As Shelby， the not cruel master， he has incurred serious debts- prompting him sell some slaves to avoid financial ruin， so Uncle Tom， Shelbys loyal servant since childhood was sold to Mr. Haley， the slave trader. Uncle Tom remained loyal to his master， despite his betrayal and the risk of death at the cruel hands of a new master. The slaves at the plantation were very mournful， but Tom remained placid and tried to read his Bible for fort. On the steamboat to New Orleans， where Tom was to be sold， Tom befriended an angelic little girl， “Little Eva” St. Clare. Uncle Tom saved the five-year-old beauty from drowning， and she convinced her father to buy Tom for her own family. In her family， Tom enjoye.

As we all can see that Uncle Toms Cabin was an anti-slavery novel and it was even considered as one factor that caused the Civil War. In the novel， the slaves were sold from one place to another frequently， and their fate was tragic， with no exception- just like Uncle Tom， no matter he was under the control of kind masters or evil masters， he cant escape the misfortune of being sold from one master to another. We cant see any human right of them， so terrible.

As someone said， with more people realizing the inhumanity of slavery in the 19th century， slavery became one of the most important issues and it became more violent year by year in American society. However， slavery was not abolished irrevocably until ratification of the 13th Amendment to the Constitution in 1865， following the Civil War. 我生长在一个普通工人的家庭。爸爸是曾经是煤矿工人，听说他下井有20年的时间。从我记事开始，爸爸很少跟我提煤矿的事情，井下的情形。我也很少去想这样的事情。爸爸是很苦的。爷爷在他10几岁就去世了，奶奶拉扯着5个孩子，家庭的窘境常常让爸爸抬不起头来。他插队回来后，就被分配到了龙凤矿去采煤，那时候爸爸常常倒班，真的就像书里面的少安的生活一样。他人又瘦又高没什么力气，灰心绝望中的他，只是简单的希望自己的下一代不要承受这些苦难。所以爸爸从来不开口跟我讲他的痛苦，黑暗的处境。

The Olympic Games, which originated in ancient Greece, is the most distinguished sporting event in the world. Once every four years, the utmost athletes from all around are lured to gather together and spare no efforts to compete against each other and try to win a medal for the country that they represent. Frankly speaking, that was virtually all I knew about the world-famous Olympic Games before I had read a book entitled The Olympics published by Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press. However, I found even more philosophy beyond just winning medals from reading the book, which was beyond my imagination and considerably inspiring.

Someone once said, “Were everybody on earth involved in some kind of sport, our world would be free of war for long.” Starting from three thousand years ago, the ancient Olympic Games has long been an event not only for competition but also for peace. In ancient times, no war was allowed between the cities during the Games, which was rather surprising to me since I could hardly imagine warriors actally putting down their weapons and give a break for peace. The precious tradition of peace continued: I would never fail to recall the scene of the opening ceremonies when North and South Korean athletes entering the stadium with their hands held together. The two neighboring countries that used to be enemies are no longer enemies during the Games. Instead they became friends. Speaking of the XX Athens Olympics, perhaps most people would have the same opinion that the most noable part of the opening ceremony arrived when Iraqi and Afghan representatives showed up. These two unfortunate nations, the people of which have undergone innumerable wars, are coming back again to take their own responsibility in world sports after recent invasions by America. The fearless people of Iraq and Afghanistan are once more sharing the spirit of the Games with people from the rest of the world.

There is another story in this book that makes me deep in thoughts. There is no doubt that the most unusual Olympic Games ever in history is the 1936 Olympics held in Germany, which was then ruled by the Nazi Party. Led by Adolf Hitler, the Nazi believed that the so-called Aryan people were superior to all others in all aspects. They looked down upon Jews and blacks, the latter of which was a major constitution of the United States Olympic team. Despite the barrier that faced him, the African American Jesse Owens, who was a most outstanding runner and jumper, did all that he could and finally won gold medals for his country and went home a hero. This reveals another fact that no power on earth is able to hinder the sacred Olympic Games. For all participants, no matter what their gender, race, nationalities and backgrounds are, equality is distributed among every one who observes the Game’s rules.

