习惯，不管是好是坏，都是逐渐形成的。当一个人反复的做某件事时，他就会被某种看不见的力量驱使不得不以同样的方式再去做这件事，于是习惯就形成了。习惯一旦形成，就很难、有时几乎不可能改掉。因此，在养成习惯时我们都应该特别小心，这一点至关重要。

良好习惯有着许多优点。早睡早起身体好；勤奋助人成功；诚实助人赢得他人的尊重和信任。

如果我们养成了坏习惯，比如：粗野、懒惰、说谎、偷窃，我们就可能堕落。

我们应该远离坏习惯并努力养成对己对人都有好处的习惯。

风和太阳

One day the wind said to the sun, “Look at that man walking along the road.

I can get his cloak off more quickly than you can.”

“We will see about that,” said the sun. “I will let you try first.”

So the wind tried to make the man take off his cloak. He blew and blew, but

There are many kinds of sports that I enjoy, such as swimming, running, and

The basketball games have given me the most wonderful time in my life.
