大概过了很久,我拖着疲惫的身体回到了宿舍,正想在床上躺会儿,教官却走了进来,指着我们的宿舍说：“真乱,快来收拾一下!”无奈,恋恋不舍地爬了起来,打扫起卫生来.一番清扫后,教官来到一张床边说：“快来看好了,我教你们叠被子!”唉!被子不就是折折叠叠吗?连着还要学?说完,教官便向我们示范了起来,只见他动作娴熟,三下五除二便把被子叠好了.待我定睛一看,哇,真好,被子在教官的手里变得像“豆腐块”一样,我们叠的“汉堡包”可比这逊多了!看来教官也是挺可爱的.

终于,五天的“折磨”结束了,回想这五天的军训生活.我感慨万千.我渐渐明白,军训虽然十分辛苦,但是它不但锻炼了我的体力,更坚强了我的意志力.它让我明白了要做一个不畏艰辛,站直了的中国人.同时,军训也让我学会了做平时由父母代替的事,让我学会了自立,也融入了集体.

军训虽说很累,却让我受益匪浅,我渐渐喜欢上了这种生活.

My school encourages students to take part in out-of-class activities. After a busy day, it can help us to relax and build a healthy body. AnEarthquakeis the result of a sudden release of energy in the Earths crust that creates seismic waves . Earthquakes are recorded with a seismometer , also known as a seismograph . The moment magnitude of an earthquake is conventionally reported, or the related and mostly obsolete Richter magnitude , with magnitude 3 or lower earthquakes being mostly imperceptible and magnitude 7 causing serious damage over large areas. Intensity of shaking is measured on the modified Mercalli scale.

At the Earths surface, earthquakes manifest themselves by a shaking and sometimes displacement of the ground. When a large earthquake epicenter is located offshore, the seabed sometimes suffers sufficient displacement to cause a tsunami . The shaking in earthquakes can also trigger landslides and occasionally volcanic activity.

In its most generic sense, the word earthquake is used to describe any seismic event—whether a natural phenomenon or an event caused by humans—that generates seismic waves. Earthquakes are caused mostly by rupture of geological faults , but also by volcanic activity, landslides, mine blasts, and nuclear experiments.

An earthquakes point of initial rupture is called its focus or hypocenter. The term epicenter means the point at ground level directly above this.

I plan to go to travel alone this summer vacation. I have traveled several times, but gone with my family or friends, never did it alone.
