该陈杰辉说他受的启发了，他先把我讲的补充了一下，又说了一下自己的观点：“自信能使人美丽。”他又举了一个事例：他们班有一个学习很差的同学，老师给他调了一个座位，四周全是班干部，经过大家的帮助，考了一个高分。他体育很好，也经常帮助别人，使别人的体育成绩有了提高。这件事告诉我们人要互相帮助。

Scarlett was so angry that she decided to marry a man she didn?t really love---- Charles Hamilton.Not long after that, Charles Hamilton joined the Army and died of illness in the war.So Scarlett had to act as a widow.Afterwards,at a donating dance party,Scarlett is acquainted with a captain named Rhett Butler. Ashley Wilkes is the foil to Rhett?s dark, realistic opportunism.If there was no Civil War,he is surely a nobility of grace and charm.But history cannot be changed.He bocame a victim of the war.His era was gone with the defeat of the war.At the same time,we cannot deny the

西藏自治区残联一位工作人员介绍，最适合残疾人士的工种首先是服务业，其次是民族手工艺品制作，再次是保安工作，藏式烹调也比较受欢迎。

“集中招聘节省了残疾人士的人力、物力和财力，选择性更加广泛。”应聘的旦增朗杰告诉记者，他在培训班学习藏文计算机输入，来这里寻找会计、藏文打字或医院挂号员的工作。

目前，西藏有19.4万名残疾人，处于就业年龄段的有5.1万多人。记者从西藏自治区人力资源和社会保障厅了解到，为保护残疾人劳动就业权益，自治区从2012年1月开始实行用人单位按比例安置残疾人就业制度，并出台了多项优惠政策，促进残疾人就业。

除了政策与法规的出台外，西藏针对残疾人的职业培训力度也在逐年加大。据了解，自治区残联已经与有资质的培训机构进行合作，举办各种培训班，建立国家级残疾人职业培训基地等培训模式，提升和保障培训的专业性及质量，参加培训的残疾人还享受免费教育及包吃住的优惠政策。

二、品读经典。读书好，好读书，读好书。与书为友，益智明理，从经典名著中汲取精华，从圣贤哲思中感悟真理。阅读经典，震颤生命的琴弦，丰满人生的羽翼!

三、博览群书。时代的发展需要高素质、复合型人才，只有博闻强识，才能在错综复杂的社会环境中认清真理和谬误，以扎实的知识储备驾驭人生。

四、读书致用。读书学习贵在转化运用。“创新始于学习，成功源于读书”。纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事须躬行。只有将读书、做人、做事有机统一起来，将读万卷书、行万里路结合起来，才能真正实现知行统一，这才是真正的读书。

一学期来，我校严格执行《山东省义务教育工作条例》和《山东省普通中小学管理基本规范》以及东营市及胜利教育管理中心有关素质教育的各项要求，不断完善学校规章制度，规范办学，积极推进课堂教学改革，全面提高教学质量。学校注重教师队伍建设，扎实开展教师业务素质提高工作，积极开展业务理论培训和公开课、示范课、观摩课、考核课等校内岗位练兵活动，组织教师“走出去”，到优秀学校学习取经，近30名教师参加了北师大教师研修班，同时举办专家讲座，聘请了陶继新、陈康金、许玉琴三位专家就教学理念、教学研究、教学方法等方面对我校教师教学工作进行了有针对性的指导。开展了“十佳师德教师”“校级骨干教师”“最受学生尊敬的教师”“十佳先进教师”“十佳班主任”等各种评选活动。加强“导学式”课堂教学流程研究，大力推进“导学式”课堂教学改革。在本学期东营市办学水平督导评估中学校工作得到督导评估团的高度评价。省级规范化学校复检工作正在有条不紊的进行。学校承担的省“十一五”教育技术重点研究课题已阶段性结题，学校获得山东省课题成果研究一等奖，1人获课例一等奖，1人获论文二等奖，1人获课件三等奖;1人获全国论文一等奖;1人获全国教案例一等奖;10人获山东省课题成果研究一等奖;1人获东营市初中语文教学基本功大赛一等奖。学校在管理中心组织的“从我做起，走向文明”师生大合唱比赛中获得三等奖。