At the XX Athens Olympics, our Chinese team did extraordinarily well. We ranked second on the medal lists for the first time in history. In my opinion, however, we should not only concentrate on the figure of medals; instead the strength and perseverance of those who failed to get any medals ought to be highly cherished. Whether ever success or failure, whether ever cheer or tear, whether ever medal or not, the never-gave-up spirits of athletes are always motivating us. Based on Mark Twains novel, The Millionaire Pound Note takes an interesting satirical look at the hypocrisy stemming from class distinction in the 50s England. England is a country where class and wealth are given extreme significance, especially among the rich. The film shows the hypocrisy that existed among these people, how the rich are quick to change face when in an instant they find out that youre a man of wealth and how within the next moment they revert back to their condescending selves when all wealth is lost.

Interestingly, The Millionaire also briefly looks at how the English perceived Americans in that era. Rich Americans were welcomed as outsiders and the poor were quickly shunned away. The fact that hes an outsider either makes him more appealing or the complete opposite. The story sticks to the main theme by emphasizing on the hypocrisy of the upper class society but at the same time it also creates a balance that prevents the movie from being a mockery of the British society. The movie drags at some point but the love story appears at the right time and there is plenty of comedy to keep one entertained. A charming Gregory Peck totally nails the part and the luminous Jane Griffiths is a treat. Reginald Beckwith, as Pecks sidekick Rock is amusing. The ending is a little predictable but the director does an overall good job by rounding it up and presenting his points.

翻开那洁白如雪的封面，一股书香扑面而来，深深沁入我的心脾，我仿佛闻到了这其中的酸甜苦辣。映入眼帘的是一片纯粹的洁白。纸上只有那一小片平缓的土坡，两个人站在那似乎在深情地对视，又仿佛在诉说着彼此的肺腑之言，耐人寻味。那一小片土坡或许正是他们所走过的路吧。

当我读到“他很快蹲下来，慌得如同偷窃一般，用勺子把盆底那一丁点剩菜汤往自己的碗里舀。铁勺刮盆底的嘶啦声像炸弹的爆炸声一样令人惊心……”时，我羞愧不已，恨不得找个地洞钻进去。少平才十七八岁，正是长身体的时候，可他连饭都吃不饱，总是头昏眼花。而我呢？衣食无忧，吃得饱，睡得香，吃饭时还挑三拣四，可少平呢？我真是身在福中不知福，太不应该了。他在这上学实在是太艰难了，经常忍饥挨饿，受冷受冻，换做是我，早就受不了了。虽然如此，但他并没有埋怨人世的不公，而是怀着自己的理想，勇敢面对这一切，在艰难的环境中发愤图强，更加认真地刻苦学习，坚持着自己的目标。“吃得苦中苦，方为人上人”想到这，我的眼角不禁湿润了，越来越觉得他懂事了，他野草般顽强的生命正在燃烧着。

记得有一次，那天放学时雨雪交加，天空阴沉沉的，乌云密布，电闪雷鸣，我吓到直哆嗦，要是能快点到家就好了。刺骨的寒风像利刃般刮在我的脸上，冻得我鼻涕直流。不知怎的，电瓶车半路上没电了，真是雪上加霜啊。我们在冰天雪地里走着，母亲教我用两只手不停地揉搓，我总算好受了些。快要到家了，可我又累又冷，实在是走不动了，母亲一直在鼓励着我，告诉我不能放弃。我休息了一下又坚强地站了起来，咬牙坚持着走到了家。母亲给我上了一堂课，她使我明白了做人要坚强，要坚持不懈地努力，勇敢面对困难。正所谓“不经一番彻骨寒，哪来梅花扑鼻香”少平那坚强勇敢，坚持不懈和吃苦耐劳的优秀品质，熠熠生辉，照耀着我努力向前行。

