就是这样，我每天呆在电脑面前的时间越来越长，玩电脑就是我每天必不可少的一件事。这不，周末正好游戏有活动，凌晨12：00在线就可以领取超级武器。这对我来说是一种无法抗拒的诱惑，我又怎么会放过呢？夜深人静，惦记这事的我无意识地从睡梦中惊醒，却发现才10：40，再睡一会儿就可能睡过头了，不能睡，闲着也是闲着，为何不玩几把呢？好主意！

夜晚的瞌睡让我困得不行，但我又怕一不小心睡到天亮，而且还是在电脑面前，第二天一早我又怎么去解释呢。不行，于是我拿了几包咖啡喝了下去，这下想睡都睡不着啦。

时间又过了一个小时，距离12：00越来越近了，而我沉迷于游戏之中，完全忘却了危险，仿佛此时世界是和平的。忽然，一束强烈的光从窗外准确地照射到我的身上。大事不妙，我立刻手忙脚乱地关掉电脑，飞身一跃……

门开了，梦醒了。伴随着电脑的关机声，我，陷入了前所未有的危机之中：唾骂声，拍打声，哭声，声声入耳，不，是声声入骨。

第二天，我全身没一块没红的肉，学校里同学们也为我感到悲哀，有些同学还在说昨晚玩了个通宵，我就只有“呵呵……”了。这就是人与人之间的差别。

哎！眨眼就到了初二，我连电脑都没碰过了，也因此忘掉了它。没想到没了它，我的人生变得分外充实，不仅成绩上来了，就连零花钱也出乎意料地涨了上来，这可是我原来想都没想过的事情。没了网络游戏，我的人生从此变得有意义；没了网络游戏，我有了一个幸福的家庭；没了网络游戏，我仿佛看到了未来。

真正读懂了网络游戏，有一天你就会真正体会到何谓“一场游戏终究是一场梦”。

也许，过程虽苦，可结果却很甜美。

我相信我们班同学几乎都喜欢玩游戏，有的喜欢玩娱乐游戏，有的甚至玩一些血腥游戏。

但是游戏经常玩会有很大的危害，让一些青少年沉浸在其中，把学习堪称是一种负担，也让家长很头疼。

上星期我在电脑上看到有一个也是五年级的小学生，很喜欢网游。经常去网吧上网玩游戏，几天几夜逃课不回家，因为他已经沉浸在虚拟世界里无法自拔。有一天他回家，被父母骂，很不顺心，就到学校。但在学校他也被老师训斥了一顿。他十分想不开，在夜色中跳河自杀了。

网络是两面性的，用来查资料是很不错，就像一个老师在指导。但有些青少年认为网络游戏才是最好的，解闷的东西，就沉迷于其中。『中国青年报』说如今在中国有2.2亿青少年人群，平均一分钟就有一个涉嫌网络案件的事。所以现在尽量控制玩游戏时间，长大做一个有用的人。

我。一个败家子。在穿越火线和QQ飞车。开通年费会员之间至少花了1000以上了。钱从何而来。过年红包。(这个大家都知道的)以及每月20元的零花钱。(基本上不是冲Q币就是买东西吃)怎么样，我很败家吧…(我家其实没有钱。可我却…。)

暂且不谈我。谈谈那些所谓的RMB玩家。以钱为基础。在游戏里的钱币。装备等大大超过普通玩家。他们一个月投入的钱至少是3000元打底。3000元。普通家庭一个月的收入。3000元。贫困家庭一年的收入。这些人除了极少数部分是高薪职业者。其他的都跟我一样败家。靠家里赚的钱去投资游戏。结果得到的是虚拟的东西。而且有的装备是有期限的。譬如穿越火线的一把枪，15元7天的时间。整整差了两倍多。2元=不到一天。而且大家都知道。穿越火线这类游戏和其他的梦幻西游之类的相像。装备期限不是你上线玩的时间。而是每天过了就减一天的。 很多人都羡慕RMB玩家。却没想过、RMB玩家虽强。却也打不过游戏的普通高手。这个是指很会玩游戏的玩家。他用普通装备就能胜利。这样的玩家。大家也见了不少吧。所以我劝大家。尽量少在游戏或别在游戏上充钱。等你不玩这个游戏了。吃亏的是你。譬如你的角色之类的。很多人会说。那我卖掉啊。你去找谁买。别人会信你吗?你找得到买家吗?所以大家千万别抱着这种想法去游戏。我们应该抵制不良游戏 拒绝盗版游戏 注意自我保护 谨防受骗上当

适度游戏益脑 沉迷游戏伤身 合理安排时间 享受健康生活。这个大家都有在游戏里看到。可是却没有写 过度伤财伤心。少冲健康多益。呵呵呵。他们也要赚钱嘛。这里就希望大家好好的玩游戏。不要走火入魔哦。

Video games are harmful to both the inzidual and society in many ways. First， they endanger the young peoples health. Sitting in front of the computer for hours on end is bad for the players eyesight as well as his entire physique. Secondly， they distract the young people attention from their work and study. Absorbed in the games， the player often forgets to go to work or class. Sometimes even if they are at work or in class， they are still thinking of the games they played or are going to play after work or after class. As a result， they quickly fall behind others in their work and study. Thirdly， they lead young people to moral degradation. Some young people are especially interested in games that are filled with violence. If they play these games a long time， they may also settle disagreements through violence， which may give rise to higher crime rate.