学校认真做好德育常规工作和校园文化建设。学校利用寒假、双休日选送三批骨干班主任外出培训学习，聘请外校优秀班主任来校交流，组织全校班主任业务培训、班主任工作经验交流会和德育论文评选活动，提高了班主任工作的能力。召开家长代表大会选举成立了新一届家长委员会。以德育主题月活动为载体，开展了一系列主题教育活动，提升了学生思想道德素质。大力开展校园文化建设，以班风、学风的养成为重点，通过多种途径，为学生展现风采，提高文化修养提供平台，在学校组织的校园文化艺术节活动中，500多人在主题演讲、书法绘画、三小制作和文艺汇演中进行了风采展示。学生习作有近10篇在《新晨报.教育周刊》上发表;在管理中心组织的中小学艺术展演活动中，学校获二等奖，在书法绘画比赛中，1人获一等奖，3人获二等奖，3人获三等奖;在中央电视台“希望之星”英语风采大赛中，学校获优秀组织单位，1人获省二等奖，2人获东营市三等奖;在省青少年主题教育“我的祖国”读书征文活动，1人获山东省优秀奖;在管理中心组织的“从我做起，走向文明”征文活动中，1人获一等奖，1人获二等奖，1人获三等奖。

一个人真要做到从容读书，没有把读书当作心灵义务，没有把一段青春时光托付给高贵的思想和真诚的文字，那大抵是不行的。因为不想从容读书者，自可以有诸多的理由，什么世界太吵呀，热闹事太多呀，诱惑太强呀，等等。亦难怪古代不少读书人总是把静坐作为理学的必修课，以清心寡欲，打消杂念。朱熹告诫读书人说：“当静坐涵养时，正要体察思绎道理。”程颐则“每见人静坐，便叹其善学。”是啊，只有冲破名缰利锁，耐得住寂寞，经得住诱惑，方能从容读书。从这个意义上说，读书该是无条件的，它完全取决于自我的选择。就拿法国密特朗总统来说，他从政数十年，无论政务活动多么繁忙，每天不读两小时书总是夜不安寝的。一个国家的总统其繁忙程度当是可想而知的，其尚且能够从容读书，那么我们呢？

着名作家茹志娟书室挂着写有“煮书”二字的条幅。她说：“书，光看是不行的，看个故事情节，等于囫囵吞枣，应该精读。然而，还不够，进而要‘煮’。‘煮’是何等烂熟、透彻。”

今年8月8日是第五个“全民健身日”，为进一步贯彻落实国家体育总局《全民健身计划》，根据国家体育总局《关于广泛组织开展2013年‘全民健身日’活动的通知》文件精神，训练局将积极组织开展第五届“全民健身日”主题活动，今年“全民健身日”的主题口号是：快乐健身精彩人生。

本次活动是在确保国家运动队训练的前提下，利用训练场馆的空闲时间组织开展“全民健身日”主题活动，主要对社会开放的场馆有游泳馆、篮球馆、羽毛球馆、北京馆全民健身中心、训练局东院网球场和高尔夫一打练习场等。(训练局)

We began to planted trees as soon as we got to school. some students dug the holes. Some students put the trees into the holes.

Some students put the earth back to the holes. Then we pushed the earth hard with our feet. At last we watered the trees as much as possible.

From then on we looked after the trees carefully and the trees grew very well. It made our shcool more beautiful .And How happy we are!

3月12日是植树的一天。今年我们学校买了足够的树在那一天之前。在那一天,我们没有课。我们学校周围的老师和同学们种植的树木。

我们开始种植树木一旦我们到达学校。一些学生挖洞。一些学生把树放进洞。

一些学生把地球回洞。然后我们把地球与我们的脚。最后我们尽可能多的树木浇水。

从那时起我们仔细照顾树木,树木生长得很好。它使我们的学校更美丽。我们是多么快乐!

4月23日是“世界读书日”根据潍坊市图书馆协会关于开展“世界读书日”活动的安排意见，潍坊教育学院图书馆，结合学院的办学特点广泛开展了庆祝“世界读书日”等系列活动，简要报告如下：

一、设计制作了“世界读书日”宣传栏、宣传标语。

二、4月23日举行了读书报告会，全院1000余学生参加了读书演讲，其中13人获一等奖，33人获二等奖，29人获三等奖。

三、征集稿件30余份，在院广播室进行了宣传。

四、聘请生物与环境工程系邢继德教授为读者举行了“学习、成才、就业”为主题的报告会。

通过“世界读书日”系列活动，进一步激发了大学生的学习热情，使学生明确了学院的办学理念和“五种”品格(特别能吃苦、特别能忍耐、特别能拼搏、特别能奉献、特别能合作)锻造的含义。报告会由图书馆和读者协会联合举办，学院宣传部的记者站进行了专题采访，在校园网上进行了报道，整个活动开展的有声有色，富有较强的教育意义，收到了较好的效果。
