随着科技的发展和进步，越来越多的方式可以用来充实我们的生活。但是选择静下心来做一件事的着实很少。我先前问过我身边的学习优秀的同学，为什么他们总会有好成绩，回答有很多，但其中被提及频率最高的就是“抓紧一切时间”。

于是，我便开始“抓紧一切时间”去学习。在语文要背诵课文时，我就会拿着语文书来回踱步，心想着：一有时间就拿出来看。如上段，吃饭排队时，我就打开书，读上一两句句子，但没看多久便看不进了，看着别人都在你一言我一语地聊着天，而我却独捧了一本书，心中的满足感油然而生：我真努力！

此后的一段时间，我皆是如此。但立马就有一个困惑在我心头展开：为什么我已经这么努力了，成绩却一点也没有起色？而且感觉学习越来越累了？总会有一种自己的时间”碎“了的感觉。我实在找不出答案，就去请教我的老师。她对我道：“你定是遇上了”碎片化“的时间了。何为“碎片化”呢？就是你除了能大部分的利用的时间外零碎的时间。你想好好利用它并没有错，但要注意适当的方式方法。“那什么才是适当的方式呢？”我急切的问道。“你要记住什么是整体，什么是局部，主次分明。”老师不紧不慢道。

我恍然大悟，原来是我之前更倾向于我那“碎片化”的时间，反而把占大多数的学习时间给挤兑掉了，效率也大大降低，难免就变成了“高效的无用功”。

如今生活节奏的加快，令我们的生活产生了更多碎片，要自己管理碎片化的时间，切记不要以为抓住了碎片而放弃了整体，别让碎片化的时间主宰了你。
