he Lantern Festival is a very busy day. On the Lantern Festival this year, I went to the small square with my mom and dad to watch the Lantern Festival. I cant wait to get a small square, where the lights are all kinds of pagoda shaped, with lights, big fish shaped lamps, saw a whoosh, a fireworks into the sky, in the sky from colorful light.

I was depressed because couldnt understand an English book after I bought

it. could understand nothing. I thought maybe I should study English hard and

only by this could I learn a lot of knowledge and understand English aw well as

communicate with others in English. I told myself, just go.

炎热的夏天伴随着第十周的到来，我们也测试了期中考试。

当试卷发下来时，我惊呆了。我的语文才考95分，数学也只考了94分，英语也才考了98。5分。我的成绩一下子滑了下来，我不由得想起了考试时的情景：考语文时，因为我觉得试卷很简单，就掉以 轻心，不重视这张期中试卷，所以就很简单的去写，导致了分很低的原因。数学，大部分是因为没看清题目，看一半就写了答案，还有就是应用题写错数字，导致了整个题都做错。英语，有一题是因为 我在写“两个美术教室在我学校。”中的“两个美术室”后面应该加“s”，而我却没有加，所以扣了0。5分，还有一题是因为我自己理解错了意思，所以又扣了1分。在这些错的中，我最不该错的就是数 学，数学既不用听录音，又不用写很多字，就是简简单单的几个数字，我都要错那么多个。

我们的人生虽然偶尔会有一些错，但我们要去改正。那个错就像是一个坑，一个小坑，你可以从上面跨过去，不用填它，可是你后面面对的坑就会越来越多，越来越大，到你想去填那些坑的时候， 就已经晚了。所以我们一定要认真学习，努力向上，用行动去证明自己能改变。

Yesterday, I decided to go outside for picnic, but unfortunately, it

suddenly rained.I felt very disappointed, but I knew one thing: next time, when

I decide to do something, I should pay attention to the weather

Nowadays, many families have a dog or a cat as a pet. Some people think

that pets are good and helpful companies. Some of them even go so far as saying

that animals are as good as humans, and their rights should be respected .Senior

citizens are especially fond of keeping pet because they are always feeling

lonely at home and they see the cats or dogs as their partner.

But some other people do not like pets. They say that animals are noisy,

dirty and dangerous. They think laws should be made to forbid people from

keeping pets in cities and towns.

In my opinion, pets are loyal friends that will never betray us. Staying

with pets, we shall enjoy happiness and feel relaxed. Most important of all,

keeping pets helps people to reduce loneliness and forget their unpleasant

天是星期三，去完学校准备去弹钢琴，小瑄她到了钢琴班，现在开始一本、一本的练，上课上到一半，老师突然说：“这三首曲练久一点，要去考级喔!”小瑄吓了一跳，因为这是她第一次参加考级。

回到了家，她立刻打开钢琴练习，妈妈问：“今天怎么这么认真?”小瑄说：“因为要钢琴比赛呀!”妈妈的情绪也跟着上上下下，爸爸也为她加油、打气。

我曾把“军训”当作“苦”的代名词。经历了第一天军训，我才体会到：军训何只是一个“苦”能描述?那要求严格却和蔼可亲的教官;那经过多次艰苦训练而取得的进步;那飘荡在校园内的洪亮的歌声……这些不都是快乐的痕迹吗?军训固然辛苦，它就像攀登高峰，那“苦”是路上的荆棘，但更多的是快乐——那沿途的风景。

