那一天晚上，我从学校上完晚自习回到家。走进家门，爸爸正坐在沙发上面无表情地看电视，妈妈在做家务。爸爸平时很忙，没空回家。今天，我还是头也不抬地叫了一声“爸爸”，便拿起手机准备玩游戏。谁知，就在这时，爸爸关掉电视机，一把抢过我的手机狠狠地摔在地上。我惊呆了，不等我反应过来，爸爸己经指着我鼻子大骂道：“好啊！原本我看你成绩好，玩玩手机也无所谓了。没想到你竟然沉迷至此，成绩一落千丈！你以后再也不要想着碰手机！”这时，妈妈也走过来数落了我一顿，就和爸爸一起回房了，留下呆若木鸡的我。那天，我哭了整整一夜。

What’s more, they can turn out to be sleep saboteurs who disorder the body’s internal clock, mess people’s minds and seduce them to stay up late at night.

Computer games peril people psychologically as well as physically. They don’t encourage people to communicate with others. In this case, people can become alienated from friends, which is essentially harmful, especially to young people. Another aftermaths of the indulgence in the computer games is that some kids who have weak judgment and self-control may imitate the violence in the games and even flirt with crimes.

In conclusion, computer games are not an angel or a demon by themselves. It’s up to game player to mold them. The principle of moderation applies to everything in the world, including playing the games. 电子游戏，我相信大家对这个词都不陌生，更相信不少人喜爱玩游戏。其实，我也是个游戏迷，平时经常一有空就玩游戏，很少干其他事情。

记得，我是从小学一二年级开始玩游戏的。当时，家里刚买了电脑。我天生好奇心就比较强，电脑才刚一买回来，我就迫不及待地打开电脑“钻研”起来。可没钻研多久，我就开始觉得无聊。于是我就上网随便看。可看着看着，我便发现一个游戏。当时我只是出于好奇才打开来玩，可玩着玩着，我就入迷了。

以后，我就经常玩那个游戏。但是，很快我就觉得没意思了。我便开始探索其他的游戏。渐渐地，我就对游戏上瘾了。妈妈经常苦口婆心地劝我不要玩游戏了，说要是玩游戏我眼睛就会近视的。可我偏不听，照样我行我素。

果然，没过多久，我的眼睛就近视了。近视那年，我才二年级。当时，我因此而大哭一场。爸爸妈妈劝我说：“没事，孩子，不哭。不要玩游戏了，要记住一句话‘亡羊补牢，为时不晚’。如果再玩游戏你的眼睛就会到五六百度的。”我哭着点了点头，尽管我当时还不懂这句话是什么意思。
