一、认真审题，确定时态人称，同时关注题材格式

时态：故事性文章一般用过去时，其中表达感受时可用现在时。

说明性或议论性文章一般用现在时，举例时可用过去时。

根据题目要求也会出现时态的交错使用，如过去和现在的对比等。

如果句中出现了时间状语，时态则要遵循时间状语。

如ago，last…——过去时

next，in…——将来时等

人称：注意在句子中人称的统一。

其中we和our就是人称的统一。

首先,我们应该每天花一两个小时在经常锻炼;尽量步行而不是骑。第二,我们应该吃一些健康的食物比如蔬菜、水果等等。他们可以帮助我们保持健康的身体。当我们陷入困境,试图放松我们的心情,听轻柔的音乐。它还能使我们保持身体健康。最后有一个好的睡眠也能保证我们一个健康的身体。我们应该每天睡7到8小时,保持充足的睡眠。如果我们可以遵循这些建议,我相信我们可以有一个健康的身体,更好的生活。

不知不觉中我已从一个爱哭的小女孩变成一个大姑娘了。在这十四年的成长历程中，我结识了许多性格各异、风格各异的老师，可唯独她让我至今难忘!

三年前，一次偶然的机会我认识了她。那天阳光格外的刺眼，路边的野花也没有往日的生气，我一如既往地来到了学校。刚进教室就看到了一个长发飘飘的老师坐在讲台上，刚开始还不敢相信，直到她叫了我，才回过神来：同学你过来一下。她笑着说。老师您是?我好奇地问了一句。我是新来的英语老师。原来是这样，有什么事吗?我想让你做我的课代表，可以吗?我犹豫了一会儿，行，不过我怕我做不好。没关系，慢慢来。就这样我认识到了她。

过了几天，很快就迎来了第一节英语课。同学们在下面纷纷议论：怎么她就成了课代表?比她成绩好的多了去了，她有什么资格?大家都附和着说了起来。这时，老师走了进来，说：我说行就是行，谁有意见?我悄悄地抬起头来，和讲台上的老师确认了眼神，就这短短的几秒钟却给了我超大的勇气。

课上，老师抛出一个问题，班里顿时鸦雀无声，刚刚还有讨论的同学们都停了下来。就在这时，我耳边传来一阵声音：我的课代表你来吧!当时听到这句话后，我整个人像被石头砸晕了似的，心里想：这老师怎么这样?同学们不会就把我点了。我缓缓地站了起来，看了看白板的问题，害羞地低下了头。让我们给她一些掌声!这个问题你是会的，你好好想想再回答。老师的这番话给予了我很大的勇气。我思考片刻后，答案脱口而出。我焦急的等待着老师的答案，回答正确!同学们的掌声比刚才还要热烈，我的脸不由得红了起来，我成功的迈出了这一步!当我一抬头发现了在上课的老师朝我这个方向笑了笑，这个笑穿透了我的心，给了很多力量和勇气我，我更加坚定了。

从那以后，每当我不自信都会想起老师那充满鼓励的微笑，那一笑让我永生难忘!

没错，就是她改变了我的成长历程，影响了我，让我由不自信变得自信，谢谢您当时给予了我勇气，才成就了现在优秀的我!