当我读到“晓霞什么也没想就跳入水中，她在洪水中失去了控制自己的力量。不过她在漂浮物中抓住了一块木板，她奋力推到小女孩身边。当他看到小女孩抓住木板时，一个浪峰从她头上盖了下来……”时，我不禁潸然泪下，悲痛欲绝，我的心中受到了极大的震撼，在最后一刻，她眼前只想过少平的面影，脸上露出了甜美的微笑，并伸出一只手似乎要抓住他心爱的人的手，接着她就在洪水中消失了。死神虽然可以夺去人的生命，但却永远夺不去生死关头那女孩心中所蕴含的信念和精神！常常在生命边缘蕴含着振撼人心的力量，人生所有的苦难如轻烟般飘散。善良勇敢的那个女孩，你舍己救人，为了救小女孩，不惜牺牲自己，你不愧是福军的好女儿，你是好样的，你很光荣。你没有离开我们，而是以另一种方式活在我们的心中。我的心灵在你的照耀下，美丽动人，漾起了阵阵涟漪。

命运总是不如人愿。但往往是在无数的痛苦中，在重重的矛盾和艰难中，才使人成熟起来，坚强起来；虽然这些东西在实际感受中给人带来的并不都是快乐。世界上最坚硬不屈的就是那苦难中微笑着、痛苦着、美丽善良的灵魂。

冰心说过：“成功的花，人们只惊羡她现时的明艳，然而当初的芽儿，浸透了奋斗的泪泉，洒满了牺牲的血雨。”绽放在荆棘丛中的花美艳芬芳，是因为它在危机四伏的环境中凭借着顽强的生命力在苦难中不停地挣扎，去奋力汲取水分和营养。你无法想象它所付出的努力，它想要冲出荆棘丛开出花来，再放这世间最美的色彩。这正是平凡的世界中所不平凡的。

《平凡的世界》带来不平凡的感受，我愿做那绽放在荆棘丛中的花，努力生长，与荆棘做斗争。坚强勇敢地活下去。在这平凡的世界中我要活出我的色彩，去开启那超凡脱俗的苦难之旅。

《平凡的世界》是路遥先生尽一生心血而创作的一部巨著。书中的人物虽是在平凡的世界，但却不甘平凡，那是因为他们不畏挫折品质熠熠生辉。让人感慨的同时也引人深思。

在书中，我最欣赏的是他们不畏挫折，摔倒了就爬起来的精神。在最开始，孙家是最穷的一家。他们虽然劳动力较多，但他们的收成都是要在劳动队里平分，而这就使不劳而获的人占了很多便宜，但是他们没有放弃。后来孙少安在劳动队里推行了单干的制度，这让他们家富裕了起来，建起了砖厂。但由于技术人员是冒牌的，砖全部废了，导致他没有钱还债，然而他还是没有放弃，最终用七拼八凑的钱重新开了工，不仅还了债，还成为了他们村第一个万元户。而孙少平在上完高中之后，不甘于在村子里一直作为一个的农民，没有在村子里一直待着，来到了县城，在那里做小工。他在那里不仅认真工作，而且没有放弃学习与阅读。最终成功成为了一个真正的煤炭工人，还成为了班长。虽然他深爱的女友以外身亡，虽然他在在脸上留下了狰狞的伤痕，但他依然能坚强的面对明天。

其实在生活中，我们也或多或少的遇到挫折。而可能因为挫折就停滞不前了，但也有可能让我们经过挫折的磨砺而更加坚韧与强大。从国家的角度来说，我们的中国，在经过了屈辱的鸦片战争与日军侵华，以及后来的文革浩劫，我们都战胜了这些挫折。正是因为这些挫折才能推翻大清，才能给予我们国共合作的机会，才能意识到自身制度的问题。所以，我们现在拥有一个强大的祖国。而从个人的角度来说，我也在学习与练习游泳的过程中也遇到了许多挫折。在我小的时候，我一看到水就怕。在开始学游泳的时候，我没次都无法憋太久的气，甚至蛙泳都坚持不了划一次手，但我想，游泳即是一门技术，又可以强身健体，关键时候还可以救命。所以我就学了下来。经过了我无数次的憋气练习与无数次的基础动作的学习。我渐渐从只会蛙泳学到了自由泳，再慢慢将自由泳练得更加纯熟。这其中的挫折，因为我的强大的内心，意志，以及我的勤奋与坚韧而坚持了下来。同样，我的奥数，测向等等都遇到过种种挫折与困难，但我都坚持下来。所以我现在才能依然会这些技能。

