After morning’s class, we couldn’t help rushing to the cafeteria. It always

brought us coolness. The food was so-so, but the home-cooking is much delicious.

When we almost finished eating, I suddenly saw a familiar face——our foreign

teacher Nick. A girl was sitting beside him. They were talking over lunch. I at

once told my friends Sandy and Jenny about it. We were so excited. I slowed my

speed of eating to wait for that girl. At the moment, they finished their lunch

12天的军训生活终归过去了，在苦累中收获了汗水和友谊，也和同学们熟悉了，更重要的是，锻炼了自己的意志。

刚刚得知军训12天的时候，我内心是拒绝的。怎么说呢，反正经常听说军训特别累，特别辛苦。于是，我万恶的内心一直在盘算着各种小计谋，想要去逃避军训。可当你真正熬过去后，就会发现，其实军训，没有想象中的那么痛苦，相反，会有一种怀念的感觉。

军训第一天，要早早地起床，闹钟响后，我拼命在床上挣扎，一厘米一厘米地挪，终于成为全宿舍最后一个起床的人。军训动员大会结束后，接下来一整天，都忙着训练，晚上回到宿舍，躺在床上，5分钟内，立马进入睡眠状态。这样的日子，说实话，我感觉自己熬不下去。但是，熬着熬着，时间很快就过去了……

后面的几天，更是和别的班并在了一起，组成了独一无二的八号方阵。大家站在热辣辣的篮球场上，享受着烈日的考验。下雨了，没关系，大家一起站着，一起撑着伞，一起唱着歌;做不好，没关系，大家一起受罚，一起流汗，一起坚持……一切的一切，都没关系，正所谓众人拾柴火焰高，只要大家团结在一起，无论遇到什么困难，我们都能挺过去。我们学了好多首军歌，但我最喜欢的还是那首团结就是力量。

一眨眼，到了检阅的日子。之前一次又一次的排练，大家有喊苦，也有喊累，却从来没有要放弃的，换来了主席台前大家整齐划一的步伐和嘹亮的口号声。怀着忐忑的心情走过了，也就无畏结果了。

军训是我们大学的第一课，它教会了我们什么是坚韧顽强，什么是团结一致，什么是无所畏惧。我坚信，它会成为我们大学中一段美好而难忘的记忆。

今天我们要进行一学期一次的期中考试，据老师说这次的的考试内容全部都是阅读理解，没有别的类型题目，共两篇课内，3篇课外。我刚听到老师说的这个消息后心里一阵大喜，因为这样就没有很难的选择题和课文内容填空了，可是我还不知道接下来我会被这些题目折腾的死去活来。

开始考试了，只见监考老师深情严肃地走到讲台旁对我们边发试卷边说：“拿到试卷写上班级姓名后便开始考试了”。拿到试卷我大致浏览了两张试卷后，不禁倒吸了一口凉气，这么难，不仅题多，而且每一道题目都不简单，分值也大。在答题中，我犹如在热带雨林中的一位探险家，一路上劈荆斩棘，虽然有几题把我难住了，不过只要我认真读题，仔细思考就能学出来，可试卷的最后一题，犹如最后的拦路虎把我难住了，我苦思冥想了半天才写了一个不确定的答案。就这样，在彼此起伏的心情中终于完成了期中的两张卷子。

时间如流水一般，一去不复返。明年我就要上六年级了，即将结束小学中的最后一场大考—小升初考试，但愿我能在那场考试总出色发挥吧。

8月24日 星期二 晴

今天早晨去学校的路上,阵阵轻风吹来，凉快极了。我的心情也因此十分舒畅，觉得可以摆脱昨天的酷热，凉快一天了。可老天就是不给面子，刚开始站队，太阳就一下子蹦了出来，发出他身上无限的能量，晒得地板滚烫滚烫，踩在上面热烘烘的。太阳光一下子就照到了脑袋上，让人皱着眉头睁不开眼睛，真刺眼!

我十分不情愿地把水瓶放在白线上，和太阳暴晒在一起。接着，自己也和水瓶一起“烤”了起来。唉!在太阳地下站得脸都快烤糊了!好热呀!嗯，我已经闻到烤乳猪的味道了……

首先，我们还是要站半个小时的军姿。刚开始，我和同学们一样，都挺胸昂头、精神十足地站着。可没过多久，就吹来了一阵热风，它让我快窒息了，我的头发也被风吹到了眼角上，有一种又痒又扎的感觉。我真想抠一下眼睛或抓一下头发，但是，动一下就得多站一分钟，我才不愿意连累同学们，就忍住了。唉!不过就是短短几分钟吗，可是，我总觉得已经过了好几个小时了，我流了一身的汉，头发也湿了。

就在这个时候，三个同学被连长挑去当升旗手了。唉呀，真羡慕死他们了。不但可以到树荫下，而且只需练正步，真美!

一会儿，我们复习过后开始学新的项目，可是我的心中一直想着树荫下的那三个“Lucky

man”，心不在焉，什么都听不进去，其它同学大概和我一样心里不平衡，结果走过来超过支，一直都是一塌胡涂。因此，教官很生气，不让大家休息。

到了下午，同学们都十分认真地去走，排面么整齐，速度都委一致，我也不再去想别的事情，对坐在树荫下的同学表示出视而不见，我们很快地学好了动作，坐在了树荫下。

下午，我们把军体拳全部地学完了。今天我的收获很大，同时我还学会了不被他人所影响。

It is true that summer is hot, very hot. But the wicked summer sun is

nothing to me, for I dont usually go out. What I like to do best during the

long summer vacation is to stay in my own little room and read. I love to read,

二部曲：英语考试开始了，紧张的气氛蔓延开来。拿到试卷，我快速的阅览着听力部分以后，便开始做笔试部分。我觉得选择题有几题有点搞，弄不清楚。于是我把不确定的空下之后继续奋笔疾书。这时听力开始了，我快速的消灭着，听力部分就OK了，之后我三下两下解决掉了后面的题目，翻到那道选择题开始思考。全部答完后，心里的石头总算落地了！

考试完，欢乐的气氛弥漫在教室里，美好的寒假在向我们招手。考完了，就是轻松。

This semester, my class has a new English teacher. She is a young and

beautifullady. We have a great impression on her. However, after several classes

later, things have changed. Firstly, she always talks in English. We dont

understandher words. We tell her that, but nothing changes. Besides, she always

asks usin English. The result is that we cant answer her question, because we

cant understand her. In addition, she is serious and never smiles to us. We

feel so depressiveto have her lesson. Therefore, all students are afraid of

Failure exists in every stage for everybody. As students, I think the most common failure would be failing in the exam. Yes, I have failed in the exam for many times. When they fail in the exam, they need a long time to recover, even have directly negative effect on their inner heart. This is not the right way to deal with this problem. Finally, we arrived in Guilin. After breakfast, we went to River Li. We listened to the guide and enjoyed the views on boat. But I found the water in River Li is dirty, many people washed clothes there. I feel angry and the trip became boring and exhausting.

今天终于到了桂林，我们吃过早饭后就出发去漓江。坐上了船后，我们听着导游的讲解，观赏着风景。可是我发现漓江的水很脏，有许多人在那里洗衣服。我很气愤。在接下来的旅途中很无聊我也很疲惫。
