We live in a world full of competition. And the examination is one of the tools to exam whether we meet the standard or not. Sometimes, luck plays a vital role in the examinations. The student may guess an answer right although he doesn’t work hard on the course. If the student has a good handwriting, he may get higher marks than others. There are many subjective factors that may affect the outcome of the exams.

In a word, it’s not enough to use exams to evaluate the students. If the schools want to assess the students, they shouldd use different ways. Only in this way, the result may be fair.

考试能检测到的只是我们所记得的，而不是我们真正了解的知识。一个拥有好记性的学生会发现在考试之前拿高分是件很容易的事情。他所要做的就是把课本上的内容记住。在这种情况下，仅仅通过考试去评估一个学生是不公平的。更何况，一些意想不到的事情可能会发生，例如考生可能会发高烧或者是突然的头痛。这样会影响到考试的结果。毕竟没有人会一直保持稳定状态。

有时候，运气也在考试中扮演重要角色。没认真学习的学生也有可能猜对答案。如果考生写得一手好字，那他的分数也有可能会比其他的同学高。很多主观的因素也会影响最终的分数。

一句话：只用考试来检测学生远远不够。如果学校要评估学生，那就应该用不同的方式。只有这样，结果才公正。

最近，班里又渐渐的有了玩网络游戏的事件，这可怎么办呢？我们该怎么应对呢？

网络游戏，就是在电脑上和很多人一起打得游戏，但是这种游戏却对人造成了很大的伤害，所以还是少玩点为妙。

网络游戏对人的伤害具体有以下三大类：

一,身体伤害：玩电脑多了，很容易近视，此外，如果还沉迷下去，无法自拔的话，就会有严重的伤害，比如说：1、细胞癌化促进作用 2、荷尔蒙不正常3、钙离子激烈流失4、痴呆症的引发 5、异常妊娠异常生产 6、高血压心脏病 7、电磁波过敏症 8、自杀者的增加等身体上的伤害。

二，物质伤害：如果玩网络游戏，要想在游戏里出人头地，可是要下不少“血本”的，在游戏里要想主人公有一把超级武器，一两百块钱人民币是少不了的，还有的游戏更过分，就像“魔兽世界”，居然要每玩一个小时收一块钱！我想，各位那少得可怜的零花钱够花吗？

三，心理伤害：喜欢玩游戏的人，都会出现一个毛病，老是在其他场合上想起游戏，而对自己现在在做的事心不在焉，因此不认真听课，学习成绩就会下降，这个后果是很严重的。

玩网络游戏的伤害多着吧！所以，就此引以为戒，少玩点网络游戏吧。

网络是一种很好的信息交流工具，人类有了它，就能随时随地地获得信息.因此，就有越来越多的网络游戏出现。有部分电脑游戏是以暴力或是其他不良信息作为主题的，当学生玩这种游戏时，就会被灌输这样的想法。

现在网上有许多骗人的东西，已有不少人上当受骗了，我觉得，我们应该有一颗警惕心，防止一些坏人的犯罪行为。

我认为，上网最主要的目的应该是查找资料，而不是一味的玩游戏，沉迷游戏，这是不好的。万一沉迷于玩游戏，就会影响许多方面的问题。例如学业、与别人沟通等等。所以我们应该坚决反对沉迷游戏。

有一次，我在电视上看到一个男孩，因为沉迷网络游戏，天天都不回家，在网吧通宵上网。家长与学校也已经多次劝阻，可还是屡教不改，最终因过于沉迷游戏，导致精神失常，伤害了别人。

沉迷网络游戏是一种不好的行为。作为学生的我们，应该把精力放在学习上，而不是沉迷与上网玩游戏。我相信，只要我们努力，就一定能将这种不良风气消灭的!

电脑对人体的五大危害：

一是对身体健康的直接影响：电脑显示器伴有辐射与电磁波，长期使用会伤害人们的眼睛，诱发一些眼病，如青光眼等;长期击键会对手指和上肢不利;操作电脑时，体形和全身难得有变化，高速、单一、重复的操作，持久的强迫体位，容易导致肌肉骨骼系统的疾患。计算机操作时所累及的主要部位有腰、颈、肩、肘、腕部等。

二是电脑微波对身体的危害：电脑的低能量的X射线和低频电磁辐射，容易引起人们中枢神经失调。英国一项办公室电磁波研究证实，电脑屏幕发出的低频辐射与磁场，会导致719种病症，包括眼睛痒、颈背痛、短暂失去记忆、暴躁及抑郁等。对女性还易造成生殖机能及胚胎发育异常，出现痛经、经期延长等症状，少数妇女还发生早产或流产，孕妇每周使用20小时以上电脑，其流产发生率增加80%以上，同时，还能导致胎儿畸形。