其实，挫折并不可怕。就像平凡的世界中的孙家。他们原本连温饱都成问题，在比我们肉体和精神上都苦难与艰辛的人生中，他们仍然能跨过一道又一道坎，创出自己的辉煌。那我们有什么理由畏惧与逃避困难呢？我们应该直面挫折，将它正面击溃。正所谓“风雨过后，便是彩虹”

未看这本书前，在我的世界观中，悲与欢、生与死、穷与富、世事的变更，都是世界上平凡的事。可是在看完这本书后，我的想法改变了。虽然这些事对于世界来说是平凡，但对于当事人来说，这些都不平凡。

这本书让我对农民重新定义了，原来农民并不是只面朝土地背朝天，埋着头一声不响地干活的。原来他们也是有自己的追求的，这本书中，给我印象最深的人应该是孙少平。他虽然只是一介农民，但他不甘于平凡，敢于向命运发出一次又一次的挑战，其实孙少平是一个悲催的人，他的爱情路不如意，明明与地主家庭出身的郝红梅产生情愫，在被同班同学侯玉英发现并当众说破后，与郝红梅关系渐变恶劣，。明明最后日子都过得好一些了，妻子秀莲却生了肺癌。而他的事业线也十分曲折，虽然前面一段由建筑工人转换成煤矿工人，转换的十分顺利，但是之后由于技师根本不懂技术，砖窑蒙受很大损失，不过好在最后少平在朋友和县长的帮助下使砖窑再度奋起，成为了当地社会主义建设的领头人。

虽然孙少平的命运十分坎坷曲折，但他身上那股子不服输的精神深深地震撼了我，他是一个纯粹的人，他觉得人活着不能光是为了钱，还要有更高的精神追求，要为了自己的理想去奋斗，少平骨子里与哥哥少安不同，他是一个高尚浪漫的人。

其实作为一个读者，你可以把这本书当做许多不同方面的书籍去解读。比如，你仅仅把他当做一本长篇小说来欣赏，因为它里面的情节内容丰富，人物形象塑造的饱满;再如，你可以把它当做一篇学术材料来研究，因为它里面的人物，风俗都是有原型，有依据的;或者，你还可以把它当做一本激励书籍，因为这里面的人物都是乐观向上，开朗大方，遇到困难不退缩，不屈服的。

延安大学文学研究所所长梁向阳曾经评价过：“部小说所传达出的精神内涵，正是对中华民族千百年来“自强不息、厚德载物”精神传统的自觉继承。这样的小说对底层奋斗者而言，无疑具有“灯塔效应”。这样，我们就不难理解路遥的《平凡的世界》能产生如此广泛而深刻的社会影响的原因。”是啊，这部小说写了中国当代城乡生活，体现了当代农民百姓的坚强。它通过复杂的感情纠葛，刻画出社会各阶层中众人的形象。让读者意识到了普通人的人生自尊，自强与自信。

每一个平凡的人都有一个不为人知的不平凡的世界，每个平静背后都有激情澎湃，无声有时胜有声。

读完《平凡的世界》后，我感到了自己的微不足道，曾经的抱怨、愤世不公是多么的幼稚。与主人公的经历比起来，我们是多么渺小，从小学一路走来，没有经历什么挫折，而我们称道的是考试失败，情绪失落等等，与少安、少平相比较我们又算什么呢?相信自己能飞!这是读完这本书后，我的第一个感受。在这部被誉为“第一部全景式描写中国当代城乡生活的长篇小说”的巨著中，作者围绕着主人公孙少安与孙少平兄弟俩在这个平凡的世界中不断超越自身的局限，最终获得生活上的成功，谱写了一曲充满活力的生命之歌，向人们揭示了人生的自强与自信、奋斗与拼搏、挫折与追求、痛苦与欢乐，并以一幕幕催人泪下的苦难所展示出的人物的顽强坚韧的信念告诉人们：苦难与挫折只是个躯壳，真正广阔的生活意义在于我们对生活理想所持的生生不息的虔诚与热情中所体现的坚强的信念“相信自己能飞!”