今天新来了俩个同事，都是漳州师院的。她们都比我一个大二，一个大三，但是她们看起来挺干练的，一问才知道她们从大一起就在周末兼职了，因为家里经济压力比较大的原因她们从大一起就自己解决生活费了，一个女生告诉我大一的时候她每个周末会骑两个小时的自行车到一个小学生家里当家教，上课的时间也是两小时来来回回的感觉一天都在忙碌虽然钱不多一个小时20元但是很充实。她面带微笑的给我描述那些但是还是想我想到了很多，想想在大学的时候有多少学生在学校攀比挥霍，他们可曾想过穷人家的孩子为了区区40元要如何去努力呢。包括今天新来的两个同事，住在一起的老师一共9个，有教数学，化学，物理和英语的。虽然中学的时候我的物理还是不错的，但是我还是选择了自己的专业英语。学友负责人是个挺帅的男老师，他姓卓他自己是教化学的是化学组的组长。他给每个老师分配了一下各自的教学任务额课件。我是英语教研组的组长助理也许是因为我是大四的学生吧就把这个职位分配给我了，不知道能不能做得很好但是我会尽力的，既然来了就要做好。她还给老师没人发了两套工作服和工作牌挺职业的感觉。整理好自己的东西我就进了房间，还好有空调不热，美美地睡一觉明天好好工作。相信自己能行的。

今天，老师让我看了我的期末考试的试卷，我觉得最让我失分的地方总共有三处，三处的详情如下。

第一处是看拼音写词语，那里是开卷的第一题的第二个。那个上面的词语是崎岖，我竟然把它写成了歧途，真是的。我想错的原因是我当时刚开始写，有些心奋，所以误写成了歧途。

第二处是排句子的顺序，这个比较容易。但由于我粗心大意，把顺序多写了一个，导致在此失去了五分。

第三处是我写的作文。这一处老师说是我的选材不好。题中给出了两个题目，分别是我想让教是更干净和我想让小鸟有个幸福的家。我选择了第一个，老师说这个题 目虽然易写但想得高分却并不容易，选择第二个题目更容易表达自己的真情实感，更容易得高分。

我这回的语文成绩虽然不理想，但我会记住语文老师的一句话：阳光总在风雨后。

我们学校在11月5，6，7日进行了期中考试，可是成绩却不太理想。语文考88，数学也考88，就英语考了93，这让我妈妈很生气。我以前考试都超90了，这次才考80多，我怎么也不明白，为什么 成绩会下降。

老师分布成绩时，我的心都快提到嗓子眼了，到放学的时候我怎么也笑不起来，说笑话也是苦笑一阵，心里充满着害怕和苦恼。

我不知道是什么原因使我学习成绩下降了，但是，我保证，我是学习委员，大家都向我学习，如果我学习不好，别人呢？他们也要学习不好吗？我以后一定要好好学习，认真听讲，为班级 体争光！

星期四的下午，黄老师发期中考试的试卷。试卷还没到手时，我迫不及待地想看到我的卷子，因为，我自己觉得考得还不错。但是，试卷传到我手里时，那个刺目的85分让我目瞪口呆，怎么会呢！我不敢相信自己的眼睛，揉揉眼睛再看，结果还是这么多，我心里又难受又害怕，怕妈妈骂我。

哎！谁叫我那么不听话呢？平时，妈妈叫我要多看看课外书，还要多复习、预习。可我总觉得自己太忙太累，什么都不愿做。妈妈要我做什么事时，速度快一点。我也没当回事，结果这次考试做阅读时，由于时间不够，心里紧张，就没认真思考……想到这些，我觉得惭愧。以后我一定要多看课外书，多复习课文，还要加快速度，听老师和父母的话，这样，就不会考85分这么低的分了。

期末考试结束后，面对四个班的成绩，我喜忧参半：喜的是个班成绩比较均衡，优秀率都在百分之八十以上，及格率百分之九十九。忧的是我所教的四个班中的学困生比其他班多几个。感觉自己在平时的转化学困生工作中下了不少功夫，为什么没有进展呢?我静下心来好好反思自己的工作，总结经验与不足，为下学期的工作做一下铺垫：

一、教学经验

1。精心备课，不打无准备之仗。每节课上课前，我除了精心编写教案、学案外，还上网搜集各种英语课本知识相关的小视频，小动画，制作精美使用的课件，尽量用多种手段吸引学生的注意。事实证明精心，好上课的材料是提高课堂效率的有效策略。

