To Live

When I read the book To Live, I know I have own a lot of happiness in this period. To Live allowed me to see the people’s suffering and hardship in old China. But the most important is the spirit that age gives to them.

To Live described Fugui’s life who lives in The Cultural Revolution and Great Leap Forward. Fugui borns in a host family, when he was young, he often went outside gambling. Backlog of the pain and frustration, he and his wife as if had lost a lot and they nearly lost confidence of living. Fortunately, they have a sensible daughter, although she couldn’t talk, but she helped her parents go through the pains. Later Fengxia married to Erxi who is an honest man, but fate still made fun of this hard-working and simple girl, she died from giving birth. And then later, in the heavy blows, Fugui’s wife left him forever.

Life had lost all his family, leaving him, last remaining alive. I don’t know how I can experience his life in that age, his disease that he had to face, but I know Fugui had learnt to respect for life, be properly alive.

纵观我自己的阅读史，从数据量来看，主要读当代、现代作家所写的书，最近更是倾向于读处于自己这个时代人写的书，对胃口、紧贴当下社会，文字风格也是很习惯的，阅读障碍难度上小很多很多。然而，当尝试阅读完《红楼梦》，一路读来是不顺畅是磕磕碰碰，有时惊讶有时茫然有时不解，更多羞愧于自己的文学功底。现在想来，阅读需要这样去挑战自己的非舒适区，那样收获会更多元化，会更丰富。

《红楼梦》前八十回，甚是喜欢，后四十回，结局的处理，以及很多人物的结局，总感觉没处理好，有表面却没灵气般，索然无味。

首先读《三国演义》。书中描写了一些气势磅礴的战争场景，栩栩如生的人物形象，真是令我回味无穷，爱不释手。最是刻入脑海的人物当属关羽关云长了，他是一位纯爷们，成了我的偶像。

我崇拜他威武强壮的形象。关羽，身长九尺，鬓长二尺，面如重枣，唇若涂脂，丹凤眼，卧蚕眉。手持青龙偃月刀，足跨赤兔千里马。好一个相貌堂堂，威风凛凛的“美髯公”！

现在社会，年轻一代人的审美观有些特别，总推崇面若桃花，眼似葡萄，身如拂柳的“仙气”形象，男生也要施粉绣眉，看起来很娘，缺少男子汉应有的阳刚之气。了解了关羽后，我端正了我的审美观，觉得男生就应该有纯爷们的范。身为男生，就应该锻炼好强壮的身体，能吃苦耐劳，不撒娇取宠，有担当。

我崇拜他武艺高强。温酒斩华雄，斩颜良，诛文丑，过五关，斩六将，大敌当前无所畏惧。啧啧，不愧号称“武圣”啊！

正所谓“没有精钢钻，不揽瓷器活”，关羽之所以如此从容有信心战胜强敌，都是因为他平日里苦心练习武艺，善于学习兵法。我们小学生现在正处在学习阶段，吃够学习的苦才能获得智慧和技能，将来才有机会崭露头角，兼济天下。

我最崇拜的是他多么地忠义。当他被曹操所俘获，勉强答应留下，心里想的却是大哥，当有了大哥的消息，曹操怎么也留不住他。他过五关，斩六将，追随刘备而去。

生而为人，忠字当头。我们要有忠于国家，忠于家庭的信念。想到这，我不免想起国士钟南山，二十年前非典肆虐他六十多岁一马当先，救人民于死神之手；如今新冠猖獗他八十多岁，毅然逆行以身筑起抵挡在死神与人民之间的高墙。还有疫情中、洪水中奋不顾身为了别人拼命的人，他们都是忠义当先的可敬可爱之人。

i like the book, read a book, i learned that many human reason, also increased my knowledge, and maybe i know the original adults will have many do wrong. the grown-ups do every thing, all is not correct, and so we see things should go to watch it, just like the teacher to our request, and we hope that the child in the growth process, always keep a pure heart, to treat every thing, to find something we really must find in study, therefore, we should also with the same attitude to study hard, pursuing ideal goal.

《三国演义》带给我们的不仅仅是历史，更是精神的享受。

具体工作方法如下。

1、以信任取代恐惧。

艾伦的话：“我去年问一个老师问题，结果她火冒三丈地对我说：‘我不是已经讲过了?你根本没在听!’可是我有听啊!就是听不懂嘛!雷夫老师会讲解500遍，一直到我听懂为止。”听了这段话，我有些惭愧。每个班都有后进生，我也曾经因为我反复讲解学生听不懂而大发雷霆。表面上看，好像是为学生着想，实际上却伤害了孩子的自尊心，让他们对我产生畏惧或者干脆破罐子破摔，那我们做的努力岂不是适得其反。我们为什么不能想雷夫老师那样，讲3遍不懂，可以讲5遍，5遍不懂，可以讲10遍，所以，“遇到学生不懂的时候，绝对不该感到沮丧。我们应该用积极的态度与耐心来面对问题，打造出立即、持久，而且凌驾于恐惧之上的信任。

2、做孩子们可靠的肩膀。

小时候我们都听过”狼来了“的故事，知道做人要诚实。可是，在现实生活中，我们不断对学生开着”空头支票“。这在一些公开课上最为常见，什么”课后讨论“”下课老师再和你交流“，这甚至一度被称为教学机智。可问题是我们真的实现我们是诺言了吗?也许，我们不会像雷夫老师那样疯狂，可至少我们必须对我们自己说过的话负责任，”身教重于言教“，让我们在自己的学生面前做一个言而有信的人吧。

3、 纪律必须合乎逻辑。