真、善、美，永远是人们所追求的至高境界。书中的一个个主要人物，那么的真实，那么的善良。然而，人物的结局总令人伤怀，几乎没有一个结局是完美的：孙少安干出了点名堂，他贤惠的妻子却劳累至喷血;天润叶终于明白了李向前对她的一往情深，毅然与之结合，可向前却已是残废。孙少平以他独有的人格力量赢得了地位悬殊的田晓霞的爱，可田晓霞却再也回不到他的身边;润生义无反顾地与郝红梅结合，可她毕竟还带来孩子;金波呢，还不知道要追寻那梦中女子到何时。这一切的一切，总令人有些惋惜。特别是少平与晓霞，地位相差那么多，却能够心心相印，都愿他们会有个完满的结局，可作者路遥偏偏那么残忍!我有些明白：

我们心理上总不愿去接受悲剧，所以很多作品多以大团圆结局。然而，生活中是没有完美的。而正是这不完美，才是更能打动人的一种美。维纳斯正因为断臂才显得更美，把这种美称为残缺的美。正是书中人物结局如此安排，真、善、美的统一，使读者唏嘘不已。

我们应该相信：“火把虽然下垂，火舌却一直向上燃烧。”

走过了又一个美丽的夏季，却离生命的结束又近了一步。一年的喜悦与伤悲已经随着岁月的流逝而结成茧，包裹着人生，成为永远的记忆。

留下来，走回去，一步一个轮回。昨天那些醉酒的友人，仍在昏黄的街灯，幽暗街道的搀扶下打着幌子归来，泛着笑容的脸上还依然残留着洛阳的酒气。畅快的谈天说地，毫不忌惮的呼喊心上人的名字。在这个时候，我们最真诚繁花锦簇难比得上这酣畅淋漓的心情。

This is a story about a special and ueserved woman who has been exposed to a hostile environment but continuously and fearlessly struggling for her ideal life. The story can be interpreted as a symbol of the independent spirit.

It seems to me that many readers’ English reading experience starts with Jane Eyer. I am of no exception. As we refer to the movie “Jane Eyer”, it is not surprising to find some differences because of its being filmized and retold in a new way, but the spirit of the novel remains----to be an independent person, both physically and mentally.

Jane Eyer was a born resister, whose parents went off when she was very young, and her aunt，the only relative she had，treated her as badly as a ragtag. Since Jane’s education in Lomon person, just the same as any other girl around. The suffers from being humiliated and devastated teach Jane to be persevering and prize dignity over anything else.As a reward of revolting the ruthless oppression, Jane got a chance to be a tutor in Thornfield Garden. There she made the acquaintance of lovely Adele and that garden’s owner, Rochester, a man with warm heart despite a cold face outside. Jane expected to change the life from then on, but fate had decided otherwise: After Jane and Rochester fell in love with each other and got down to get marry, she unfortunately came to know in fact Rochester had got a legal wife, who seemed to be the shadow following

Rochester and led to his moodiness all the time ----Rochester was also a despairing person in need of salvation. Jane did want to give him a hand, however, she made up her mind to leave, because she didn’t want to betray her own principles, because she was Jane Eyer. The film has finally got a symbolist end: Jane inherited a large number of legacies and finally returned. After finding Rochester’s misfortune brought by his original mad wife, Jane chose to stay with him forever.

I don’t know what others feel, but frankly speaking, I would rather regard the section that Jane began her teaching job in Thornfield as the film’s end----especially when I heard Jane’s words “Never in my life have I been awaken so happily.” For one thing, this ideal and brand-new beginning of life was what Jane had been imagining for long as a suffering person; for another, this should be what the audiences with my views hoped her to get. But the professional judgment of producing films reminded me to wait for a totally different result: There must be something wrong coming with the excellence----perhaps not only should another section be added to eich the story, but also we may see from the next transition of Jane’s life that “Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you would get.” (By Forrest Gump’s mother, in the film “Forrest Gump”)

What’s more, this film didn’t end when Jane left Thornfield. For Jane Eyer herself, there should always be somewhere to realize her great ideal of being independent considering her fortitude, but for Rochester, how he can get salvation?

