炎热的夏天伴随着第十周的到来，我们也测试了期中考试。

当试卷发下来时，我惊呆了。我的语文才考95分，数学也只考了94分，英语也才考了98。5分。我的成绩一下子滑了下来，我不由得想起了考试时的情景：考语文时，因为我觉得试卷很简单，就掉以 轻心，不重视这张期中试卷，所以就很简单的去写，导致了分很低的原因。数学，大部分是因为没看清题目，看一半就写了答案，还有就是应用题写错数字，导致了整个题都做错。英语，有一题是因为 我在写“两个美术教室在我学校。”中的“两个美术室”后面应该加“s”，而我却没有加，所以扣了0。5分，还有一题是因为我自己理解错了意思，所以又扣了1分。在这些错的中，我最不该错的就是数 学，数学既不用听录音，又不用写很多字，就是简简单单的几个数字，我都要错那么多个。

我们的人生虽然偶尔会有一些错，但我们要去改正。那个错就像是一个坑，一个小坑，你可以从上面跨过去，不用填它，可是你后面面对的坑就会越来越多，越来越大，到你想去填那些坑的时候， 就已经晚了。所以我们一定要认真学习，努力向上，用行动去证明自己能改变。

今天，老师让我看了我的期末考试的试卷，我觉得最让我失分的地方总共有三处，三处的详情如下。

第一处是看拼音写词语，那里是开卷的第一题的第二个。那个上面的词语是崎岖，我竟然把它写成了歧途，真是的。我想错的原因是我当时刚开始写，有些心奋，所以误写成了歧途。

第二处是排句子的顺序，这个比较容易。但由于我粗心大意，把顺序多写了一个，导致在此失去了五分。

第三处是我写的作文。这一处老师说是我的选材不好。题中给出了两个题目，分别是我想让教是更干净和我想让小鸟有个幸福的家。我选择了第一个，老师说这个题 目虽然易写但想得高分却并不容易，选择第二个题目更容易表达自己的真情实感，更容易得高分。

我这回的语文成绩虽然不理想，但我会记住语文老师的一句话：阳光总在风雨后。

“湖光秋月两相合，潭面无风镜未磨。遥望洞庭山水翠，白银盘里一青螺。”这首诗中描写的中秋之夜，明月照耀下的洞庭湖，是多么的美啊!今年的中秋节，我却迎来了一个有些缺憾的月圆之夜。那天，我和爸爸妈妈去江西旅游，过了九江之后，太阳渐渐落山了，当我们的车行驶在鄱阳湖大桥上时，爸爸叫我看天上，只见一轮圆月悬挂在我们的正前方，仿佛离我们非常近，路两边的湖面静悄悄的，远处的天空时偶尔闪烁着礼花，我们静静地看着周围的景色，思绪却飞回了武汉……

On Monday I went to school for the second learning. The weather was still very hot. But I was ready to face with my lessons.

This Saturday the typhoon came. It was really terrible. My father said that a pillar fell down when he was driving， and it nearly fell onto his car. It was really dangerous. But this Saturday my journalist lesson began and I had to go to the Youth Cnulture Communication Center (near Shanghai Railway Station) to have classes.

I had to go out! The wind was really heavy. And I nearly couldn’t walk! Many trees collapsed and when I arrived there， I was late. But I was surprised to find that there was only about 10 students. Our teacher said just now on an art lesson， only two students came. The typhoon was really horrible.

考试开始了，教室里顿时鸦雀无声，连一根针掉下来都可以听得见。我发现，那位朋友有答案露出了一点点，可以看出来，他正在抄答案。我正想告诉老师时，心想：我就这样告诉了老师，他一定不会和我做好朋友。于是，我就不告诉老师了。

当然他考了一百分。回家时，我说：“你躲得过初一躲不过十五啊!”他说“我知道，我就抄这一次，我抄答案时就后悔了。”

虽然考试重要，但是诚实更重要，希望大家做个诚实的人。

climbing The Great Wall

During the summer holidays， my fahter and I visited Beijing. On the second day after we got to Beijing， the guide took us to climb the Great Wall. On that day， it was sunny. It took us forty minutes to reach the foot of the Great Wall. It was for the first time that I saw the Great Wall. Oh， how grand and magnificent it is!

I couldn‘t wait to climb upward， taking my father‘s hand. How many people climbing the Great Wall are! My father and I took photos among the crowd as we climbed. After half an hour. The first time of eating buffet

This morning，my bset friend XiaoLuo called me out for buffet dinner. I have

never gone to eat buffet before.

we met at the gate of buffet restaurant of HanTingXuan near the Center

square in GuiLin downtown at 11 am.After buying tickets we went into

therestaurant excitedly.As a food junkie，to be honest，I was totally stunned by a

whole bunch of

delicious!grill，hamburger，cake，sushi，drinks，seafood，iscream，hotpot，ect. In

total， I ate four piece of cake，five sushis，a plate of grill，an iscream，a cup of

lemon juice，five dumplings，a fly rice，a cup of pudding，a plate of fruit

sala，some popcorn，two puffs and some Canonese Dim Sum.After two hours eating，I

felt extreamely stuffed that my belly were going almost burst !To relieve

stomach tension，then we hang around the town.

Stuffed and tired，but I felt very happy!