Therefore， it is time we took effective measures to solve this problem. On the one hand， young people should be made fully aware of the danger of video games. On the other， illegal video game houses should be eliminated， and software producers should be encouraged to make more beneficial video games in the future.

网络游戏已不再是青少年的专利，不少中老年人也已加入到网络游戏的队伍中来。对此，专家提醒中老年人应该远离网络游戏。在乌鲁木齐一些网吧，有些中老年人目不转睛地注视着电脑显示屏，还不时地朝麦克风喊话，双手在键盘上忙个不停。

据了解，中老年人玩网络游戏有两种情况：第一种是为了发泄情绪，缓解生活压力。网龄已有半年的顾先生说，他以前讨厌电脑游戏，也反对儿子玩电脑游戏，但当同事们开始玩的时候，他终于经不住诱惑，也玩起网络游戏，并且一发不可收拾。他说：“中年人的生活压力很大，经常遇到一些不顺心的事，却没有发泄的地方。网络游戏虽然是虚拟世界，但是可以找到成就感，还可以与‘战友’聊天，不见面就能倾诉苦衷。”

另一种情况是出于兴趣和爱好，这部分人大多文化素质较高，或者有某种特殊经历。程先生是一位自由撰稿人，喜欢中国古典文学和古代文化。他说，很多古代的东西已经消失了，只能借助虚拟世界来满足愿望。今年63岁的李老先生当过兵，对枪很有感情，前段时间听孙子介绍，他也玩上了网络游戏，让自己又过了把枪瘾。

新疆老年病医院的心脑血管专家祝跃湖提醒中老年人，电脑屏幕的辐射会导致各种眼科疾病，长时间上网更易促发心脑血管疾病，还有关节酸痛、耳鸣头晕等症状，长时间憋尿，还会导致尿毒症。他建议，中老年人上网了解信息和娱乐是可以的，但要有节制，应尽量避免刺激惊险的内容，最好远离网络游戏。

说到网络游戏，无论男生还是女生应该都不会陌生。小时候，一些小游戏网站是那时我们的游戏天堂。到现在，女生戳屏的开心消消乐、别踩白块儿，男生爱玩的穿越火线、反恐精英等大型游戏……都能随口说上几个。甚至可以说，在我们的青葱岁月里，游戏如影子般存在，正如它见证了我们的青春。

但一说到游戏，首先反对的就是父母。“少玩会儿游戏，多学会儿习”、“玩游戏多耽误时间”……这样的话也都能信手拈来说上几句。

电视、报纸、广播上也报道过不少玩游戏而引发自杀、抢劫、猝死等案件。事件不断增多，年龄却一再出现低龄化现象。这不仅引发了社会关注，而且引起了我们对此的思考。

的确，对待游戏过于沉迷的坏处显而易见。首先就是影响学习和工作。网游一晚，组队打怪，玩游戏一玩就是几个小时，沉迷其中，就如同踩入沼泽难以逃脱。这自然会占用许多学习时间，并严重影响了学生的学习。另外，有些上班族白天没时间，于是选择下班后玩游戏，一玩就玩到很晚，不但减少了睡眠时间、影响了休息，第二天昏昏沉沉的去上班工作效率也会降低许多。其次，极易形成孤僻的性格。玩游戏的人必定与人沟通交流甚少，陷入游戏的花花世界里，长此以往，会形成内向甚至孤僻的性格，不愿与外界人接触，与社会脱节。再有，这些“网虫”经常在游戏角色中找到自豪感，而回避现实，不愿回到现实中来，甚至愤世。除此之外，玩游戏无法自拔的人还会用大量的钱买角色装备，浪费金钱。最后的结果就是虚度了光阴、浪费了人生最好的时光。

但是也有特例，一些宅男玩游戏玩出了名堂。《最强大脑》中游戏天才吴淞昊凭借盲玩俄罗斯方块游戏成功进入中国战队，与外国战队对决。由此可见，玩游戏并不是百害而无一利。

玩网络游戏显然可以让人放松心情，日常生活压力大，玩游戏来释放压力是一个不错的办法。在网络游戏上还可以开阔视野，见到与现实世界不同的景象，提高想象能力和反应能力。键盘操作会让双手变得灵活敏捷，既提高了打字水平，也提高了对电脑知识的应用。网络游戏中，很多都是需要双人甚至多人合作才能完成，所以增强了默契配合度，到工作岗位上工作效率会提高很多。通过游戏中的配合也可以结识更多的朋友，增强了社交能力。

网络能诱使对事物辨别能力差、不能自律的人走向无底深渊，但也可以造就人才。就如现在风靡全球的网络游戏“极品飞车”的发明者小时候就是一个游戏狂，放学就跑去玩游戏，家人都对他放弃了，可他忽然就想到自己也可以发明一款游戏，于是就成为了现在拥有几百亿身家的富豪。所以，是走入深渊还是成就人生就看我们怎样对待网络游戏。

适度游戏可以怡情、放松，不要沉迷。要把游戏当作娱乐，而不是任务，这才是游戏存在的真正意义。
