从前，我总认为谎言是恶毒的，所有说谎的人都要被人看不起，但是，自从那件事以后，我对谎言有了新的认识。

那是在今年暑假，我报了跆拳道的学习班。我们的教练很长一段时间都让我们练体能，例如俯卧撑、仰卧起坐等动作。教练总是说：“你仰卧起坐练得太少了，一定要多练，每天至少25个，下节课让我看看你的成果。”

于是，我回家之后，便是过一会儿做一个，过一会儿在做一个，慢慢地将25个都做完了。每逢下次上课，教练总是问我：“你有练吗？”我也总说：“有呀。”“你回家也都有练，怎么一点进步都没有呢？”教练十分奇怪。我也是这么想：也许我就是天生不行，不适合做这项运动吧。

然而，在我快放弃的时候，教练的一句话却激起了我的希望。我记得那天刚到，教练便对我说：“来，做几个。”“啊？又要做？”我大吃一惊，还是做了起来。1……2……3……第三个还没做完，我就倒了下去。教练先是一愣，继而微笑着说：“不错，有些成效了，继续努力！”“真的吗？”我两眼闪闪发光，立马从地上坐了起来，心中又有了继续下去的动力。从那天开始，我每天早中晚反复练，一次三十五个。很快便有了成效，教练惊叹的表示我竟然一下子提高了这么多，真是不可思议。我想：都靠老师那句话，我才会有今天的成就吧。

可是，当我有一天翻妈妈手机时看到了那天教练发到微信群里的小视频时，只见我的手臂支撑着我向上、向下……我的胳膊不住的抖动着，看上去是那般虚弱。而我的一系列动作感无标准可言，上也上不去，下也下不来。咦？这不是和我第一次练习时一样吗？哪有什么进步？这时，我才明白那天的我并没有进步，老师这么说只是为了让我更加努力。但，也正是这句谎言，让我们有了实实在在的进步。

从那以后谎言在我心中的地位改变了。是的，大部分谎言都是不好的但却有那么一小部分谎言是从我的利益角度出发的。这些善意的谎言，总会给人带来快乐！

“小马小儿朗，……”我哼着小调，径直走上楼，唉，谁叫我这么得意，这下可闯祸罗。

我准备把热水瓶放到地上，谁知，竟想不到的事情发生了，热水瓶从我的手中滑出，掉到了地上，倾刻间，热水瓶四分五裂，七零八碎。“哦，好险呀，幸亏不是烫水，否则我的脚可要煮熟了。”“呀，完了，这个瓶子已经没用了，爸爸回来，要发现了，肯定要把我骂得狗血淋头。这可怎么办呀……”我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁，手足无措。

我拿出扫把把碎片扫出去，又拿出拖把，把地拖干，还一边自言自语道：“现在爸爸可千万别回来，那样我就落馅了。”说曹操曹操就到，爸爸的车声从老远的地方传来。我知道这件事肯定瞒不住，不如来个将计就计，先哭在前。爸爸的上楼了，看见我正在“哭”，忙问：“你干吗哭呀？”

Now, Beijing has taken a lot of actions to deal with the hazy weather. Firstly, setting up the Bicycle exclusive channel, people are

encouraged to ride but not to drive, in this way, the exhaust of cars is decline. Secondly, many factories are forced to move to Hebei Provence, thus, they can continue to make a contribution to Beijing’s economy development and the air pollution is controlled. Finally, the buses and subway have a lower price than other cities, so that people prefer to go on work by bus or subway. And the limit line caused by tail number is effect, too.

I persist that the air pollution of Beijing can be controlled someday later.