老师的一声令下，当时只听见笔在卷子上舞动的声音。我一看大家：有的人正思考着题目，同时脸上还出现了痛苦的表情。而有的人却一直埋着头不停的写着。写前面时我都了如指掌，可是到了填空题我是抓破了头皮也想不出来，怎么办，怎么办啊！哎呀！这样有太浪费时间了，还是先做下面下面的题吧！

哎哟，是谁那么缺德啊！居然顶我背，要知道这可是在考试啊！“谁呀！”我一边转过头去一边悄悄地说。啊！居然是班长，要我给她和她的朋友传纸条，要知道这两个人是我们班谁也惹不起的。哎，只好传递了，可是还要躲开老师的火眼金睛，还得浪费我的时间。

不过一会儿，我终于写到作文了，啊？作文……居然……是写……信，而且还是写给老师的一封信？要知道，这可是我最不拿手的一项啊！我左想右想可还是想不出个所以然来。到了最后，我一看时间，啊！只差30分钟就要收卷了，可我还没做完呢！我的手立刻像着了火似的，手也开始飞速地运动着！

只剩20分钟时，还好，我终于写完了。我长长地叹了一口气，又立刻把卷子翻到了前面，开始了检查……

“叮铃铃……”铃声响了，每组的组长都自觉站起来收卷。

收完后教室里又开始喧闹起来，有的在对答案，有的在说自己当时的心情，还有的在议论自己考得怎么样，还有的……

Failure exists in every stage for everybody. As students, I think the most common failure would be failing in the exam. Yes, I have failed in the exam for many times. The tomb sweeping day is one of the traditional festivals in China. On April 5th, people start to visit their ancestors’ tombs. Generally speaking, people will bring the home-made food, some fake money and paper-made mansion to their ancestors. When they start to honour their ancestor, they will light up some candles and incense, put some flowers around the tombs.

The most important thing is to put the home-made food in front of the tombs. The food, also known as sacrifices, is usually made up with a chicken, a fish and some pork. It’s a symbol of the offspring’s respect to the ancestors. People believe that the forbears will share the food with them. The children dedicate the food and money to their forbears in order to show their love and caring. The young offspring will go down on their knees and pray for their ancestors. They can say their wishes in front of the tombs and the ancestors will make their dreams come true.

In some provinces of China, people use different activities to commemorate this day, for instance, spring-outing, swinging, tree planting and making special food. One special food is Ay Tsao rice balls. It looks like Tang-yuan, but its colour is green. Mix the ay tsao juice with the rice powder, then make it into small balls. The Ay Tsao rice ball is done. People believe that eating ay tsao rice balls can get rid of the bad luck and everything will go smoothly. Other activities such as spring outing, tree planting are the other ways to commemorate the forbears. For one thing, it is a sign that people should look into the future and embrace the hope; for another thing, we do hope our ancestor rest in peace.

出来打工一个多月了，马上就要回去了，决定写些东西谈谈这些日子以来的感想。应该说我是幸运的，因为暑假出来打工的人很多，我的好多同学都没能顺利进厂。而我们虽然地方换了好几个，毕竟还是顺利进了厂。进厂的前几天都是在培训，由于没有直接进车间工作，所以很是着急。到了第五天，终于进了车间，甚是高兴。第一天工作感觉很轻松，可是从第二天开始就开始感觉累了，一站一天，腿都发软，腰酸背痛，插件插的手疼的不得了，还不时的受到老员工的白眼和批评。总之，感觉糟糕透了，真是后悔来这个地方了。反正这日子是越过越不想过。

过一段时间，好不容易和老员工熟悉了，又换线了。又得重新开始了!还好感觉新的地方的人比原来那个地方的人脾气小点。可过几天就发现其实人都是一样的，熟悉了就会好一些。熟悉之后发现自己不习惯她们的做事方式，不习惯她们说话的态度…总体感觉还是不顺。

再过一段时间，习惯了这里的生活之后，忽然发现，其实出来打工在哪都是一样的，都会有一个过渡期。想起自己以前没少抱怨，总感觉在这累，还总是受气，不如在家的好。可毕竟总有一天是要到社会上谋生活的。想想最主要原因还是总以为自己是学生，总是把自己当作学生来看待。因为还没有还是真正踏入社会，所以对社会上的许多事都无法理解。总要慢慢长大的，不能总把自己当学生看待。其实一句话：还是对自己不够狠!

现在这地方快放假了，再过几天就可以回家了，很是高兴，非常高兴。其实在这过的还是挺压抑，虽然早想体验打工生活，可现在还是想回家。体验过了就该回去了!呵呵!

总之，这次出来感觉还是很有收获的。看到了一些人，看到了一些事，看到了一些人是怎样做的一些事!

After An Examination

After I got the news that I had passed PETS level 3 ,I were really happy at that moment .But when I knew the exact result,I didn’t have any successful or wonderful feelings,instend of that,I think the result was very strange.I couldn’t believe that.although my mark was high,everyone who joined the examination all got very good marks.Most of the students in my class could reach the average of 60.so I can’t be pleased with my reault,and it is not enough for me.Recently,I have mixed feeling.It even drives me crazy.I have though a lot about how to improve my English .I am so eager for improving.When I am in school ,I am just ok.. But when I out of that small world, I am nothing.
