Chinese people. I like eating very much. There are many food I like, such as

our health. There are various cooking methods and I think the simplest way is

the best one. Tofu is my favorite as well. It can be cooked with many other

I went to Beijing Zoo on Saturday morning. 星期六早上我去了北京动物园。

I went to the home for the aged with my friends on July 30th. As soon as

the eldly people saw us, they were all happy. 1.We sang songs and danced for

them. Then we helped the worker clean the rooms and washes the clothes. They

praized us a lot and said that we were good boys. Although we felt tired, we had

a good time.

I went out to have dinner with father today。 I should make toast during the

dinner but there was no juice availabe。 So I had a bottle of beer。 My face

turned red but I was not drunk。 I dont think beer tastes bad but I wont like

have it too much because I am only a student。

I went to visit one of our teachers with some of my classmates this

morning. Miss Jones is our English teacher and she likes all the classmates. She

tried so hard to help us to improve our English. We went to her flat and had

lunch there with her. We had a good time.

首先感谢吕老师一直以来对我的谆谆教诲。这次期末考试，我的语文考试成绩不是很好，反映出我对所学的知识掌握的不够扎实，平时的努力还很欠缺。还有其他方面，如：个别的字、词没有掌握，导致扣分加起来也不少。寒假里，根据吕老师的安排和我的薄弱环节，爸爸帮我买了一本《阅读与写作》，我每天坚持做两篇阅读理解，每做一题，我都认真仔细地分析与思考，然后认真做题，完成任务后请爷爷帮我批改，错误的地方爷爷帮我指出来，让我再思考，然后订正，真正做到了“阅读了，理解了”。如此坚持不懈的努力下去，我想我的阅读理解能力一定会有大大的提高。同时，我还针对其它地方扣分的情况，加强了“字、词”的学习与训练，注重积累，记牢学习过的内容，让自己在“字、词”方面也有进一步的提高。 这次考试，我的作文虽然没有扣分，但这并不代表我的写作水平很好。对于今后如何提高自己的写作水平，我想应该注意做好以下几点：一是平时每一次的写作或练笔，都应该认真对待，像考试一样，不要查资料，自觉地限时去写。二是平时多看优秀作文，多品多读好的文章与名言，还要记在头脑里，脑子积累的东西多了，写作的时候自然就是下笔如有神了。三是积极参加社会实践。要自觉参加形式多样、内容丰富多彩的活动，如参观、游览、清明节扫墓等等，丰富自己的经历和感受，写作的时候就能够“言之有物”了。

早晨我复习功课并阅读报纸或杂志。下午我和朋友打球，或去河中钓鱼。晚上我就和家人看看电视。墙上的钟刚敲十下，我就去睡觉了。

暑假的时候，爸爸给我下了一道命令：这个暑假一定得把骑单车学会，这成了我们家的头等大事。

妈妈买回来一辆崭新的单车，我坐上面试了试，脚踮起来才能踩到地，又试了试车铃，叮铃铃的响声非常悦耳。第二天一大早，爸爸推着单车叫我下楼去学。爸爸扶着我的把手和座椅，我只管踩一踩踏板，我开心地想：“骑单车就只是踩圈圈吗?哈哈，太容易了!”爸爸看我觉得骑单车非常容易，就说：“现在我只扶后座了。"我又坐在单车上，他扶着后座，这时单车就像一个调皮的小野马，它总是摇晃着身子，想让我摔下去，幸好爸爸扶着单车的后座，不然我一定会重重地摔在地上。

几天下来，我似乎进步不少，因脚落不了地而害怕，于是妈妈从邻居哥哥家借了一辆小一点的单车，坐在这辆单车上我的脚可以落地，我也不用这么害怕了。我天天练习，爸爸跟在后面跑得气喘吁吁。爸爸太累了，我就经常喊爷爷一起练。有一次吃饭的时候，爷爷开心地宣布，他可以放手两米了，爸爸妈妈不信，说：“是两厘米吧!“

接下来就是最惨的一次，那天爷爷扶着后座，我正骑过一个水坑边，爷爷就放手了，我没听到爷爷的声音，越想越害怕，“嘭”地一声摔倒了，幸好没有摔倒在水坑里，不然我的裤子就弄湿了。我的膝盖又痛了起来，把裤子拉起来发现膝盖已经变成紫红色了。我赶紧回家告诉妈妈，妈妈心疼极了。晚上妈妈拍了几张照片，给我留着纪念。过了几个星期，伤口已经从紫色变成青色，又从青色完全褪掉了，单车也学会了。

现在，单车就像一条听话的小白龙，带着我四处游荡，我非常喜欢骑车，一有空就到小区空地去骑。我该谢谢爸爸妈妈和爷爷，还有我流过的汗水。

今天是一个大热天，也是我英语培训班的最后一天，今天我们要进行一场关于音标的最终考试。

奶奶带着我向学校走去，地上很烫，还冒着热气。可一到教室，一瞬间就凉快了许多。我找了一个坐位坐了下来，整理好东西，上交作业，开始复习。所谓复习其实就是想到啥看啥，只不过是把书摊在桌上，然后翻过来覆过去，如同看杂志一样随意。

马上上课了，也就代表考试开始了。第一题，听写48个国际音标，可以说是最难的一题，不仅要按照顺序来写，还要写正确，而且分类也要正确，更何况好多音标的发音，乍一听就像是一样。不过“好心”的老师，给了我们再听一遍这48个音标的机会，我也总算写出了这些音标。