The film gives the answer tentatively: Jane eventually got back to Rochester. In fact, when Jane

met Rochester for the first time, she scared his horse and made his heel strained, to a certain extent, which meant Rochester would get retrieval because of Jane. We can consider Rochester’s experiences as that of religion meaning. The fire by his frantic wife was the punishment for the cynicism early in his life. After it, Rochester got the mercy of the God and the love of the woman whom he loved. Here we can say: human nature and divinity get united perfectly in order to let such a story accord with the requirements of both two sides. The value of this film may be due to its efforts to explore a new way for the development of humanism under the faith of religion.

Life is ceaselessly changing, but our living principles remain. Firmly persisting for the rights of being independent gives us enough confidence and courage, which is like the beacon over the capriccioso sea of life. In the world of the film, we have found the stories of ourselves, which makes us so concerned about the fate of the dramatis personae.

In this era of rapid social and technological change leading to increasing life complexity and psychological displacement, both physical and mental effects on us call for a balance. We are likely to find ourselves bogged down in the Sargasso Sea of information overload and living unconsciousness. It’s our spirit that makes the life meaningful.

Heart is the engine of body, brain is the resource of thought, and great films are the mirrors of life. In

dubitably, “Jane Eyer” is one of them.

纵观全书，我觉得可以用四个词来概括，苦难和奋斗，平凡和伟大，而贯穿其中的是亲情、友情、爱情。讲述了一个平凡人的奋斗历程，一个平凡家庭的奋斗历程。一个农民的生命同伟人的生命具有同样的价值，普通人的劳动同伟人的业绩一样伟大，我能够认识到平凡的人的平凡的生活是最伟大的，能够让我在努力奋斗的同时提醒自己保持一颗平凡的心。

全书字里行间流淌的全是浓浓的爱意，对土地，对父老乡亲的亲情、友情、爱情。特别是孙少平，也是我最佩服的角色。一个出身卑微，家境极端恶劣的农村少年，一个忍辱奋进，不卑不亢的学子，又或者说，农村的孩子，因自卑而上进，以上进求尊严。少平平凡的一生，分化于农田、城市工地，还有煤烟四起的地下坑道中。田晓霞的出现，给了少平的生活更加丰富的内容。关于她的章节，我都会一遍又一遍的通读因为有她出现的时候，总会让人觉得生活充满了阳光，有了她，少平就算生活再苦也还是幸福的。田晓霞是少平的一个梦，她的牺牲，让人认识到这就是生活……总之，世间所有的真情都在这里得到了体现。我想起冰心曾说：“爱在左，情在右，走在生命的两旁。随时撒种，随时开花，将这一路长径点缀得花香弥漫，使穿枝拂叶的行人，踏着荆棘，不觉得痛苦，有泪可落，却不是凄凉。”这爱情，这友情，再加上一份亲情，便一定可以使你的生命之树翠绿茂盛。

因为有爱，有了温情，有了力量，世界变得如此美丽!生活在平凡的世界中的人们应该感到生活是美好的!

这个世界有太多人在抱怨，工作太忙，任务多，压力大，消费高，家庭压力大，生活环境差，PM2.5，或是感冒发烧，阴天下雨，都要抱怨一番，怨天怨地，怨社会不公，怨人心不古，怨命不好，似乎借此发泄自己的不满，并获得他人的同情，抱怨不仅仅发生在某个人身上，也不单单是一个国家的人，抱怨似乎已成为一个全球性的问题。

本书不是心灵鸡汤，而是教你直面这个天天在发生的问题，让你意识到自己原来也不知不觉地在抱怨，原来身边的人都或多或少在抱怨。书中推行的紫手环行动，是为了帮助你自己认识到你在不知不觉中的抱怨，抱怨的频率，每次抱怨都把紫手环换到另外一只手上，换的过程意识到自己是在抱怨，从而逐渐降低抱怨频率。

要消除抱怨，首先看看什么是抱怨?人为什么会抱怨?

