期末考试结束后，面对四个班的成绩，我喜忧参半：喜的是个班成绩比较均衡，优秀率都在百分之八十以上，及格率百分之九十九。忧的是我所教的四个班中的学困生比其他班多几个。感觉自己在平时的转化学困生工作中下了不少功夫，为什么没有进展呢?我静下心来好好反思自己的工作，总结经验与不足，为下学期的工作做一下铺垫：

一、教学经验

1。精心备课，不打无准备之仗。每节课上课前，我除了精心编写教案、学案外，还上网搜集各种英语课本知识相关的小视频，小动画，制作精美使用的课件，尽量用多种手段吸引学生的注意。事实证明精心，好上课的材料是提高课堂效率的有效策略。

2.严宽结合，狠抓课堂常规。我一直坚持对学生充满爱的教育，但绝不是无条件无原则的爱。尤其是在抓班级教学常规工作中，我更是注重严宽结合，当学生注意力集中时，我就抓紧讲解基础知识。当学生表现疲惫不专心时，我就放慢速度，运用课堂口令帮助学生集中精力。如：我要求学生坐端正会说：one-two-three学生就说：A-B-C并坐好。我要求学生认真听会说：Listen!学生要说：I will listen!总之，恰当的口令语是保证课堂顺利进行的重要条件之一。

3.以鼓励为主，关注学困生。我感觉教师的鼓励是学生奋进的催化剂，尤其针对学困生。平时我总是多给学困生表现的机会，及时肯定他们的进步，坚持给他们写鼓励性评语，让他们时时尝到成功的甜头。一学期下来，个班的学困生明显减少，并且普遍增强自信心，发挥出较强的主观能动性，激发出前所未有的兴趣和热情，英语成绩持续上升，在这次期末考试中脱颖而出。对于纪律不好的学生，我也是坚持多表扬少批评的原则，只要他们一有好的表现，我就会在全班同学面前大加表扬，强化他们已经形成的好习惯。确保班上每一个孩子都能参与到课堂教学的有效互动中，提高了课堂教学效率，在这次期末考试中四个班的成绩名列前茅。

二、不足之处：

1.对待学困生缺少耐心，没有关注好每一个学困生，为他们制定恰当的补习计划和措施。

2.经常犯急躁情绪，没有很好的反思自己的课堂教学而怪罪学生不会学习。

今后我会在原有成绩的基础上继续努力，潜心学习，积极探索更加有效地教学策略，关注每一个学生，为他们的终生学习奠定坚实的基础!

今天，我在爸爸的陪同下来到上师大参加上海音乐家协会的钢琴八级考试。我很紧张，生怕自己考不出，可我觉得自己以前都考出来了，这次应该也考得出。不知不觉来到了考场，我先等了会儿，我 又到候考区点名，然后排好队，老师把我们带进考试的教室，只看见一位老师年过花甲，一位很年轻，还有一架老钢琴。

考试开始了，前面的小朋友弹得比较差，弹错了好几个音，还断断续续的，总之没弹好。这让我有点信心，轮到我上去了，我的手掌和背上狂出冷汗，由于紧张，刚一开始，我音阶都没弹，直接弹曲 子，老师“咦”了一声，让我如梦初醒，我赶紧把音阶补上了。后来弹的曲子还比较顺利，我控制住了，只滑了两个音，考试的中间，我不知是谁说了声“太棒了”，让我信心倍增，心里美滋滋的。我 没听后面的小朋友弹，不过我觉得这次考试我可以过。

期中考试结束了，我语数外三科考的还可以，但是思品这门课我才考了二十几分，一下子我在班上的名次就排在了后边。看到别人的名次，想到自己的成绩，我心里很难受，为什么生活在同样的环境里 ，偏偏我考差了呢？

我分析了自己考差的原因：课堂有点管不住自己，爱说话，好动，注意力不集中。老师让我记的内容我没有认真落实。

通过这次考试我还认识到：在我们学习中，竞争非常激烈，一不小心就会被挤下来。

这次我没有考好，总结了这次教训，我知道我错在哪里。我一定要改正粗心大意的坏毛病。我相信：明天是美好的，但美好的明天不会从天上掉下来！在以后的学习中，我会认真听讲，勤奋好学。我一 定要认真仔细的做好每一道题目，用实际行动考出好的成绩，向老师和家长汇报。

在这个一个春暖花开，鸟语花香的日子里，我们不妨出来走动走动，如去敬老院看看孤寡老人，给她们送去我们的关心，给她们带去欢乐，让她们原本平静的心变得活跃;也可以去孤儿院看望那些失去父母缺少关爱的孩子们，给他们送去我们的祝福，陪他们玩游戏，让他们不再孤单寂寞……

又是这间教室，又是熟悉的考生，又是相同的监考老师，又是……

我疑惑了，怎么每次考试都这样地一成不变呢?说实话，我有些腻了。坐在同一座位考了这么多次试能不烦吗?

那位监考老师也依然如故，先轻轻推门进来，然后分试卷，发试卷，发答题纸，再后来就是叮嘱我们别写错号码，涂错数字。其实哪会错呢?都写了十几回了。可她仍然不放心，我们答题时，她从第一组第一号开始，检查答题纸及试卷的填涂情况。她静悄悄地，非常仔细，每一个数字都跟准考证核对无误后才轻轻地放下，离开，继续……

她检查到我时，答题纸上我该涂的都涂了，答案也涂了。本来我没发觉她来了，正答一道很长的题目。好不容易答完了刚伸一下懒腰，不料胳膊却碰到旁边一个人，吓了一跳急忙收回。抬头一看，正是她，她冲我和蔼地一笑，没有半点责备的意思。见我正在答题，这才轻轻翻过我的试卷和揉作一团的准考证，看她那一丝不苟的样子，我心中泛起一层莫名的涟漪，第一次觉得监考老师其实也很贴心，很温暖。

“这答题纸上的铅笔印涂得淡了些，待会儿如果有空就描深些，防止机器读不出来。”她轻轻地说完又将我的答题纸背面向上轻轻放好，离开，继续……一切都是轻轻的，好像生怕吓着我们。我赶紧拿起铅笔，把答题纸上所有选项全都涂深一遍，并没等到“有空”。我是第一次如此快乐地完成一项老师布置的作业。

“离结束还有30分钟，没做好的同学抓紧做好，做好的赶紧检查，在没有十足把握的情况下不要乱改答案。第一印象很重要!”虽然仍是这些听腻了的话，可为何今天听着不一样?

我心底的暖渐渐升温了，这在阴雨连绵的天气里，我真的有种莫名的冲动，想说出感激的话来。这时我感到考试也不是那么无聊了，而是从考试中感到了温馨。
