到了模拟赛的时候，我再怎么认真也来不及。我没有把手伸直，只顾埋头往前冲，再交棒的一刹那，只听见“梆”一声，棒，掉地上了。我的心也随之一震，脑袋也随之空白一片。还没等我反应过来，郭老师就怒气冲天地吼着：“你不知道掉一个棒，捡一个棒要费多少时间啊！你掉一棒，损失的是你们班！你刚刚不停，手不伸直，到时候看你怎么办！”“啪嗒”两行眼泪流了下来。不知怎么的，被骂得浑身难受，像针扎进我的心中。出于那强烈的自尊心，我躲在足球场外，一个人静静的抽泣着。几个女生跑来安慰我，这反而使我心中那根哭弦更加颤动了。“死党，你不应该哭，你应该回去跑步。”我顿了一下，抬起头，满脸泪水的看着陆绎涵。

“是吗？在这里哭泣的真的是我吗？”我陷入了沉思中。

拉克司内斯在《冰岛之钟》中曾经说过：眼泪无法洗去痛苦。我面对的既不是倾家荡产的痛苦，也不是身体残疾的痛苦，而是一个不费力气就可以跨过去的的小挫折。我对得起同学们的安慰吗？我要放下自尊回去跑步吗？

接力赛是考验团结的时候，哪怕一个在不起眼的小角色，也能派上大用场。我不应该不听郭老师的教导。应该相信自己，与大家一心，共同努力。在这里哭只会让我变得更懦弱，更让人瞧不起。班里肯用我，就是信任我，支持我。我不能辜负了班级，辜负了我自己。我应该去面对挫折，把挫折变成一种动力，让它引领我面对成功。

经过一番思想斗争后，我终于敞开了胸怀。我抹去脸上的泪水，站起身，坚定的走向操场。太阳渐渐减弱了它的光芒，是在鼓励我吗？也许是吧。一阵柔和的清风拂过，我带着大家的支持与鼓励，练习跑步。

成长就像一条漫漫长路，挫折就像一个高高的坎。只要你有勇气与智慧，一定能跨过这道坎。然后，慢慢走向终点，也就是光明与希望……