三是增加精神和心理压力：操作电脑过程中注意力高度集中，眼、手指快速频繁运动，使生理、心理过度重负，从而产生睡眠多梦、神经衰弱、头部酸胀、机体免疫力下降，甚至会诱发一些精神方面的疾病。这种人易丧失自信，内心时常紧张、烦躁、焦虑不安，最终导致身心疲惫。

四是导致网络综合征：长时间无节制地花费大量时间和精力在互联网上持续聊天、浏览，会导致各种行为异常、心理障碍、人格障碍、交感神经功能部分失调，严重者发展成为网络综合征，该病症的典型表现为：情绪低落、兴趣丧失、睡眠障碍、生物钟紊乱、食欲下降和体重减轻、精力不足、精神运动性迟缓和激动、自我评价降低、思维迟缓、不愿意参加社会活动、很少关心他人、饮酒和滥用药物等。

五是电脑散发的气体危害呼吸系统：电脑、激光打印机等设备会释放有害人体健康的臭氧，不仅有毒，而且可造成某些人呼吸困难，对于那些哮喘病和过敏症患者来说，情况就更为严重了。

另外，较长时间呆在臭氧气体浓度较高的地方，还会导致肺部发生病变。

说到网络游戏，无论男生还是女生应该都不会陌生。小时候，7k7k、4399等小游戏网站是那时我们的游戏天堂。到现在，女生戳屏的开心消消乐、别踩白块儿，男生爱玩的穿越火线、反恐精英等大型游戏……都能随口说上几个。甚至可以说，在我们的青葱岁月里，游戏如影子般存在，正如它见证了我们的青春。

但一说到游戏，首先反对的就是父母。“少玩会儿游戏，多学会儿习”、“玩游戏多耽误时间”……这样的话也都能信手拈来说上几句。

电视、报纸、广播上也报道过不少玩游戏而引发自杀、抢劫、猝死等案件。事件不断增多，年龄却一再出现低龄化现象。这不仅引发了社会关注，而且引起了我们对此的思考。

的确，对待游戏过于沉迷的坏处显而易见。首先就是影响学习和工作。网游一晚，组队打怪，玩游戏一玩就是几个小时，沉迷其中，就如同踩入沼泽难以逃脱。这自然会占用许多学习时间，并严重影响了学生的学习。另外，有些上班族白天没时间，于是选择下班后玩游戏，一玩就玩到很晚，不但减少了睡眠时间、影响了休息，第二天昏昏沉沉的去上班工作效率也会降低许多。其次，极易形成孤僻的性格。玩游戏的人必定与人沟通交流甚少，陷入游戏的花花世界里，长此以往，会形成内向甚至孤僻的性格，不愿与外界人接触，与社会脱节。再有，这些“网虫”经常在游戏角色中找到自豪感，而回避现实，不愿回到现实中来，甚至愤世。除此之外，玩游戏无法自拔的人还会用大量的钱买角色装备，浪费金钱。最后的结果就是虚度了光阴、浪费了人生最好的时光。

但是也有特例，一些宅男玩游戏玩出了名堂。《最强大脑》中游戏天才吴淞昊凭借盲玩俄罗斯方块游戏成功进入中国战队，与外国战队对决。由此可见，玩游戏并不是百害而无一利。

玩网络游戏显然可以让人放松心情，日常生活压力大，玩游戏来释放压力是一个不错的办法。在网络游戏上还可以开阔视野，见到与现实世界不同的景象，提高想象能力和反应能力。键盘操作会让双手变得灵活敏捷，既提高了打字水平，也提高了对电脑知识的应用。网络游戏中，很多都是需要双人甚至多人合作才能完成，所以增强了默契配合度，到工作岗位上工作效率会提高很多。通过游戏中的配合也可以结识更多的朋友，增强了社交能力。

网络能诱使对事物辨别能力差、不能自律的人走向无底深渊，但也可以造就人才。就如现在风靡全球的网络游戏“极品飞车”的发明者小时候就是一个游戏狂，放学就跑去玩游戏，家人都对他放弃了，可他忽然就想到自己也可以发明一款游戏，于是就成为了现在拥有几百亿身家的富豪。所以，是走入深渊还是成就人生就看我们怎样对待网络游戏。

适度游戏可以怡情、放松，不要沉迷。要把游戏当作娱乐，而不是任务，这才是游戏存在的真正意义。
