上、下午大好时间，搬了个椅子到室外小院找个阴凉处，安静的写着作业，演算纸改成旧本的背面。

妈妈外出要坐车，因为不远请妈妈骑自行车，她终于苦着脸答应了。如果不是必须外出，妈妈定会“风萧萧兮易水寒，壮士一去兮马上回还”。因为外面风在吼，沙土在扬飙。

一日三餐颗粒不剩。洗碗的时候少用了点洗洁精，照样把碗碟洗的亮晶晶。

午饭后的上网时间坚决缩减为一半。之所以没有全部缩掉是因为那样做今天是能出色保证，可是以后我不敢保证。况且“低碳”并不是要刻意节俭、放弃科技，适宜降低才是最现实。

傍晚手洗积攒的一堆衣服，不是懒哦，这样节省水。我习惯放好多洗衣粉，搓出一群彩泡泡。其实少放点就足够了，还可以漂洗几次，省水省时间。

家人用完电脑关掉电源，把刚好充满电的手机拔掉电源。我关上灯，早早上床睡觉。

窗上似映画着一轮明月，是透进的月光让我感到它的真实与遥远。我望月凝思，“低碳”何时可以成为“碳低”呢？只要人人参与，应该为期不远了吧？

是的，还要、必须要继续。这只是一个开始，永远也不能结束。也许这些事小到几乎看不到效果，但它同样大到无法用金钱衡量。低的是二氧化碳，长的却是全面、协调、可持续的发展。

即便是后来梁贵华站上了伦敦残奥会冠军的领奖台，仍然没有多少人会理解桐羽为什么当初大老远从北到南嫁给缺了一条腿的青年。她认识他的时候是2004年，她大学二年级，喜欢当导游，经常去做志愿者，正是对即将迈入社会充满无限憧憬的时光，而那时候的梁贵华虽然身残志坚却也默默无名。

“他帅啊，我喜欢帅哥。”无论哪次聊到这个话题，桐羽都会笑着这样说。

梁贵华幼年遭遇意外事故缺失了一条腿，不过他长相帅气，身体壮实。可我知道，桐羽心里认为梁贵华的帅，还在于他面对挫折时坚强而豁达的态度。2008年梁贵华无缘北京残奥会，他相当坦然，没有放弃，桐羽也选择在他低落的时候嫁给他。

因为集训和比赛的关系，两人总是聚少离多，可是桐羽却并不介意，她认为 “两人在一起久了，就会有默契，甚至不需要说话都能知道对方的想法”。

相识，相恋，相伴，已十年。梁贵华拿到了多个世界冠军，他的运动生涯仍在盛年。这十年路程，桐羽就像他飞奔时的一条腿，给他力量。而桐羽自己也在这十年时光里找到了爱情、友情和梦想。

“听说你们今年有个很大的圆梦计划?”

听我这样问，梁贵华想说点啥却担心表述不清，他仍然看一眼旁边的她，桐羽再次接过话头。

“八月份我们的健康馆将正式运营，将向社会推广健康生活理念和精神，里面有很大一块是公益项目，我想让更多年轻人从梁贵华身上看到一种力量，获得希望。这也是梁贵华自己多年的愿望。”

桐羽说，梁贵华每年都会参加很多公益活动，去年他们有了想把这块做得更系统一些的愿望，这也将是他俩未来共同的梦想。

I also like to draw, when see the beautiful scenery, use the brush to record the beautiful scenery, the picture has become my memories.

I like to write to teach little brothers and sisters, holding a seriously to teach them with your hands in mine. When they laughed and said: "Ill write!" 我喜欢春天的萌发，在大地的关怀下成长。我喜欢那无比清新的嫩绿色，我喜欢那奋发向上的精神。

我喜欢在夏日踏进凉爽的凉亭。四周荷花如海，荷叶像一群尽职尽责的护花使者，轻轻摇摆着身子为荷花低唱一首首动听的歌谣。

我喜欢秋天的果树。在枝丫上，在数不尽的叶子中，总能发现许多个大味甜的果实。

我喜欢冬天的雪，那样纯洁，那样的一尘不染。轻轻的飘落下来，飘到手心里，想伸手去抚摸，一下子却又融化了。

我还喜欢花，不管是哪一种。我喜欢清新的百合，芳香四溢的郁金香，艳丽的牡丹以及五颜六色的秋菊。我也喜欢开在路边不知名的小野花，淡粉色的、天蓝色的、金黄色的、淡紫色的，我认为它们同样美丽。