但好戏还在后头呢，可谓关键“人物”总是最后关头才出场，这可不是关键人物吗？给我们扣分的关键人物啊。第二题是看单词写音标，还是有些难度的，主要还是因为掌握得还不够稳固。

“还有15分钟。”老师说道。大家一听，啥？只剩15分钟啦。我赶忙奋笔疾书，把没做完的题赶紧做完。没多久，老师便说：“考试结束，所有人把卷子交上来。”大家又是开心又是着急，开心是因为考完试老师答应我们看一会儿电视，着急是一些没做完的人估计分数就不怎么好看了。

我们在教室里边看电视边等老师，过了大约半个多小时，老师总算把试卷批好了。她走进教室，将试卷发给我们，许多同学都不敢相信这是自己做出来的试卷，而我也只得了86。5分，可我没有想到的是，我竟然是全班第一。哎！我真想不通这么低的分数，居然能得全班第一。没啥好得意的，还得多花时间学音标。

It is a special day today. My mother sent one hundred basket of red bayberries. I like to eat red bayberries. It tastes nice. When they arrived in Shanghai, they were still fresh. But most of them would be sent to my mother’s business friends. I chose the best basket of red bayberries to eat. I put the rest in my refrigerator. Red bayberry is my hometown’s special product. It is well-known in china. Many people like to eat it.

如果说人生是一本书，那么，军训的生活便是书中最美丽的彩页;如果说人生是一台戏，那么，军训的生活便是戏中最精彩的一幕。的确，几天的军训是短暂的，但它给我们留下的完美回忆却是永恒的。

几天睡了一个长觉，而这一觉醒来，望着窗外晒得发烫的篮球场，忽然觉得，军训，就如梦一样，匆匆地来，又在我没有细细品味那份感觉的时候悄然而逝，几天的疲劳在肩头隐隐告诉我，已经结束了。很累，而且有酸酸的感觉。教官走了，那么匆匆，却留给我们深刻的回忆。

阳光照进来，落在堆在角落的军训服上，军训的记忆一股脑全翻了出来，我在呆呆地想着，想着那整齐或凌乱的踏步声，以及同学们的窃笑声。军训究竟带给了我什么，有吗?唉，军训，真像一场梦啊!记忆已经在疲劳的压迫下变得愈发模糊，对于军训，我能说什么，是从崇高的为保卫祖国而刻苦训练来说，还是充斥在这期间的铁骨柔情。

当然，这些都是值得回忆和怀念的，但是否还有更重要的呢?其实我觉得军训几天，我们学到的不仅仅是站军姿，走正步，练队形。而是在磨练我们一种意识，一种吃苦的意识，一种坚持的意识，一种团结的意识，一种遵守纪律的意识!其实这些已经太多太多，足以让我们一生享用。

有位哲人说过：无法回味的感觉才是最美妙的感觉。对于军训，有些感受真的不能言传，只能在淙淙的意会中回味。那味道就如品一味很浓郁的茶，只有尝过的人才知晓其中的蕴味，然后才能和有同样经历的人相对一笑，让美妙的感受在彼此之间传递。就如有多少个读者就有多少个哈姆雷特一样，军训，对于每个人，都别有一番滋味在心头。

而对于我，军训，在某种程度上，已经超越了其本身的单纯上的好处，它已经成为一种宝贵的难得的一种经历，写进我的记忆中，而成为不可抹杀的一部分，它已经成为一种力量，一种在困难时给我的动力，一种生命的支持力，支撑着人生旅途的各种风雨中动摇的心灵。而军训给我最完美的记忆，是同学们和教官之间纯洁淳朴充满人情味的关系。这种关系很令人怀念和留恋，向往啊!

烈日炎炎，晴空万里，我们挺直腰，昂起头，任凭汗水在脸上流过，任凭蚊虫在身边肆虐，我们依然纹丝不动。一张张晒得黝黑的脸庞，写满坚毅;一颗颗稚嫩的心中，在有力地呼喊：“我们是最棒的!”

为期四天的军训是十分苦的。有多少次，汗水浸透了衣裳;又有多少次，腿疼得发抖。

记得军训的第一天，刚刚从“假期模式”中转换过来的我们，懒散，放松，军训的高强度训练让我们吃不消，这似火的骄阳烧灼着我们习惯了空调的凉爽的身体，几乎一个暑假没有过的汗水像从身体中解放了一样，奔涌出来。我们被热得头晕眼花，站都站不稳，何况什么军姿呢?但教官十分严格地要求我们，我们只能硬撑着。就这样浑浑噩噩地过了一天。当晚回到家后，感觉自己已被累了半死，腿疼得已经走不动路了，倒头就睡，什么也不想了。

而第二天，第三天，我们就已渐渐适应了这种训练。开始注重细节，刻苦训练，认真做好每一个动作，喊响每一个口号。我们惊讶地发现，我们的身体已健壮了许多，心智也更加成熟，内心更加坚强。

这时我们才明白了这四天军训的真正意义，它不仅规范我们的举止动作，更磨炼了我们的意志力，使我们具有不怕吃苦，坚毅的品质。

在第四天的汇报演出中，看着家长们欣慰的微笑，我们心中充满了自豪。响亮的口号，整齐的步伐，我们向所有人喊到：“我们是最棒的!”
