It doesn’t matter that the air-conditioner has been broken. But my notebook-computer also was broken. I really don’t know what to do. So I went to play basketball. I didn’t know any one in that place. And I was the first time to go there to play basketball. At first, there was no person playing basketball. So I played basketball alone. A few minutes later, some students came to play. So we played together. Of course, we had a match. And It lasts two hours. After the match, I felt I would be dead. I was too tired.

终于，终于!我太高兴了!终于，盼到了学农的日子，来到萧山区学农基地，展开了一周的学农训练!

第一天，我们大家都显得格外兴奋，本以为学农将是一件很幸福的日子，可谁知……

军训有12公里的拉练，学农也有，但是是徒步训练，我们刚刚蹲下去，施过肥，浇过水，大腿已经很酸了，还要绕如此之大的学农基地，这不就把我们累垮了才怪!——听到这个消息，我们当即崩溃，心想：怎么办?还要绕基地一圈，大腿不酸死是不可能的!可是，又有什么办法，“师命难违”啊!

我们怀着恐惧、不安、失落的心情，进行了徒步训练。“咚，咚，咚……”这是我们走路的声音，非常沉重。那时因为饿哦们非常不开心!那些路，都是山路吧!那石头满地都是，这使原本就不开心的我们又增添了几分忧愁。越走越累，“加油!到了学农的地方，就可以看电影了!一定会苦尽甘来的!加油!这样想着，脚步又有了力气，步子也轻快了，我怀着憧憬的心情，继续赶路了!

“耶!”终于到了学农基地，真高兴。总算拨开云雾见太阳了!残酷的徒步训练结束了，我们那美丽的天堂!

徒步训练完了，我们坐在一起看了一场电影，看好，回到了舒适的寝室，甜甜地睡了!从今天这件事中，我悟出了有苦就有甜的道理!

事实就是如此，命运就是一个爱抓弄人的淘气鬼。但是，“事实”和“命运”，他们都知道：有苦就有甜!加油!通过今天的事，希望以后，我都能够不怕苦，不怕累，做任何事都能从容淡定。

学农第一天，我便悟出了一个道理，相信后面几天，我必能够学有所长!

2.28 星期二 晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊！今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

August 12,20xx Friday Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will feel happy and become better.

春天是诗意的，美丽的，但在我心中，我一直都不喜欢春天。高紫星我出生在十四年前的那个春天，那是一个春暖花开的季节。当父亲接过我时，在那一声重重的叹息声里，全家人就认定我是个丑女。我从不敢照镜子，我怕自已会自卑地撞碎在镜子里。我甚至看见花都要跑——它令我自惭形秽。看到同学们那先是吃惊后是鄙夷的目光，我几乎死心了。于是我把自己孤僻起来，因为在我心中只有冰天雪地的冬天，而没有鸟语花香的春天。

我最后一点自尊也被世人吞噬，只能望着天流泪，抱怨命运不公，母亲也暗暗地着急。一天清晨，母亲带我走进后花园，当时已是一个万物萌生的春天，花儿一簇一簇地开放，姹紫嫣红，蜜蜂在花丛中辛勤地劳动，蝴蝶在空中翩翩起舞，一阵微风带来一股清香，好一幅生机盎然的景象。

It was the second day of our winter vacation. I felt good. I felt I’m free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

I caught a cold today

In this morning，I felt very uncomfortable when i wake up,after i got up，i

sneezed continuously,so i realized that i had caught a cold.Then i went to the

clinic nearby my home to see the doctor, the doctor prescribed some cold

medicine for me and told me to drink lots of hot water. After taking the pills i

had a good sleep,now i feel better,I hope i will be better soon.

money. Also I should help them. Although I can’t do something useful, but I

think I should share the work with them. I am one of my family member. In the

future, I will take a job and work. It’ time for me to begin to learn how to

teacher is English teacher. Who is she? Yes, she’s Linda.

In the morning, we see a new friend. Although I don’t know his name, I meet him. And I think this boy looks like Edison. He is handsome. Later we make up some short plays and my group also show our play. Our story talks about a magician helping some fishes. And we got No.1.

In the afternoon, we play a game. It is so much fun!

Although the class is still boring, I think, in our life, we still can find some happiness!

This day is too busy .We only have one day to Spring Festival .My father

and I stick these Spring Festival scrolls(春联) on the wall . The work is to tired

but we are happy . I can cut tape to my father and he stick .In this way ,we

floor .The wall is owned to my father .And my mother clean the window .We

Today was sunny and i was in a good mood.Tired of studying and a bustle of

city life,I came to ecology park to enjoy the gorgeous scenery and get relaxed

in the afternoon。

when I arrived at the park ,the first thing came into my sight were the

thick green trees，therefore，the air was fresh,in addition， i could clearly see a

path skirting along the pond。laying on the lawn which was decorated by a various

of followers and seeing the blue sky,I felt at ease because all I wanted was

Today my parents took me to my grandfathers house.I played with my