我喜欢看书，去享受书中的美妙。每当读书的时候，仿佛真正地来到了书中的世界，与主人公一起欢笑，一起伤心，一起去探索书中的另一个世界。

我还喜欢画画，每当看见一个个美丽的景物，用画笔记录下这美丽的景色，那图画便成了我美好的回忆。

我喜欢教弟弟妹妹们写字，认真地一笔一画地手把手地教他们。当他们嘻嘻哈哈地说：“我会写啦!”然后装出一副严肃的样子说：“你看我写得怎么样?”我喜欢他们写的字，即使歪歪扭扭，但看得出他们是用心写的。

我喜欢生活，我喜欢在生活中充满了这样多的喜欢!

春天来了!春天来了!

麦苗发芽了，绿油油的麦苗被风一吹，摇摇摆摆，有趣极了。

桃花开了，有粉色的和白色的，十分美丽。如果你站在远处看，会认为那是一位位漂亮的仙女穿着裙子在跳舞，这时候，你可能不敢相信自己的眼睛。如果站在近处，才知道那是一朵朵盛开的桃花。春天，迎春花也开了，黄澄澄的，美极了。如果这时候你来到田野，准会看到美丽的桃花、黄澄澄的迎春花和油菜花……

春天，柳树发出了嫩绿的小芽，好像高大的柳树是妈妈，小芽儿是宝宝。杨树也发芽了，它的叶子是心形的，就像树上挂着一颗颗心，真是“杨柳绿千里，春风暖万家”呀!

春天，小燕子从南方飞回来了，它叽叽喳喳地叫着，好像在说：“春天来了!春天来了!”

小朋友们也出来了，他们脱掉厚厚的棉衣，换上春天的装束，在田野上奔跑、游戏。

春天，一个充满希望的名字!从记事起，春姑娘就告诉我，每年的三月，她都会与我有个约会。

站在河岸上，看着结了冰的小河，好像河里的各种生物都仍处在“睡眠”状态。其实不然，只要你仔细观察，就会发现，在厚实的冰层下面，已经有生命开始活动了。什么都阻挡不了春的到来，“嘎吱”几声，冰面上裂开了几道小裂缝，春风又鼓足了劲，猛地吹起来，“呼———”“蹦!”“蹦!”伴随着春风的气息，冰面上出现了一个很大的豁口，小河又复苏了，奔流不息的河水顺着河道，一刻不停地向前奔涌，也许它急着去推动水车，也许是去灌溉庄稼，使田园重新焕发生机，或许，它还有更宏伟的想法，它要汇入大海，游历整个世界!

春姑娘的脚步来到田野上，冰雪消融。太阳出来了，它把万缕金光洒在多日未见的大地上，小草冒出了绿绿的芽，虽然只是一小点儿不起眼的绿，但是我坚信，“野火烧不尽，春风吹又生”，过不了几天，这里肯定就是一片绿意盎然，生机勃勃的景象了。可爱的小麻雀叽叽喳喳的，挺着个大肚子，嘴巴尖尖的，有着一对黑色的小眼睛，它们站在离我们不到半米远的地方，歪着头瞧我，又互相“叽叽”了几句，说着悄悄话，我真想也上前与它们交流一下，可惜我不懂他们的语言。

不知不觉间就来到了花园中。这时，玉兰花已经绽放，芬芳、纯洁，空气中散发着一种淡淡的清香，我不禁深深地陶醉在大自然的鸟语花香里……

“你在想什么，为什么不理我?”阵阵微风轻柔地拂过我的面颊，打断了我的思绪。抬头向远方望去，蓝蓝的天空下，伴随着太阳温暖的光芒，几只云雀你追我赶，追逐着一只“老鹰”，“老鹰”摇摇晃晃，最后“落”到了小草的身上，我走过去一看。哦，原来是一只断了线的风筝，难道它知道了我与春天约会的秘密?那么它是来偷听，还是来加入我们的行列呢?

每年，春天都会带着我，走遍所有春暖花开的地方。
