以做出符合道德规范的或者理性的选择，譬如当刚开始独立生活后，他可以尝试改变自己过度消费的习惯，但他还是会在两三天内花掉生活费，直至当掉衣服只为换取酒钱。或者当他发现自己的恶友掘木只是把自己当作“活着的僵尸”时，他仍选择装出若无其事的样子与恶友交往并认为对方的想法是在所难免的。以讨好的态度对待他人，以质疑的态度对待自己，同时承受着来自外部和内部的痛苦。一面纵容着别人对自己的恶，一方面又认为自己无法承受别人对自己的善而不断逃避，最终发现生存也是喜剧，而自己的存在是一个巨大的悲剧。

叶藏是一个聪明的人，看出了世界在某种程度上的虚无，认识到所谓的世间，也就是个人罢了。一个人与其他人之间的关系和交互构成了他所看到的世界。但这个聪明的、被称为“神一样的好孩子”却陷入自我消沉的漩涡和循环中，被送到精神病院失去了作为人的资格。这与家庭教育有莫大的关系，不过，若将叶藏的命运用性善论完全归咎于教育乃至外在环境，似乎又太言过其实。

自我反省没有转化为叶藏振作的动力，反而促使他以自杀终止自己的沉沦。这样的结局究竟是冥冥之中，还是可以被主观改变？太宰治在序言和后记中没有给出答案，他自己也在完成《人间失格》的同年自杀。

也许会有人问这种全篇没有一个正面人物的小说的意义。在对创作启发上，太宰治的文笔就不在这里大加赞美了，我主要还是把它当成一种个人纪实来看，它让我对一个“反派”人物的人格形成过程有了更深刻的理解。在对个人的启发上，自我消沉的深渊就在我们身边虎视眈眈，要时刻提防着分裂出叶藏这样的人格。遇到快要掉进深渊的阿叶一样的孩子，不能拉上一把的话，至少也别做掘木那样的恶友吧。

“只是一切都将过去”，手记最后这样写道，诚然最后会一无所有，但仍然可以选择留下一个不错的过程呀。

在学习《英语课程改革》的时候我认识到，这是一次深刻的改革，新课改倡导全人教育，强调课程要促进每个学生身心健康的发展，培养学生良好的品质的终身学习的能力，新课改倡导建设性学习，注重科学探究的学习，关注体验性学习，提倡交流与合作、自主创新学习，课程改革的成败关键在于教师，教师是课程改革的实施者，作为教师的我必须做好充分的准备，学习新课程改革理论，更新教学观念，迎接新课改的挑战。下面简单地回顾一下开学以来所做的一些英语教学工作。

一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度。

2、为学生提供自主学习和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间。

3、鼓励学生通过体验、实践、合作、探索等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合能力。

4、创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己的一些问题，并自主解决问题。

二、关注学生情感，创造民主、和谐的教学气氛。

学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化有积极的情态，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩，刻板的情态，不仅会影响英语学习的效果，还会影响其它发展，情态是学好英语的重要因素，因此我努力创造宽松民主、和谐的教学空间，做到：

1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性。

2、把英语教学与情态有机地结合起来，创造各种合作学习的活动，促进学生互相学习，互相帮助，体验成就感，发展合作精神。

3、关注学习有困难的或性格内向的学习，尽可能地为他们创造语言的机会。

4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，经常和学生一起反思学习过程和学习效果，互相鼓励和帮助，做到教学相关。

三、加强对学生学习策略的指导，让他们在学习和适用的过程中逐步学会如何学习做到：

1、积极创造条件，让学生参与到阶段性学习目标，以及实现目标的方法。

2、引导学生结合语境，采用推测、查阅和协调的方法进行学习。

3、引导学生在学习过程中，进行自我评价，并根据需要调整自己的学习目标和学习策略。

四、对学生进行有效的评价。

评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学习过程，评价或采用测验及非测验形式，平时重视形成性评价，对学生回答学习过程中的表现所改进的诚绩，及反映的情感、态度、策略某方面进行及时的评价，如有口头评价、等级评价、学生之间互相评价等方法，充分发觉学生的进步，鼓励学生自我反思，自我提高，测验以学生综合运用能力为目标，侧重于学生理解和获取信息，能力减少客观题，增加主观题，通过评价学生学会分析自己的成绩和不足，明确努力方向。

新课程改革不是纸上谈兵，后必须要与实践相结合，即将努力学习，积极进取，积极参与课程改革，在课改中不断学习，不断实践，不断反思，愿与新课程共同成长。

1.进一步加强理论学习，更新教学理念，抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，本学期要学习有关有效教学资料以及改进评价内容和评价方法的资料，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.进一步落实与深化教学常规，聚焦常态课堂，打造高效课堂。按计划上好公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点来实现高效课堂。同时，带领大家力求做到有效备课、有效上课、有效作业、有效培优补差，鼓励成员充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3.加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组本学期至少活动五次以上，时间固定，围绕主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高全组成员的业务水平和教育教学能力。

