今天下午，黄校长聚集了我们和南通师范的实习生开了一个小型会议。虽说主题只是围绕如何制作好一份儿简报，但我真的很受益匪浅，至少说我以前在这方面的知识是空白的。

黄校长围绕我们的见实习，提出了他自己的建议。如樟园印迹、校园观察行等版块，并一一为我们阐述了他的设计理念。这让我意识到，简报的设计原来是如此的有学问。

另外，黄校长还用七句话给我们总结了出简报的准则。我在此特作摘抄，留作学习。刊头设计形成系列，统筹组稿适时装满，拟定标题变换字体，控制字数及时增减，统一版式疏密有致，图文并茂以文为主，书面校对复制有方等。

总之，出好一份简报是一门学问，而且还是门大学问。

更重要的是，从出简报这种说小不小、说大不大的事情看出。要做好教育这项事业，要修的学问有很多很多，而且还要修好他们。就说简报，需要你的设计观、你的统筹观、你的组织观，你的文学造诣等等。更直接一点儿，你对现代信息技术基本能力的掌握，都起着举足轻重的作用。

我明白了，当好一名教师，不需要你是一名专才，而需要你成为一名全才。以后，要努力的方向多了。

No sooner had the witer vacation begun than I returned to my native town.

Of course I must make good use of it;.In the morning I reviewed my lessons and

family. hardly had the clock on the wall struck ten when I went to bed.

今天考，试试卷发下来了，几家欢喜几家愁的时刻终于再一次到来。然而以往一直是欢喜的我，这一次却是百感交集。

在试卷发下来之前，我的心是在“怦怦”的跳着。发下来之后，我的心中就一半儿充满了酸味儿，一半儿充满了甜味儿。大家一定会问：“这是为什么呢？”别急，我来慢慢解释。

在对大家做出解释之前，我先把我的成绩向大家汇报一下：语文90。5，数学100，英语97。怎么样，我的成绩还算不错吧？OK，现在成绩汇报完了，我来给大家做解释。

这次考试我们班普遍都考得非常糟糕，语文上90分的只有那么区区四个人，英语也考得远远不如人家一班。按理说我的成绩还算是不错的。但是这次语文……实在是让我太失望了！

先来说说语文。我是上九十分的四个人中的一个，但是仍然令我非常不满意。其中最令我不满意的就是作文。做完前面的题目后，我竟然随手就写，根本没有认真审题，理解错了人家的意思，结果自然是错到了姥爷家去。真是自作自受！谁让我没有认真读题呢？活该啊！

再说说语文中的的阅读短文。虽然我答卷答得非常漂亮，词语解释也回答的很到位，书写也不算差。可是……真不知道那个老师怎么改的！全靠书面知识，死挨死板的，竟然扣了我这么多分！太不公平了！哪天我一定要找机会去理论一下！

这次考试我发挥的并不算好，只拿到了第二名，在大家眼中我可能非常不错。但是我对这个成绩却非常不满意，唉！谁让我语文没有认真读题呢？作文扣了那么多分能够怪谁？还是得问我自己啊！

虽然我这一次没有考好，但是下一学期我会卷土重来，一定要雪这次考试失败的耻辱！我相信，只要我努力，胜利就将被我收入囊中！大家要给我加油鼓劲儿哟！

Today I was sad because I was blamed. The day before yesterday, my father gave me a tast. He told me to finish math exercises and he would check today. I have to days to finish them. But I did not, because there was a football game yesterday. I was so tired, so I forgot them. Today, my father wanted to check my exercises. He found I did not finish, so he scolded me. He was angry and he do not let me play football anymore. I am afraid I cant play football anymore.

作为一名乡镇的高考生刚刚进入大学，我的兴奋尽头还没有完全过去，军训就开始了。军训刚刚伊始的时候，我很是兴奋，因为看到这么多的完全不认识的陌生新同学，自己心中也是十分得激动与高兴，在连续多天的不断的军训锻炼中，认识新的同学，这是我一直以来都在兴奋中之事。不过军训说到底是累人的，骄阳似火，我觉得自己都要融化了，我感到了烈日的痛苦了。不过我相信自己可以度过这样的困难的，我可以做的更好。

