那是一个炎热的夏天，太阳公公好像故意和我们作对似的，接到了夏婆婆的命令，穿上了火红的大衣，以最高的温度炙烤着大地，天热得发了狂，地烫得冒了烟，感觉整个世界要和巧克力一起融化掉了。

“今天怎么不开心？而且这么晚才下来？”爸爸一边从我肩膀上卸下书包一边问我。

有一个学生，他对长跑是并不是非常在行的，但在一次的测试中，老师告诉他的长跑速度比其他同学快，而且还说他有机会代表学校参加比赛，叫他好好努力，那位学生听了老师的话之后非常兴奋，因为一直认为自己没有长跑天赋的他，竟然能代表学校参加比赛。从这天起，他真正喜欢上了长跑，并且每天坚持起来跑步，过了一段时间后，本来完全不能代表学校参加比赛的他，竟然真的被选上了。

电脑关机之后，我很难受，但是更多的还是担心。担心爸爸开机之后看见了电脑中毒了会骂我。幸运的是，我后来把病毒杀死了。虽然这件事，影响了我的幻灯片的制作，延迟了blog上发表的时间，但是通过这件事，使我懂得了，看书要仔细，不能囫囵吞枣。

善意的谎言是美丽的，给人希望，给人力量。我的体育成绩就是被这善意的谎言拉上去的。

说实话，我不喜欢体育，所以成绩总是不好，每一次考试都在及格和不及格的边缘，我为此很沮丧。而体育成绩不达到良好，无法竞选班干部的，所以我下定决心把体育成绩搞上去，最少也要到良好啊。

于是放学以后，我每天都在操场上跑步，跑到五点才回家。

有一次，我正跑着跑着，看见了好朋友谈灿。她的体育成绩一直优秀，看到我跑过来，教我正确的跑步方式，还答应我，每天留下来帮我计时。

有她作伴，我的勇气大了，一口气跑了800米。

她告诉我：“好消息，4分57秒，比平时快了十秒钟。”

我很惊讶，呵呵，比平时快了十秒钟，我太牛了。于是我劲头大增，跑起来感觉都不一样了。这样一来，我体育考试一定会优秀的。

Secondly, many factories are forced to move to Hebei Provence, thus, they can continue to make a contribution to Beijing’s economy development and the air pollution is controlled. Finally, the buses and subway have a lower price than other cities, so that people prefer to go on work by bus or subway. And the limit line caused by tail number is effect, too.

I persist that the air pollution of Beijing can be controlled someday later.

最近沈阳好大爷王福顺的事迹传遍了全国。王大爷被人撞倒后说是自己有医保，让肇事者继续赶路。这令人唏嘘。而今中国道德沦丧的现象局部蔓延，故意碰瓷的人那么多，而沈阳的这位老人真真切切的被撞倒，却显示出难以置信的宽容大度，怎能不令人感慨呢？

继则有人挑事，说是沈阳好大爷打算让医保负担是不对的，不能让医保成为冤大头。然而事实证明，王大爷是个普普通通的保安，根本就没有医保。他安慰肇事者的，是一个善意的谎言。

在英语里，善意的谎言叫“a white lie”，并且“Everyone tells a white lie on occasion ， it s just a question of why。”意即每个人都会偶尔撒一些善意的谎言，不同的只是原因而已。比如有人给你一点吃的，你发现上面沾染了脏东西，而对方是无意的，你说“谢谢，我不饿”，尽管你此时肚子饿的咕咕叫，这是善意的谎言；再比如医生对臻于不治的病人说“放心吧，你会好起来的”，这是善意的谎言，如此等等，都是可以理解的。

但是沈阳的王大爷和肇事者无亲无故，他却真心实意的安慰对方，却真是朴实厚道，具有仁者情怀啦。“礼失求诸野”，王大爷的善举，是寒冬里的一把火，让我们享受到温暖；是黑暗中的一盏灯，使我们感受到光明。

善意是可以传递的，据说王大爷被提拔为保安班长，工资可以高一点啦，据说有一位IT产业的老总要出钱为王大爷买商业医保，而广大的网友更是对已王大爷的善举予以肯定、鼓励，致以敬意。这使得我们认识到，尽管不乏道德败坏者，好在人性的光辉还在闪烁，使得我们不至于丧失起码的希望。

妈妈已经35岁了。她有一头乌黑的长发，像奔流的瀑布，一双明亮的眼睛，镶嵌着两颗又大又圆的黑葡萄，一张红润润的嘴巴，凑成了一张清秀的脸。

记得一个中午，我放学回到了家，一进门就闻到一阵香喷喷的气味，顺着气味来到厨房，看到正忙碌的妈妈，我问道：“妈妈，您炒什么菜这么香啊？”妈妈笑了笑说：“宝贝，是你最爱吃的的鳊鱼呀！”我兴高采烈地说：“耶，又有鳊鱼吃了！”说完，拿起筷子我就迫不及待地大吃起来。可吃饭的时候妈妈却一口也不吃。

我疑惑不解地问妈妈：“妈妈，这么好吃的鱼你怎么不吃呢？”妈妈说：“我不爱吃鱼，你吃吧！”不一会儿，一大盘鱼就被我吃得只剩最后一块了。我看了看钟，对妈妈说：“时间不早了，我要上学了，妈妈再见！”走在上学的路上，我突然想起文具盒忘在家里了，就赶快跑回家拿。

回到家里，看见妈妈正津津有味地吃着我吃剩的鱼。我恍然大悟，妈妈并不是不爱吃鱼，而是把最好的东西让给我吃。

晚上放学了，我用自己的零花钱买了一串羊肉串送到妈妈手中。妈妈说：“我不吃，你自己吃吧！”我对妈妈说：“我已经吃过一大串了，您吃吧！”妈妈听了这话，才把羊肉串吃下去。哈，我也把妈妈骗了。

妈妈的爱就像是一条河，滋润着我这棵小树苗茁壮成长，当我长成参天大树时，我一定给妈妈遮阴挡阳。