4.初三备考是重中之重，加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《中考说明》、《导引》和中考试卷分析材料，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读、写作和应试能力的训练，力争顺利打响中考第一仗，争创中考英语成绩新辉煌。

5.加强科研文化建设，让研究成为习惯。研究能改变教师的生存状态，努力创设研究文化。本学期积极响应学校的科教研活动，开展一系列有关有效备课专题的活动：听说课的有效备课、阅读课的有效备课、复习课的有效备课。

6.继续建设本学科的资源库。建立学科的资源库，确实是一个利人利己的好举措。不断地添入新的资源，不断优化和建设资源库。

7.继续开展多样的学生活动，吸引学生的眼球,使学生更关注英语学习，营造有利于学生健康成长的学习环境。

总之，在校长室、教研室的带领下，我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

The Old Man and the Sea is one of Hemingways most enduring works and may very well become one of the true classics of this generation. It played a great part in his winning the Pulizer Prize in 1953 and the 1954 Novel Prize for Literature and confirmed his power and presence in the literary world. Hemingway is also one of my favorite writers. Besides The Old Man And the Sea, I have read some of his other works, such as The Sun Also Rises, A Farewell to Arms and The Snow of Kilimanijaro. But The Old Man and the Sea is the one that left the deepest impression on me.

I first read this book when I was in my fifteens. And now I remember it just as well as if I had read it yesterday.

On summer vacation of this year, I studied in novel " old man and sea " of Hemingway , famous writer of U.S.A. ,. I admire the old fishermans will in the novel very much, he lets me understand that a person must have unremitting spirit, could succeed . What the novel is described is an old fisherman almost the sixty years old, when go to sea and fish alone once, have angled to a big fish, but can not draw. 经过这段时间的坚持，我终于读完了《老人与海》这本书，这本书给我留下了很深刻的印象，使我无法忘记他。我读过一些书，他们让我学到了很多很多知识。也让我懂得了许多做人的道理其中这本《老人与海》让我体会很深这本书讲了这样一个故事。古巴老渔夫圣地亚歌连续八十四天没捕到鱼被别的渔夫看作失败者。可是他还是坚持不懈，终于这天钓到了一条大马林鱼，这一条大马林鱼将他的人和船在海上拖了三天才筋疲力尽。被他杀死了绑在小船的一边。在归程中遇到一条鲨鱼的袭击。他用尽一切的手段来反击。尽管鱼肉都被鲨鱼咬去了，但什么也无法摧残他的英勇意志。这本书向我们揭示了一个真理：人不是为失败而生的。一个人可以被毁灭，但不能被打败。

主要写了:一位老人独自在打海上打鱼，他钓到了一条大鱼，把鱼头和鱼的下半身绑在 小船边上，但后来遇上了鲨鱼。老人用上了浑身力气和鲨鱼搏斗，鲨鱼把能吃到鱼肉都吃了却还有8磅左右。

看了这本书后，我的内心久久不能平静。这位普通而又可敬的老人使我深深地懂得了：“做人不应该被任何困难所压服，应该尽自己最大的努力与生活中的磨难做不屈不挠的斗争。”

这位普通而又可敬的老人的被骨头精神实在令我佩服。每当我读到这位老人与鲨鱼进行激烈的搏斗时，我的心情不知是紧张还是为老人担心，可是这位勇敢的老人总是保持的乐观的精神去面对一些极大的困难，看到这里，我总是不由得想起了自己。每当我遇到一些困难时，总是觉得很不顺心，觉得很烦很烦，很想逃避现实，再看看人家这位这位普通而又可敬的老人，不管不遇到什么样的困难也绝不退缩。

做人就应该这样，不要一副贪生怕死的面孔，要对自己有信心，即使我们遇到重重困难。也不因该让他打到应该勇敢去面对。

我相信在我的努力下。我一定会变得像这位可敬的老人那样勇于拼搏。

以前，我做什么事只要有一点不顺心就会退缩，有时还会说上几句垂头丧气的话。《老人与海》中的主人公在大海上独自一人与鲨鱼搏斗。鱼叉都被鲨鱼带走了，他把小刀绑在船桨上乱刮，刀子折断了他用短棍，短棍也丢掉了。这本书揭示出真理不就说明了人无论怎样最怕的就是没有信心，心心就好比是汽车的吗大诗人前进的动力。如果你做一件事有了信心就等于成功了一半。这本书中的主人公充满信心，锲而不舍的精神不正是我们所缺少的吗?

自从读了这本书之后，我明白了自己的不足和缺点。工作上生活中不再因为一两次不顺心而失去勇气和信心，而是坚持不懈，越做越好，不服输。

说到底人的真正胜乐人，人在物质上无论取得多么大的成就都不能赢过我们崇高的敬意。我们更能变的坚强和自信。

读过《傲慢与偏见》的人一定会为她细腻，敏锐的情感所折服。在写《傲慢与偏见》时，她只是一个十几岁的女孩，难道这不是一种天赋么?她的确很少接触外界，但思想存在，想象存在，这一切的存在就足够。
