As a product of modern computer and the Internet, online games have become very popular among college students. Many students have enjoyed great pleasure and satisfaction from these games. But as we see, some students lacking self-discipline are too much indulged in these games so that their health and academic performances are affected. 一是对身体健康的直接影响：电脑显示器伴有辐射与电磁波，长期使用会伤害人们的眼睛，诱发一些眼病，如青光眼等；长期击键会对手指和上肢不利；操作电脑时，体形和全身难得有变化，高速、单一、重复的操作，持久的强迫体位，容易导致肌肉骨骼系统的疾患。计算机操作时所累及的主要部位有腰、颈、肩、肘、腕部等。

就拿我班上那个已经是被网络游戏弄的走火入魔的赵峰来讲，他可是一个货真价实的网络迷。有一次，我们上午上到第二节课的时候他才来，不用想肯定是玩电脑来，后来上课的时候，我们听到一阵阵打呼的声音。一看，原来是赵峰睡着了，嘴巴里还念到“游戏真好玩”。弄得我们哈哈大笑。看到他那么痴迷，好奇心让我也玩起了网络游戏。可以说我也是一个比较喜欢玩网络游戏的人，但我不会被游戏而弄得走火入魔，因为我会自我控制，。一般都只玩一个小时就不完了，除非是在玩对打的时候，我输了很多次，我非要打败他我才不玩了，可是玩完了以后，坐在那想，又觉得网络游戏没什么意思，还浪费我学习的时间。但如果几天没玩的话，心里又痒痒，又想去玩。记得有一次因为我过于去玩网络游戏而耽误了学习，妈妈大发雷霆，说以后再也不准我碰电脑了。我只好不玩了，可电脑就像会勾魂一样，又把我勾到那里，可我又想到妈妈的话又走了回来。可是有一次，老师让我们在电脑上查资料。我刚打开电脑，妈妈看见了，以为我要玩游戏，就像仇人狭路相逢——分外眼红，立刻把电脑关掉。我当时真是火冒三丈，就嚷起来：“不是玩游戏，是在查资料啊!”，妈妈就反驳说：“查资料不可以在书上查吗?肯定想偷着玩游戏吧!”。我无话可说，我已失去了妈妈对我的信任，没有充分利用网络帮助我的学习。

跳山羊的危害也很大，它会让我们的身体受到伤害，如：后脑勺。脖子等部位，要是你这里摔了，那里摔了，通的人可不是别人，而是你自己，我们班就发生过这种事情。九月二十六日，下午第三节课，讲台前面站了好多人，是怎么回事？原来都是跳山羊惹的祸，站在前面的同学一下课就去玩跳山羊，被老师发现了，全被狠狠地批评并保证以后在不玩跳山羊了。

有一次，我玩武林三国敌人来进攻我，此时此刻我正在学校补课，因为电脑的策略不好使本来能赢的我失败了。这件事使我对补课的讨厌增加了。直到快要期中考试的时候，我因为过度沉迷于电脑有几道题不会，而那题正好是最后一个单元的题。离期末考试还有两天的时候，我清楚的知道今天一天是复习不到那里的，另外明天大扫除贴考号，不讲新课。当我认为最后一节课上完时，猛的想起补课。正是因为补课使我考了一个好成绩。从此我不再沉迷于网络游戏，而是用电脑学习，也不再讨厌补课，而是喜欢补课，甚至沉迷于补课。

老师给我们补课是因为希望我们的学习更上一层楼。