2.严宽结合，狠抓课堂常规。我一直坚持对学生充满爱的教育，但绝不是无条件无原则的爱。尤其是在抓班级教学常规工作中，我更是注重严宽结合，当学生注意力集中时，我就抓紧讲解基础知识。当学生表现疲惫不专心时，我就放慢速度，运用课堂口令帮助学生集中精力。如：我要求学生坐端正会说：one-two-three学生就说：A-B-C并坐好。我要求学生认真听会说：Listen!学生要说：I will listen!总之，恰当的口令语是保证课堂顺利进行的重要条件之一。

3.以鼓励为主，关注学困生。我感觉教师的鼓励是学生奋进的催化剂，尤其针对学困生。平时我总是多给学困生表现的机会，及时肯定他们的进步，坚持给他们写鼓励性评语，让他们时时尝到成功的甜头。一学期下来，个班的学困生明显减少，并且普遍增强自信心，发挥出较强的主观能动性，激发出前所未有的兴趣和热情，英语成绩持续上升，在这次期末考试中脱颖而出。对于纪律不好的学生，我也是坚持多表扬少批评的原则，只要他们一有好的表现，我就会在全班同学面前大加表扬，强化他们已经形成的好习惯。确保班上每一个孩子都能参与到课堂教学的有效互动中，提高了课堂教学效率，在这次期末考试中四个班的成绩名列前茅。

二、不足之处：

1.对待学困生缺少耐心，没有关注好每一个学困生，为他们制定恰当的补习计划和措施。

2.经常犯急躁情绪，没有很好的反思自己的课堂教学而怪罪学生不会学习。

今后我会在原有成绩的基础上继续努力，潜心学习，积极探索更加有效地教学策略，关注每一个学生，为他们的终生学习奠定坚实的基础!

我们我们进行了一次紧张的活动，就是数学月考。我们进入考场后，我开始看合订刊了。

发完卷后，我看了一遍试卷，我先看的是解决问题，你们知道我为什么要先看解决问题吗？因为我看一看这些解决问题我都会不会，老师讲过没有。我爸解决问题这几个题看了一遍，我发现，我都会，而且老师都讲过。开始答题了，我们每一个人都专心、认真的做试卷上面的每一道题。我做完填空题，就开始做判断题了，我有一个判断题不确定，然后，我就在草稿纸上面写了写，我就把正确答案写出来了。做过判断题，就开始做选择题了，当我做到最后一个选择题的时候，我看了好几遍的题，都没有把正确答案写出来，当我把题都写到草稿纸上的时候，我知道了，这个题老师原来讲过，这下，我才我这道题的正确答案写出来。

我做了一会儿，就做到了解决问题了，我爸解决问题的第一小题，读了好几遍，终于把答案写出来了，我不确定这道题我做的这道题对不对，我就继续往下面做了。

我回教室的路上，我的心里有点儿不安定，总觉得自己有个题做错了似得，到了教室后，教室里一片沸腾，他们都在讨论自己的题，看看自己是否写对了。我就有些儿题不给别人对，因为我要是发现自己那个题做的不对的话，我就觉得很伤心，又觉得很紧张，因为又怕自己考不好，被老师批评，把家长批评。

我觉得我这一次考不到90分以上。

It was sunny and hot today. I got up early at half past six. I read English

and then had breakfast. I helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my

在考试前,我没有好好复习,没有去巩固知识点,在这次考试中有些题目也不会答.

在考试时,看题目不认真,有些会的题目也做错了,很不应该,在下次的期末考试中,我要争取不重复犯这种同样的错.

The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather is, we still keep on studying English hard.

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our future.

On the other side. I felt uncomfortable today. Perhaps it’s a small regret for such a wonderful day. But I think tomorrow still will be rosy.