军训的感受像个五味瓶，酸，甜，苦，辣，咸样样都有。然而军训对我们这些娇生惯养的小孩也是有好处的。有人说：“为什么要军训?军训有什么好处呢?”军训能使我们养成不畏困难的精神;使我们身体素质等方面都得到发展，并有时间培养一技之长，创造新的财富，只有这样，我们将来才能在社会上找到立足之地，成为一名合格的接班人;也只有这样才能是中国的未来不致落空。军训还能培养人有吃苦耐劳的精神呢。其实军训不但培养人有吃苦耐劳的精神，而且还能磨练人的坚强意志。它让我明白了很多人生哲理，唯有一句话让我感触最深，一分耕耘，一分收获，特别的面对艰苦的环境时，我们应该坚强，勇敢面对，而不是逃避。军训过后我有以下感受：

一、一分耕耘，一分收获。

的确如此呀，没有付出就没有收获。军训，对每个同学来说是多么的艰辛，在训练中付出的少怎能有更大的收获呢?但愿世间每个人都能悟出这其中的真谛，要做得好，得付出;要做得更好，得付出更多。

二、“团结就是力量”

水滴石穿，绳锯木断微小的力量一旦积攒起来，产生的威力可是无比的呀!当别人享受锲而不舍的喜悦时，你千万不要成为功亏一篑的典型。谁笑到最后，谁是最终的胜利者;谁坚持到最后，谁才是真正的英雄，谁才是战胜了自我的强者。这种团队精神的打造，友情的培养，完全是由汗水凝成，是无法用金钱来衡量的。而团结要靠共同的信念来凝聚，所谓“兄弟同心，其利断金”。总之，团结是大道理，不团结就没道理。

三、苦中作乐

真正的快乐是苦中作乐。军训虽然使得我们的身体疲惫不堪，但却使得我们的精神无比愉悦。我想，它净化的是我们的精神世界。听教官说起自己的经历，感叹其所受之苦远于我们之上，更感叹于他们以苦为乐，苦中作乐的精神。我也更加懂得了，真正的快乐并不是一种物质满足，也不是一种简单的乐观主义，而是在经历了痛苦磨难后的心灵净化与人格升华。我们的教官也许书读得没我们多，但他们的人生体验却比我们更加丰富，他们比我们更懂得做人的道理。古谚有云，读万卷书，行万里路。

四、勇敢

我想：一个人面对的是重重困难与艰难险阻，在你面前只有一条路勇往直前，不应该有退缩的想法，也不能退缩。无论这时的你是痛苦还是千千万万个不愿意，也不该有任何怨言。你应该有别人没有的顽强的意志与坚强;因为你是军人，你就不应该有所谓的累与苦，而拥有的是更多的勇敢。

五、面对挫折

军训时，我们的双肩虽然很酸痛，我们的双腿虽然很麻木，让我们真正地体会到苦和累。但我们不需抱怨它的苦难，它的辛苦和劳累，是在磨练我们像树一样坚挺向上，不屈不挠的意志，它带给了我们一个尊严，一种力量，一种不向任何权势卑躬的品质。正所谓人生苦短，年轻时吃点苦，受点累算什么。俗语说：“不经历风雨，何以见彩虹;没有一份寒彻骨，哪来梅花扑鼻香。”它教会了我们怎样去面对今后的挫折。

六、不做温室的花朵

温室的花朵，永远都经不起风雨的考验。平静的湖面，永远都训练不出精悍的水手。我们要懂得吃苦，更要经得起磨练，这样我们才经得起大风大浪，才不会被社会淘汰。

天空愈晴，星辰愈灿烂，一天军训后，我们的灵魂将得到升华.我相信军训后回拥有一个绚烂的星空，会有一个美好的明天，让我们大声说：军训，感谢你，感谢你，军训.我们爱你!

在军训中和教官之间的感情一点点的慢慢的加深，在军训结束之后，很多女生哭了，我们男生心里也不好受，我相信我会在今后的日子里永远的记住这一次军训。军训真是必须值得每一名大学生去回忆的事情，相信大家都能够认识到这一问题。军训是我们永远心中的梦想，在今后的大学四年里，军训将陪伴我们度过，我们的明天会更好!

a diary of my birthday

today is my nine-year-old birthday. i am very happy, because my father buys a big cake for me and my sister just comes to guangzhou . after dinner , my family celebrate my birthday .

i make a wish and blow out the candles . do you want to know my wish ? let me tell you , i wish i can study harder and harder ,then get the no.1 in our class. then i cut the cake and my family share the cake with me . how nice today!!!

