一望无际的大海，蔚蓝一片，轻轻的海风吹拂，让人心旷神怡。在金色的沙滩上，一只小小的海龟刚从蛋壳里钻出来，小小的，很可爱，它得慢慢地爬到大海中去。

又是一个月圆之夜，花猫来到轮船边，走了好几圈都没看到小海龟，觉得小海龟可能是忘记了时间，睡着了，明天应该就能赶来了，于是它就在海里捕了点鱼吃，等着等着就在沙滩上睡着了。

第二天，它还是没有等到海龟，它焦急地四处打听，从海鸥那里得知小海龟被捉了，是一艘插着黄色旗帜的船。

为了救出朋友，花猫开始了启程了。

花猫花费了好大功夫，找了很多的朋友帮忙，终于找到了这艘船。看到这艘插着黄色旗帜的船，花猫激动不已，在它正在思考怎么上船的时候，突然看到远处有一群海鸥从天空飞过，这下有了办法，它大声地喊：“喂，海鸥大哥们，能把我带到那艘船上吗？我要去救我的朋友。”海鸥大哥们也都是热心肠，毫不犹豫地答应了，直接把花猫从空中衔到甲板上。

花猫凭借自己灵活的身手，快速地搜遍了船上的所有地方，最后在船舱的角落里发现了小海龟。小海龟看到花猫，激动得眼泪都流了出来，但是现在还不是高兴的时候，得赶紧地逃跑才行。于是它们迅速地跑到了甲板上，小海龟让花猫坐到它的背上，花猫一坐上去，小海龟就直接跳到了海里，然后飞快地从海里游走了。
