曾经听过电视上报道，被人们称之为"世界第一大佛"的乐山大佛面前，昔日是清澈透明的河水，由于附近工厂长期往河里排放污水，现在那里已是一条散发臭气的河流了。瞧!连一个五岁的小男孩都捂着鼻子叫道："太脏了、太臭了!"而这，不是一个个别的、特殊的例子。电视上，大报小报，杂志上都经常可以看到类似的报道。难道这些厂家们就愿意在这样肮脏的一个共同大家庭里生活吗?我看他们自己的小家就没有这么"脏"吧!排放的污水不仅使河水变浊了，使我们的饮水资源遭受破坏，同时，也使鱼儿们无法生存下去，长此以往，在不久的将来，我们的饭桌上恐怕就没有"鱼"这个名词了呀!

工厂越办越大了，不仅排出的污水严重污染了原本洁净的河水，烟囱里放出的有毒气体散发到空中，使我们现在所吸入的，已不再是新鲜空气，而都是受到了污染的气体呀!这些"浓烟"直升入高空，还使我们的臭氧层受到破灭，出现了臭氧层空洞。西藏地处青藏高原，那里被称为"世界屋脊"，然而那里却莫名其妙的出现了一些盲童，他们原来也有明亮的大眼睛，可是后来由于红肿，慢慢地双目失明了。大家一定会问：怎么会这样子呢?凶手是谁?是隐形杀手--紫外线，是臭氧层空洞造成的。"幕后指使者"就是那一股股"浓烟"，那一家家排放有毒气体的大小工厂，而归根到底是我们人类自己呀!如果再不采取环保措施，最终受害的是我们人类自己!

说到这里，也许有的人会认为，保护环境是那些大工厂大老板们的事情，与我们这些小市民毫无相干，那就错了。现在日趋严重的"白色污染"不就在我们身边吗?现在我们生活中的一些餐具、日用品都是一次性的，目的是为了干净些。可是当我们扔掉这些一次性物品时有没有想到，刚刚认为是易干净的物品，随这一扔将变成"白色污染"的根源，成为一堆垃圾……随处可见的五颜六色的塑料袋、矿泉水瓶、快餐盒、易拉罐……在光秃秃的水泥大道上，让人看了都觉得刺眼，可能有的人会说："叫清洁工来打扫不就得了，何必大惊小怪呢?"可是，有很多人却认为这样随手乱扔完事，很方便，要是这样，一扫一扔，就是再多的清洁工来也没有用啊!

保护环境，远离污染。要改善我们的生活环境，必须从自己做起，从身边的每一件小事做起，时时注意环境保护。有时在清明时节，山上有很多树木被烧毁，不就是因为老百姓的环境意识不够强吗?几年前长江沿岸的特大洪水给国家和人民造成了巨大损失，也是由于我们人类所造成的。滥砍滥伐那是因为人们只注重了眼前的利益，而没有想到这将会造成水土流失，引起洪涝灾害，沙漠面积也会不断扩大，同时越来越多的野生动物失去了它们的家园，正要遭受"灭顶之灾"，一个个排上了珍惜保护动物的名单。大自然在以各种各样的信号，给我们吹响了警笛了。人们，不要在执迷不悟了。

我看过这样一幅画，画中窒息的人们正在呼吸着那有限的新鲜空气。尽管他们拥有高楼大厦，生活富裕，但却被滚滚浓烟包围着。这幅画给人们敲响了一个警钟：人们，保护环境吧!再不采取措施，人类将会自食其果，付出沉重代价的。

保护环境，远离污染!人们，让我们携起手来，从现在做起，重新建设一个绿色地球吧!为了我们自己也为了造福子孙，为了地球上的万物!

地球的未来就在我们手里了!

We know, campus is for teachers and students to work, a place of learning, a good campus environment, can give us to feel fresh, beautiful feeling. Our campus although the area is not large, but the green is good, trees, birds sing and flowers give forth fragrance; outside the classroom, aisle posted at all times and in all countries of the famous quotes. We are trying to create a healthy, harmonious, stimulating environment, so that the students in the good environment by infection and nurtured, in influence character by environment, establish correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, so that everyone in a beautiful, clean, warm environment day by day grow up healthy, do a civilized citizen!

with the improvement of our living standard, more and more people can afford a car. as a result, our roads are more often than not crammed with cars. however, with more and more waste gas being discharged by the cars, the problem of air pollution becomes even more serious. so nowadays we advocate to lead a low-carbon life.

my suggestion is we should ride bikes more often instead of driving cars.by riding a bike, we can not only exercise our body but also protect our environment. why not have a try, my dear friends?