向可以帮助你改善环境的人提出意见，就不是抱怨;如果你是对着自己或其他无关之人责难或悲叹当前的状况，那就是抱怨。抱怨就是把焦点放在我们不想要的东西上头，所谈论的是负面的，出错的事情;如果抱怨天气热，天气会热得让你无法平静下来;如果抱怨工作多，你会感觉工作永远也做不完;如果大声喊“痛”，伤害就会出现，如果抱怨，就会遇上更多想要抱怨的事。我们把注意力放在什么上头，那个东西就会扩大。这是行动上的“吸引力法则”。

很多人抱怨自己的身体健康，却不是因为真的生病，而是“病人的角色”让他们取得附带的好处，例如他人的同情或是可以避开不想做的事件，如上学，上班。

书中提到“心身症”这个名词，心身症主要是患者的心理运作过程，而非生理因素所引发。很多疾病是病人自己创造的，根据医生估计，有百分之六七十的疾病，都是患者“自以为生病”造成的结果，医生的三分之一的时间，都是在诊疗这样的病人-他们生病的原因其实都有其心理根源。报告显示，有一半的癌症病人是被告知自己得了癌症后吓死的。医生如果告诉病人，有一种药很可能治愈他们的疾病，这种药对这些病人发挥的功效，就要比使用了相同药方，却没有收到这项讯息的病人大了许多。

抱怨有用么?当你抱怨天气太热，太冷，空气太差，天气就会如你所愿了么?

当你抱怨健康问题时，丢出负面的说词，让你的身体听见，这种负面的说词反而会烙下印记，而你的想法也会将这股能力导入体内，引发更多的健康挑战，所以抱怨疾病并不会缩短生病的时间，也不会降低疾病的严重性，反而可能是企图用汽油来灭火。抱怨健康的人没有变得更健康。不满只是开端，却不能成为结果。当你抱怨某种状况，或许可以吸引其他人跟着你嘀咕，抱怨，却发挥不了多少作用。

抱怨的结果是什么?抱怨是人的惰性的反应，当一个人抱怨时也就代表他放弃主动改变现状，放弃了在这个竞争激烈，弱肉强食的社会中拼搏的信念。抱怨不但不能解决问题，还将人们困于问题当中，使得他们沉浸在失意，沮丧中，无力自拔。越抱怨，越不满，心情越差，生活质量越差。

When it comes to the protection of water, People may know about the importance of doing it, but few people know about that March 22 is the world water day. The world water day aims to call up people’s attention to protect the fresh water and enhance the people’s awareness of water crisis. In China, the government stipulates that the last week of March is the Chinese water week. The main theme of this year is water and energy.

Due to water, the living being can exist on earth. Water sustains human life and the environment. But with the rapid development of human society, the fresh water can hardly meet the needs of people in some areas. According to the least data, more than one billion people can not have clean fresh water. What’s worse, the surface and groundwater pollution is increasing rapidly. The main reason of water shortage is the rapid growth of population. People use different ways to get water, the water sources are being stretched to their limits. Another reason is that some factories pour dirty water into the rivers or lakes and make pollution. Thus there is less pure fresh water on the earth.

因为水，世界上的生物才得以生存。水维持了人类的生命和所生存的环境。但是随着人类社会的快速发展，淡水已经很难满足人们的需求了。根据最新的调查显示：超过10亿人喝不到干净的水。更加糟糕的是，地表和地下水污染也日趋严重。缺水的主要原因是人口的快速增长。人们用不同的方式去开采水资源，使其接近匮乏的边缘。其他原因是一些工厂直接把污水排放到河流和湖泊里面，导致了淡水被污染。因此，地球上的水资源越来越少。

It needs international cooperation and worldwide awareness to solve the problems of water shortage. Every ordinary people should realize the importance of water protection and save water. The government should take some effective measures to protect the water. Such as build more systems to clean-up the water, and collect the rainwater. Only in these ways, we can sustain our life.

解决水资源短缺的问题需要全球的合作和提高人们的环保意识。让每个普通人明白了解到保护水的重要性。政府理应采取有力措施来保护水资源。例如建造更多的净化水系统，收集雨水等等。只有这样，我们才能生存下去。