Thanksgiving Day is coming, I have a lot of people to thank, thank my

grandpa, grandma, father, mother, teacher, classmates...

First of all, I would like to thank my grandpa and grandma, "thank you,

On the first day of the year, my father and I went to the cinema to see a

movie. That movie was good.

That movie is called "the kingdom of Rock 2, dragons wish". It is mainly

大年初一，我和爸爸去电影院看电影。那部电影很好。

今天，我发现大学生活的自由与自律使同学们不自觉地养成了散漫的坏习惯，纪律在同学们的认识中逐渐淡化，这也让我们在今天的军训中吃了很多苦头。

有些同学认为“大丈夫不拘小节”，在宿舍不叠被子，吃完饭不刷饭盒，学习用品随处乱丢，不遵守作息时间等事情与学习和工作相比都是小事，于是就放松了在生活上对自己的要求。这样的认识实为不妥。所谓“细节决定成败”，生活上的事看似是小，但却这代表了人生态度的问题。试想，如果我们没有良好的生活习惯，那么也就不会在平时的一点一滴中形成严谨的作风;一个做事不严谨的人，怎么可能取得更大的成功呢?

军训为同学们敲响了警钟。在军营中，让同学们感触最深的是军人的严谨作风。记得教官问同学们“学会没有”这个问题时，大家几乎不约而同地回答：“差不多。”教官也打趣说：“是差不多会了还是差不多不会啊?”在笑声中，同学们很自觉地体会到了严谨的态度。可以说，教官雷厉风行的作风和说一不二的严谨态度深深影响着每个同学。

当晨起的号声惊醒了同学们的美梦，当晨练随着太阳的东升撬开了惺忪的睡眼，令人惊叹的整齐内务与原本邋遢的宿舍形成了鲜明的对比，严格的起居要求使同学们开始憎恶原来“晨睡晨起”那样混乱的作息生活。

当一切看似严厉又不可理喻的要求变成了每天的习惯时，当优劣对比变得越来越明显时，同学们爱上了这种军营化的生活，这种有计划有目的、干净整洁、健康美丽的生活。

今天，天气很热，烈日炎炎。妈妈五点带我去学英语。

到了那里，我看见有很多的同学。老师是一个男的，个子高高的，眼睛下有一双炯炯有神的眼睛。总是穿着绿色的衣服，像个环保员。我们每个人，都觉得老师很有趣！张老师对我们都很亲切，我们语音读不好，他就很和蔼地帮助我们，直到读准语音，张老师真有耐心。张老师让我们表演课本剧，我们表演第13课的时候，我表演苏，老师表扬我演得好。轮到迈克表演，他不会读的时候，他很不好意思地脸红了。老师亲切地说：“你翻开课本看一下，下次要准备好。”老师对我们太好了。下课时，老师买了很多棋，让我们玩，老师就休息，改改作业。

今天，我的英语成绩得了Very good，好开心好高兴。

Today was sunny and i was in a good mood.Tired of studying and a bustle of

city life,I came to ecology park to enjoy the gorgeous scenery and get relaxed

in the afternoon。

when I arrived at the park ,the first thing came into my sight were the

thick green trees，therefore，the air was fresh,in addition， i could clearly see a

path skirting along the pond。laying on the lawn which was decorated by a various

of followers and seeing the blue sky,I felt at ease because all I wanted was

some peace and quiet。All thing formed a beautiful landscape, and you couldnt

imagine how romantic they were!

However，with the time passing so quickly，The day(不是sun) was dying in the

west. So i had to go back home! I would never forget such a memorable

I have stayed in Shanghai alone for a week. It’s time for me to go to my

real home—it is in Beijing. My parents are waiting for me. Although outside is

no matter how beautiful, Beijing is still my home. In fact, there is many fresh

things. Like red bayberries. In the afternoon, I took a bus to Beijing. I was

往往大多数同学，写感想事都有这些话“这一次考试太粗心了，以后我一定要努力，做一个......的好学生”或者是“这次有进步，但是我不会骄傲，我会继续努力的。”等一些千篇一律，庸俗，泛着腻味的语言，且往往是挥手潇洒一番，几天后又忘得精光。

