网络这个虚拟的梦幻般的世界吸引了无数的青少年甚至不少的成年人沉迷其中，其实，中小学生上网并不是只能给我们带来坏处，只要合理利用，也能给我们的生活带来不少好处。不说别人，就说说我自己。我每天做完作业，在妈妈的监督下，上上网查查资料。还在妈妈的帮助下，建起了自己的博客，将平时写的一些文章发表上去，请大家发表评论，共同提高写作水平;把自己的心情写下来，与大家一起分享我的喜怒哀乐。有时也在QQ上和好友聊聊天，听听音乐，偶尔也玩玩网络小游戏，开发智力，丰富课余生活。只要是在大人的监督下，合理的安排上网时间，上网还是有好处的。

合理利用网络资源和沉迷网络游戏有着根本区别。沉迷网络游戏的同学常常是每天作业还没有完成，就在没有大人的监督下长时间玩网络游戏，甚至逃课去网吧上网，结果不但成绩一落千丈，而且视力严重下降。身心健康都受到极大的损害。其实除了玩网络游戏，我们还有许多课外活动来丰富课余生活，如：登山、游泳、滑冰等。这样不仅可以丰富课余生活，还可以锻炼身体。

导致青少年沉迷网络的主要原因是什么?是一个不幸福的家庭。所以我不仅要对所有中小学生说：请不要沉迷网络游戏!还要对所有家长说：给您的孩子一个幸福的家庭，让他们开心地生活在充满温馨的家中。让他们远离不健康的网络，别在人生的道路上留下“青涩记忆”。

生活中充斥着形式各异的诱惑，一不小心就会中招。坚定意志，保持本心，方为上策。

“低头族”、“手机族”是生活中十分常见的网络用词。随处可见路上一些行人一边玩手机一边慢慢地走过；也有些宝妈们一边抱着小孩一边玩手机；还有些出租车司机竟然一边开车一边玩手机，全然不顾自己和乘客的安危。据调查，每年因玩手机导致出车祸、受伤或死亡的事件实在是太多太多了。最可怕的是手机正在一步步地蚕食着不求上进的青少年，使他们心灵日渐荒芜，使他们向上的蓬勃朝气逐渐被磨灭。

“当鸦片未盛行之时，吸食者不过害及其身，故仗徒已足蔽辜；流毒于天下，迨则为害甚巨，法当从严，若犹泄泄视之，是使数十年后，中原几无可以御敌之兵，且无可以充饷之银。”这是林则徐关于鸦片的深刻理解。在我看来，“电子鸦片”也等同于鸦片，还可能甚于鸦片，以后也许会如林则徐所说，若不加以管制，危及的不仅仅是个人，还可能是整个民族。之前有这样一则新闻报道，14岁男孩为打赏主播，将父母挣来的血汗钱全部花光。父母向有关部门反映，结果无功而返。为此，我还上网查找了一下这个事件，结果发现于此相类似的事件还真不少。

我承认，自己也被“电子鸦片”迷惑过，但有决心改正。因为我实在不想加入那些小小年纪就成为镜片像啤酒瓶底一样厚的眼镜族。

再者，网络上还会有许多不利于青少年成长的黄色、暴力……诸如此类影响身心健康的内容，有很大一部分青少年是因为这些网络毒瘤走上歧途的，所以我们要拒绝“网络鸦片”。

Cyber games are becoming popular. Properly engaged they bring you fun and help you relax. Advantages are evident. For one thing, you don’t see your partner so that you are completely at ease, thus being able to show your best.
