在课余闲暇时间，每个人喜好不同来放松心情，暂时抛开学业或工作上的压力，让一直紧绷的心情得到纾缓，更为了累积精力，再站起向前奔驰，我认为，兴趣是快乐的代名词。兴趣不只代表放松，它代表我们具备哪些能力，能够决定未来往哪个方面发展，适合担任何种职位，随着时间流逝，我们逐渐发现兴趣、培养兴趣、发挥兴趣，以达成梦想为目标而循序渐进，如果没有兴趣，即是没有志向，不知道要往何处前进，自己适合什么工作，如此茫然不知所措，就像无舵之舟、无衔之马，因此兴趣与我们的生活息息相关。透过兴趣，我们觅得自己的定位，而绝多数工作都伴随它的存在，假如工作能成为兴趣，投注热情于其中，我们的人生将会精采万分，笑容也会多一些，因此发掘兴趣是每个人一生必经过程。

学业帮助我们站在世界屋脊，开拓新视野，让我们拥有浩瀚的知识；兴趣引领我们寻找自己梦想，了解自己快乐泉源，进而将学习应用在梦想之上。我觉得学业与兴趣两者相得益彰，学业能让我们接触不同的职业，学习到各种能力，而发挥兴趣与专长的途中，需要注入学业获得的知识，才能更加顺利。现阶段的我们，不应该为 了其中一者而忽略另一个的重要性，常有人专心学习却让自己不快乐，甚至不知自身兴趣所在，或是成天休闲而荒废学业，白白浪费宝贵时间。其实学业和兴趣是可以兼顾的，在专注于课业的同时，思考并分析自己的喜好，兴趣不分性别、人种，任何有意义且正向的事都可成为兴趣，以自信和毅力，结合两者并构筑理想。从学习中发现兴趣，认真学业将它转变为专长，我相信，自己能拥有一段不凡的生命旅程。