其实，期中考试以及其他的那些考试都是一个个让你挖掘潜力的机会。你看的不仅仅是那些分数和名次，它们只是一些副要的外观因素，就好比那一件件华美的外衣装饰，无论它们再漂亮，再令人耳目一新，总有过时的一天。真正的主要因素，却往往是这些再普通不过的一碗饭、一杯水，是这些给予我们真正的力量。就如同试卷，你所要关心的不是成绩、分值，而是你所疏忽的，或者根本不会的题目，消化它们，就和仅是一样简单；不肯消化，就和画饼充饥的短暂快乐一样荒谬、随风消逝。

可是，在我对试卷进行的深入研究仿佛有微不足道，仿佛渺茫得像一粒细微的沙子。感到，脑子上花费多大的力气，不付诸于实际行动是不行的。

期中考试是一个教你做人的机会。你可以反省自己的错误和过失；可以反省到自己因为一个“懒”字而被耽误的知识；更可以反省到自己面对自己是所有的一切漏洞。

我觉得，对于感想，不是那种把错题报一遍，再把理由说一遍，最后当成混字数的秘籍来蒙混过关。最深层的那种内质，不用你去努力揭发，而是用心真正品味，打开了这个结，会给你一份未来的礼物。

Yesterday I came to the center of Chongqing with my mother. We came to a place named “toward the air door”. I think many people know it. The night view is so beautiful that we all don’t want to back to home. I have a photo here. In the nine, we had to go back home. I didn’t wash my face before I went to bed, I’m too tired.

July 12th Monday sunny

How tired am I! I went back from chongqing three hours ago. In the city I nearly lost the way. Thanks for the hot heart man and woman. They help us to find the way. July 9th Friday sunny,

How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. Because of this, I write English dairy eight in the morning. But I wrote it in the evening in the pass day. Everyone, if you can finish the work quickly, not lazy, just try your best.

July 6th Tuesday cloudy;

Ah ha, when I get up, it was time for lunch. But I really have a lot of work to

do, I must write words and English dairy, then learned “Li yang” English, and then …… .

Oh, my god, if I do it in the afternoon, I will ready to dead. So I wrote words, and now

July 5th Monday cloudy

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. But I also write English dairy too. Because of the wrong computer, the message didn’t here. I wish myself to live more better tomorrow.

Spring is the first season of a year, There are there months in spring :

Morch , April and May , The weather is warm and windy. It rains a lot. The trees

turn green and all the flowers are coming ont. In spring, I can wear my shirts.

I often plant trees and go hiking . So I like spring very much. Of course, I

like the Spring Festival, too.

寒假的一天

It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father

was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in

Shanghai opera. She was watching a Shanghai opera contest. The apartment was

very quiet. Suddenly the light went out. It was a blackout, but I liked it very

much. It came and I didnt have to do my homework. We went to the living room

very slowly.

After 5 minutes, we all sat in the sofa. It was a lucky, fortunate day. I

said that lets held a concert. My parents agreed with me. I took out some

candles and lighted up. We were singing, laughing and talking. We had a really

good time. But while I was singing, the light suddenly turned on. Oh, my God. My

father went back to his room went on writing.

My mother turned on the TV and said to me “Dear, do your homework!” I felt

very frustrated. I sat at the desk and thought I hated light. I hoped there

would be a blackout the ne_t day. I thought I would enjoy myself more and more.

I went into a dream.

My New Deskmate

My new deskmate is a boy of sixteen. His name is Zhang Gao. He is 1.8

meters tall. His strongly-built body and sun-tanned skin make him look like a

sportsman. He has two big dark eyes under a pair of thick eyebows. It seems that

they are always smiling at you. Compared with my yellow hair, his hair is black

and thick. He speaks a little bit fast but very clearly. However, he likes to

gesture from time to time while hes talking. He has a dream of becoming a famous

actor one day. I believe his dream will come true because of his handsome face

and well-developed figure.

我的新同桌是一个16岁的男孩。他叫张高，身高一米八。结实的身材、晒黑的皮肤使他看起来像运动员。他浓浓的眉毛下有一双又黑又大的眼睛，似乎总是在对人微笑。与我的黄头发相比，他有一头浓密的黑发。他的语速有点快，但相当清楚，只是他说话时爱打手势。他的理想是当一名演员，我想他英俊的长相和匀称的身材定会让他好梦成真。
