电脑对人体的五大危害：

一是对身体健康的直接影响：电脑显示器伴有辐射与电磁波，长期使用会伤害人们的眼睛，诱发一些眼病，如青光眼等;长期击键会对手指和上肢不利;操作电脑时，体形和全身难得有变化，高速、单一、重复的操作，持久的强迫体位，容易导致肌肉骨骼系统的疾患。计算机操作时所累及的主要部位有腰、颈、肩、肘、腕部等。

二是电脑微波对身体的危害：电脑的低能量的X射线和低频电磁辐射，容易引起人们中枢神经失调。英国一项办公室电磁波研究证实，电脑屏幕发出的低频辐射与磁场，会导致719种病症，包括眼睛痒、颈背痛、短暂失去记忆、暴躁及抑郁等。对女性还易造成生殖机能及胚胎发育异常，出现痛经、经期延长等症状，少数妇女还发生早产或流产，孕妇每周使用20小时以上电脑，其流产发生率增加80%以上，同时，还能导致胎儿畸形。

四是导致网络综合征：长时间无节制地花费大量时间和精力在互联网上持续聊天、浏览，会导致各种行为异常、心理障碍、人格障碍、交感神经功能部分失调，严重者发展成为网络综合征，该病症的典型表现为：情绪低落、兴趣丧失、睡眠障碍、生物钟紊乱、食欲下降和体重减轻、精力不足、精神运动性迟缓和激动、自我评价降低、思维迟缓、不愿意参加社会活动、很少关心他人、饮酒和滥用药物等。

五是电脑散发的气体危害呼吸系统：电脑、激光打印机等设备会释放有害人体健康的臭氧，不仅有毒，而且可造成某些人呼吸困难，对于那些哮喘病和过敏症患者来说，情况就更为严重了。

另外，较长时间呆在臭氧气体浓度较高的地方，还会导致肺部发生病变。

小光是沉迷于电脑游戏，晚上都会玩到三更半夜，功课也懒得做。很晚才睡觉，导致睡眠不足。小光的这种坏习惯，父母却没有发觉。

在学校，小光就会趴在桌子上打瞌睡。“当!”老师拍了桌子，小光才睁开眼睛。老师用凶巴巴的眼神瞪着小光，喝到“作业呢?”小光慌了手脚，说：“在，在……在家呢!”老师半信半疑的走开了。

在家里，小光也会早餐不吃，上校车。母亲察觉到有些不对劲，却自言自语地说：“这孩子，饭不吃，牛奶不喝的上学，不仅变瘦了，还熊猫眼越来越明显!真不像话!到底晚上在干什么啊!毕竟期中考也快到了，这孩子或许在复习吧……”自我安慰后，小光的母亲笑着继续干活了。

母亲越来越不忍心看见小光越来越消瘦不成人形的样子，便打算打电话给老师请老师减轻孩子的作业量。“喂?张老师吗?我是小光的妈妈。”小光的妈妈客气的说到。老师吃了一惊，说：“小光的妈妈啊，你好你好，我正打算打电话给您呢!”小光的妈妈问了老师是不是小光犯了什么错，老师才找她的，老实说：“不不不，小光最近情况不佳，作业总是不做，塞在书包里，却骗我们说作业落在家了。不止这样，小光经常在上课时打瞌睡，请问这是怎么一回事呢?”老师的话把小光的妈妈吓了一大跳。讨论了一会，母亲觉得小光肯定在玩电脑，导致他心不在焉的。便打算审问小光。

回到家，小光被叫到父母的面前。小光的爸爸问小光是不是有这么一回事，小光只好乖乖认错。父母生气的批评小光。小关知道自己做错了，低着头，红着脸低头认错。父母说：“小光，别怪爸爸妈妈没有提醒你，如果你再这样贪玩，我们就会把你的电脑搬走!”

经过这次教训，小光开始努力读书，不再像以前那样沉迷于电子游戏。小光的成绩越来越好，每天也都保持着良好的饮食习惯，早睡早起。也给自己制定了适当的时间玩电子游戏。

网络在我看来，弊端大于利。对于我们学生来说，更是这样。

一些学生如今利用查题的借口，用来上网玩一些比较伤身、容易上瘾的游戏，甚至把一些精力放在在游戏里打高分、聊天等一些毫无意义的事上。

我有一位朋友——梦超，他原本学习虽然不是一流的，但也非常棒。但是自从他那一次接触了网络型游戏后，就好像变了一个人，变得满嘴脏话。上课时，经常打哈欠，也不听老师讲课，甚至连作业也不做。成绩下滑的非常厉害。放假时，几乎每分钟都和电脑在一起。

刘旭——一位值得我学习的人，她的学习每次都名列前茅，当我问起她时，她说：我不懂的问题，恰好身边又没有人时，电脑成了我的最好的导师。

网络有利也有弊，要合理利用网络。

网络时代已经到来，网络越来越普及，人们的消遣方式也越来越多样。其中网络游戏深受网友喜爱，且男女老少通吃。

可是，近几年很多人对玩游戏呈现出一种病态的心理依赖！玩游戏的时候神采奕奕情绪高昂，没有游戏玩的时候无精打采烦闷不安。并且为了玩游戏可以放弃很多东西如工作、学习、活动甚至亲情等。

前几日，我妈妈跟我说她一个同事的儿子，今年五年级，每天都在打游戏！原本乖巧听话的孩子现在脾气越来越暴躁。每天放学回家第一件事就是打游戏，后来连学校都不愿意去了！他爸妈说他几句，他就偷了钱离家出走。最后竟以死相逼，让他爸妈不要管他！本该纯真无邪、无忧无虑享受童年的美好，却因沉迷游戏走上歧途！若继续沉迷于游戏，不去上学他的一生算是完了！

在我高中学校前几年发生了一件非常令人叹息的事情。一个中考以700多分考入本县第一中学的男生，终日泡在网吧玩游戏，不去学校。老师发现后告诉了他的妈妈。她妈妈去到网吧把他硬带回了家，回家后母子二人吵了起来。其后儿子用电线将其母亲活活勒死，然后跑出了家门。最终，警察在网吧将正在玩游戏的嫌疑人逮捕。多么痛心的一件事！母亲十月怀胎受尽苦难将孩子生下并养他长大！孩子不仅没有报答，还将其置于死地！而那个男生的一生也将毁于一旦！此生再也没有妈妈，他将在悔过中过完一生！

现在有很多的大学生也是如此，人家都去上课了，他在宿舍玩游戏。人家周末都出去兼职给家里减少负担，他却躺在宿舍往游戏里充钱。人家证都考了一大堆，他游戏下载了一大堆！人家四年后读研的读研，上班的上班；而他却连毕业证都没有拿到！人家回首四年收获颇丰，而他却只有满满的遗憾！

前不久看到过一个报道，西安一位24岁女子一家电器公司上班，但她却利用职务便利，挪用单位公款达108万之多。而挪来的钱竟全用来购买Q币玩游戏。还曾企图删除销售信息来掩饰自己犯罪，后被公司告上了法庭。其母亲为了帮她还钱，已卖掉了老家唯一的住宅。很多网友评论：“垃圾游戏，毁我青春”。沉迷于游戏毁的又岂止是她青春，毁的是她一生！她不仅要坐牢而且以后愿意要她的公司还有吗？她父母也不能养她一辈子啊！

玩游戏的确是打发时间的不错选择，但是我们不能被游戏支配。沉迷游戏的后果便是自毁一生。一旦沉迷，它便会一点点渗透你的人生，在潜移默化中你的人生轨迹就发生了变化！
