一波未平，一部又起。老师又安排了新的任务……装饰墙面。我的兴奋劲又提起来了，又可以与一组同学大展身手一番了！我早早的选好墙面，就与组员们讨论设计方案。咦，怎么一个个都无精打采的？不管了，先说吧！不管三七二十一，我把老师给我讲的内容一五一十的告诉了组员们，让他们想想办法。可我听到的是：“这些事你自己就能办了呀，何必我们再出谋划策？”我自己就可以？难道我们不是一个组的吗？我耐心的说：“以后大家同在一个组，咱们团结一心，把咱们的组搞好，把学习搞上去，让咱们的组成为班里最优秀的组。这次的墙面大家你一个点子，我一个点子，这样大家不就能齐心弄得更加完美了吗？”我苦口婆心地说着，可组员就是无动于衷，我的心里无名火已经上到嗓子眼了，我强忍着，我想：我也不是十全十美的，同在一个组，就应该好好相处，团结一心，这样才有可能提高大家的协作精神和团结的意志啊！我感觉到组员的懒惰，我不知他们是怎么想的？难道为小组做一点贡献就这么难吗？为什么都要推卸责任呢？为什么都在一组就不能团结一心呢？我的一片热心被当头浇了一盆带冰的冷水！让我从头凉至脚！

回家后的反思

“当一个好学生难，当一个好的组长更难，当一个好组长好学生更是难上加难！”我算深刻明白了这句话的含义，还是那句老话，也反思反思自己吧！希望他们以后能积极向上！

“过年好!过年好啊!”几声吉祥话第一个飘入我的耳朵里。这就是我这几天寒假生活的最深刻的印象：热闹!大年初一，我从热乎乎的被窝里爬出来，经没有感到任何的寒冷。放眼望去，满村红彤彤的一片——放过的爆竹纸皮、家家高挂的大红灯笼、还有满大家走着的穿着红唐装的乡亲们，喜庆的气氛随之即来。我穿好了衣服，和家人们一起吃热腾腾的早饭。普通的稀粥、咸菜，还有昨夜剩下的饺子，全家人在一起吃，也格外的香。刚吃完饭，就有人过来拜年。他们脸上洋溢着笑容，双手握在一起，向大家拜年，说着吉祥话。走前还往小孩手中塞压岁钱。小孩儿们则是瞪大眼睛，看着大人们推推嚷嚷时红包的位置，最终接到红包以后，也不敢擅自妄为，一切都看父母的眼色行事。

寒假和暑假最大的不同，就是在寒假里会过新年，亲人重聚，享受天伦之乐。今年过年，我远在外地姨、哥哥、弟弟们，都来到了我们家。我们家的人气一下子增高了，并且过了个热热闹闹的兔年。大表哥带回来优异的学业成绩;二表哥带回来适合的工作;小弟也带回来了口才班的学习成果。大家各有所得，互相交流着，十分融洽。这也许就是过年时的特殊气氛吧。

我过了一个愉快，平凡，但有充实的寒假。我乐在其中。

每个人都抱有一个远大的理想。我也不例外。从小到大我的理想不断变化着。现在我就一一罗列出来跟你们分享一下吧！

很小的时候，我就有了我的第一个理想。当一名女警察。小时候的理想现在想起来既可笑又幼稚。当时的我其实是喜欢上了女警察们漂亮的警服，和她们站在马路中央指挥交通时的飒爽英姿。可是不久，我的理想就发生了改变，由于我逐渐了解了当一名女警察的辛苦与困难。

于是，当一名画家成为了我的第二个理想。从小我就对绘画很敏感，很喜欢画画，经常自己画出一些“大作”，然后拿给爸爸妈妈看。爸爸妈妈得知了我喜欢画画，马上就给我报了美术班。可能是由于小孩子贪玩儿的天性。上了美术班后的我变得不怎么喜欢画画了。甚至上美术课时逃跑去和同学玩儿。就这样，我的第二个理想便又化为泡影。

直到我有了第三个理想时，我已经上了小学4年级。那时的理想是当一名教师。从小到大我接触过好多好多教师，有年龄大的、资历老的；也有年轻的、经验少的。但不管他们是什么样的教师，教哪一门学科，我都非常喜欢他们。将来也想像他们一样站在高高的讲台上给我的学生们授课。

如今的我，已不是一个什么都不懂的小孩子；如今的我，对一些事已有了自己独到的见解和想法。现在我的理想是——做一个对社会有贡献的人。或许你会说，这并不算是什么理想。但是在这漫长的学习生涯中，我不敢肯定我的理想会不会再改变。但是我敢肯定的是，我始终不变的，就是要做一个对社会、对全人类有贡献的人。

如今我已经不再是那个三四年级的小朋友了，我已经即将毕业，要步入中学的殿堂。我相信在未来的日子里我一定能实现我的理想，我会为了我的理想努力拼搏。
