The tomb sweeping day is one of the traditional festivals in China. On April 5th, people start to visit their ancestors’ tombs. Generally speaking, people will bring the home-made food, some fake money and paper-made mansion to their ancestors. When they start to honour their ancestor, they will light up some candles and incense, put some flowers around the tombs.

The most important thing is to put the home-made food in front of the tombs. The food, also known as sacrifices, is usually made up with a chicken, a fish and some pork. People believe that eating ay tsao rice balls can get rid of the bad luck and everything will go smoothly. Other activities such as spring outing, tree planting are the other ways to commemorate the forbears. For one thing, it is a sign that people should look into the future and embrace the hope; for another thing, we do hope our ancestor rest in peace.

二、日记的格式

英文日记通常由书端和正文两个部分组成。日记常以第一人称记下当天生活中的所见、所闻、所做或所想的事情。中、英文的日记三格式大致一样。英语日记的书端是专门写日记的日期、星期和天气的。左上角是日期(年、月、日)、星期。右上角写上当天的天气情况，如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Windy，Snowy，Cloudy等。

1、日期表达有多种形式。年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开。例如：

A)September 1，2004或September 1st，2004也可省略写成Sept. 1，2004或Sept. 1st，2004;the 1st of September in 2004(月份不可以缩写)

B)只有月、日：September 1或September 1st(月份可以缩写)

三、日记的要求

日记的正文是日记的主要部分，写在星期和日期的正下方，可以顶格写，也可以内缩3至5个字母的空间。由于记载的内容通常已经发生，谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况，用其它时态。如：记叙天气、描写景色，为了描写生动，可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。再如文后发表感想或评论可用现在时态或将来时态。记日记力求简单明了，有连贯性。若有文字提示，则应重视提示，把握要点。在句式上尽量使用简单句，以防繁杂，造成语法、句型错误。

四、日记的类型和训练

而效率的高低评价，要在结果成功的基础上。如果是一部烧脑电影，看完后你也许根本不知所云。如果是重要的事情要用手机联系，或许会因为打错字、消息发错人显得你不靠谱从而错过某些机会。而零食的味道你又是否真的体会到了？几件事情同时做，每件事情都只花了几分之一的心思，每件事得到的也只有几分之一。谈何效率？

写日记能让你在一个时间段内沉下心来。只要你有欲望，你就想得到，想得到结果，你就得经历过程，要经历过程，你就要对欲做之事有一个清晰的认识。

你要是暂且还不“知”，写日记来记录你的“行”，别人的“行”，慢慢地参考对照，你就自然会“知”。

在你已经“知”了一些道理的基础上，写日记可以帮助你对一个事物做出检视，考虑每个环节，哪里有问题，哪里需要改 进，促进你对“行”做出修正，直至你得到结果。结果的好坏，你也可以在日记中进行衡量。也许在经历之后，你会对“好”与“坏”重新审视一遍，说不定还会发现“灰”。

知行合一从古至今都很困难。日记随笔是个有利的载体，你写的字促进你“行”，你的“行”能矫正你的“知”，把你的“知”逐渐写下来，让“知”与“行”在一条道上重合，然后就能唤出阿拉丁神灯，达成所愿之事。

经过这次与实习单位领导的座谈会，我更加肯定作为一个人民教师应该具备的技能与理念：

首先，做好一个教师，人格以及德育工作是摆在第一位的;

其次，良好的师生关系，加强沟通管理能力是一个成功老师必要的技能;

再次，掌握先进的教学设备，教学理念也是非常重要的;

第四，教学过程中，更加应该强调学生的主动性，从老师教到学生主动学习转化;

第五，多听课，多交流，多思考，多询问，多学习;

最后，安例的积累，比如突法事件的处理等等方面的知识。

这个星期教学内容还是广播体操为主，经过两三个星期的教学，学生们基本可以将整套广播体操做下来，但是不太熟悉，动作做不到位，所以接下来的工作就是复习，慢慢的跟上音乐的节奏进行练习，以达到应有的水平。
